I made a purchase of royal pass in pubg mobile but they showed as the purchase has failed and money has deducted from the account and in my pubg account the uc is still zero

I did a recharge of amount rs. 800 in mobile legends on 25 april 2019 and the amount got deducted but i didn't recieve the package. I have attached my complain with tbe screen shot of the message i recieve indicating that my money got deducted.

Amount deducted from bank account but did not receive the item my ingame username is Vitoka_Swu and user id is 3755599 my transaction id is IGAFZHUZZ1 kindly do look into this matter thank you
