TimesofMoney — Still didn't receive refund

It's been 11 days since I posted the complaint regarding my money being deducted without giving the receipt . I didn't receive any receipt of the payment on Google play store .My money was deducted (Rs 159) and I received 2 messages regarding the deduction of money . Please do refund .
