Amount deducted from my bank account but no uc credited in my pubg id. Google play purchase history also has no record of the purchase being done, failed or otherwise. Kindly check the attachment and do the necessary to initiate the refund. If refund is not possible, then kindly do the needful to credit the rewards associated with the purchase to my id
