I have made transactions worth rs 720/- in plarium app on 9 july 2019 for purchasing game pack. However the money got deducted from my sbi account but the game pack not delivered.
I request you to reimburse the same to my sbi account.
I have used internet banking as a mode of payment vide ref no. [protected]IGAGNWZZP3. Please give me the refund worth of ₹720/-.
