TimesofMoney — uc not received and payment deducted

I purchased 660 uc for ₹724 on 16/03/2019 via netbanking but the amount got deducted from my account and i didn't received the Uc after payment it shows that the payment has been done to TimesofMoney please refund my money i tried contacting on Tencent support email but they don't bother to reply, i dont understand why customer service of Pubg is very pathetic.
