Hi i purchased my royal pass from state bank which is worth of 799 for 600 uc and i did nt get it yet and my account has debited the amount on 30th dec please c it and refund it

I pay for purchasing 600uc for buying royal pass but money had deducted from my account and the uc is yet not purchased. So what can i do?? Should I get my refund of my amount respectively or the rare 600 uc which I have bought??
