Timex — Timex watch order not delivered and refund not initiated

I had ordered a Timex women's watch worth INR 5000. The order is not delivered, ( the site says "order unfulfilled"). The company is neither initiating the refund. Their customer care number are not available and the complaint mails are unanswered
