My name is Sudipta Das. I purchased uc cash of 799 on 06.02.2019 in pubg mobile. My money deducted from my sbi bank but not added any uc cash in my pubg mobile account. I complained to the bank but they told that payment had been done to merchant but in pubg uc cash not received. I am attaching the screenshots of my transaction with these complain. Please help to get refund Or uc cash any thing which is possible at your end. Thankyou
