Timex watch refund not initiated
I had ordered a Timex women's watch worth INR 5000. The order number is 7417, till date the order is not delivered and refund has not been initiated. The company customer care number remains unanswered and the complaint mails are also not replied.They are not willing to deliver the order or initiate the refund.

I had ordered a Timex women's watch worth INR 5000. The order is not delivered, ( the site says "order unfulfilled"). The company is neither initiating the refund. Their customer care number are not available and the complaint mails are unanswered

I have purchased the timex watch last year now the display has been blinking just i have talk with customer service they told there is no any solution to repair or replacement i have purchased the Model No:- TWTXW200T Rs. 5995/- this my loss. please do not sell then if there is no any after sales service is there.it is request you to do not cheat the customer by selling the faulty material.

Purchased timex smart watch from vimaleshwar watch company
karwar on 27-10-21 and has failed within a month, handed over the same to dealer dec 28-2021, I have lost guaranty card and submitted the original receipt and the owner telephoned me on 26-2-22, visited shop on 3-3-22 but he was not ready to give it telling to pay 800rs charges, I told him to give me receipt and he replied nothing can be given, so the watch is in his shop pl resolve the problem

Rectification / replacement of Defective (water resistant) Timex wrist watch
I purchased a timex wrist watch having model No TWOOOU904-Y-65 in the year 2020 which is water resistant. There is a problem in using the wrist watch due to defects in making as there is no water resistant. Whenever I wear the watch in my wrist, water gets into the watch and makes invisible due to non water resistant. I have lot the bills and warranty card details. It is requested to details your rep to rectify / replacement of the defective wrist watch (water resistant) at the earliest please.

timex helix - gusto band

I was purchase Timex Helix Hand band on 2 nd dec 2019 in My native Karad state Maharashtra With worth of Rs.1495 but after using 10 days hand band screen touch is very hard to touch it on the menu even the band screen had many scratches. I wan't replacement or else money back because the shopkeeper is not ready to take back. I have bill with 2 year's Warranty.

I have placed an order from timex website of the product name (Tw02hl15) which i have asked for is of rose pink with slive metal strap watch. I have received delivery on 20th of aug 2019. The watch details as follows;

When i opened the package and checked it the metal one, not up to the mark and i was totally disappointed with that. Since yesterday evening i was trying to reach out to the customer support and even chat services but not able to connect to the team.
I have to return this product which i can't gift to my loved one with a drawback. Either provide me a return option or else allow me to exchange the product with a couple of options.
Hope the times helps the customer with their concern by addressing the issue, instead of neglecting for the same.

faulty watch sold

Please note that I am a watch lover and critic and proudly possess almost all top brand watches of the world starting from Swatch, DW watches, Timberland, Movado, Tissot, Tag Heuer, Rolex etc.
I very enthusiastically bought my first Timex watch only after accidentally reading your Tag line on the web which says "Our quality is our promise. 100% authentic timepieces with service and warranty assurance" Which was very impressive and eye catchy and I decided to check on your so called "authentic time pieces" and "service and warranty assurance". You might call it your bad luck or mine that the very first experience turned out to be the worst & humiliating experience of my life.
To give you the brief, of the stated incident, I bought two Timex watches, for myself and my sister, on my visit to Shillong on March 25th, 2019, after reading your tag line as stated above (Purchase Bill attached - Serial No. 2 & Serial No. 4 in the bill) through an Army Canteen as my family members are in Indian Army.
It was first Timex experience and hence I was excited to use this watch right away but since it was my last day there and the flight time was quiet tight and I was on a strict step counting schedule, I packed it in the bag and flew out. Later on opening the box, to my horror, I was given a used piece (Serial No. 2 - Men's watch, in the bill) with scratches on the steel dial, a filthy strap with sweat stains and the rusted needles inside waving and teasing me.
I immediately asked my assistant to take up the case with Timex and he followed up with the customer care. They asked us to deposit the watch to their pickup center - Dass Studio, F-12, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 and eventually they will receive it in Noida center & we did the same on April 03rd, 2019. I was promised an unconditional replacement of the watch by the customer care and they also rendered apologies for this trouble. That made me keep some faith in the company, still. Then again what happened was unacceptable and to my shock and as expected, TIMEX sent the watch back to me only by replacing the strap and not the faulty and filthy watch.
I was not and still not ready to give up as it is the matter of my right, faulty company practices, cheating, ethics & principles and not just of a mere few thousand rupees which all o[censored]s can spend every night on a dinner. I sent it back to Shillong Canteen for replacement too but from there too there was no response.
Just to let you know that the minute hand/ needle of the watch is free and just hanging out there doing nothing and the rusty small hand/ needle is laughing at me. This have added to my frustrations and I have deposited the watch with your collection center Sikka & Sons, D-8/1, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 today, the Wednesday, 19th June 2019. Deposit Slip along with the invoice (Faulty Watch is at Serial No. 2 of the invoice) is Attached.
Now I don't know what action would you take, you would replace it and compensate me or not or whatever. But for me it is a fight of ethics and principles and my consumer rights. In such a competitive world no company can afford to fool & treat the customers in such a manner and think that the company has monopoly in the market share.
I would not hesitate to take following actions towards my consumer rights-
1. Reach out to the top line of the TIMEX Group including the VP- Mr. David Thomas Payne, MD- Ms Sharmila Sahai, Directors- Mr. Anil Malhotra, Ms. Gagan Singh, Mr. Pradeep Mukerjee & Mr. Bijou Kurien.
2. Approach the consumer forum, social media, blogging and whatever opportunity I get, I would inform the consumers that TIMEX is not a brand to be trusted at all. It was a big mistake to invest my time, faith and excitement in such a low quality brand.
Again repeating that it is not a matter of few thousand rupees as I will for sure invest few Lakhs even, to claim my rights. It's the matter of ethics and principles and the claim that you make - "Our quality is our promise. 100% authentic timepieces with service and warranty assurance"
I rest my case here and leave it on you and your sensible team to decide the right course of action towards a satisfactory resolution of this issue in the best of the interests of me first as a consumer and for your own company ofcourse.

watch damage in the name of service

I gave my timex watch for repair to timex menaka showroom to change battery. Cost me 500 bucks. Then after 1 month i found out the watch is lagging, so i pulled at the screw to adjust the time and the screw just came out entirely! I was horrified. This problem was’nt there when i gave it for repair. They damaged it! There was a 6 month service warranty so i gave it back for repair, and after constant calling and nagging they finally gave it back to me after one month. When i went home and checked the screw came out again! I had to go and give it for repair again. After about 15 days or so they gave it back after repair. As if i have nothing else to do in life but visit their shop and call them. Who is supposed to get the service timex? And now, after 2 months i found that my watch is still slow going. I’m not giving it for repair, as i’m afraid they will damage it again. I would have thrown it away if it was’nt a gift from my father.

Today I purchased timex helix watch from timex ghanta ghar shop of Srinagar kashmir. He is the only authorised shop here. The prize tag was 2800/- and i payed full amount. On the same day when i reached home i checked the prize of that watch on net it was actually 2500/- and some were giving 50% discount on that. 300/- rupees he overcharged me and no discount. I bought a watch at target last year that as of last week the band broke. The watch is a expedition wr100m. I have been in contact with customer services and after a week i have found out that the watch was discontinued and a new band can not be purchased. To me this is a disgrace on the part of time. I asked for credit towards a new watch and timex said no. I am stuck with purchasing another watch. Are you people crazy. I have owned over a dozen timex's and i will tell you this is the last one i buy. Money waisted because the band is broke.

timex watch repair denial under warranty
I have purchased timex watch during jan 2017 from amazon india with one year manufacturer warranty. Watch stopped functioning during august 2017. Hence approached local authorized dealer who denied to consider the manufacturer warranty since it was not purchased from them.
Escalated this issue to seller who connected me with timex india service head; he redirected me to timex chennai service representative who finally agreed to resolve it. As per their advise and commitment i have handed over the timex watch to local dealer who agreed to proceed this time.
But later denied manufacturer warranty stating that it was purchased from non-authorized seller... [service job no:pc[protected]]
Escalated this issue to seller who connected me with timex india service head; he redirected me to timex chennai service representative who finally agreed to resolve it. As per their advise and commitment i have handed over the timex watch to local dealer who agreed to proceed this time.
But later denied manufacturer warranty stating that it was purchased from non-authorized seller... [service job no:pc[protected]]

Service center is saying watch is duplicate we are not responsible, seller is not authorized. I bought a good watch from delhi, from a good dealer of timex, then after a month i got transferred to pune. I was using this watching from past 8-9 months then suddenly its cronometer (Date) stopped working i went to the times dealer on paud road named pundole & sons. They kept my watch for almost a month and they returned it as it was and gave reason as the needle needs to be changed but it is not available in our stock and we will call you once we receive the same. I never got the call from them. Then after a gap of a month i went back o them requesting proper repair of my watch immediately then what they did was amazing. They put a different needle in my watch which does not match to ints look and now i don't want to wear my own watch.
Please help me out for it because i purchased your product on trust of quality of it as well as service.
I dont want it to throw away anyway but atleast give it the original look so that i can use it in my routine.

timex helix branded wrist watch for men very very poor performance & getting stop.

I am chandrashekhar. Purchased a timex helix men wristwatch rs 2400. Is not working properly. It is getting stopped on regular basis, i have to tap it on top of watch for working. Servicing done 2 times after but same issue. Very very bad watch, disappointing.
Jothy watch, at latur maharashtra store person is arrogant. He is not capable of doing business.
Timex has to look into the matter of complaint as per subject. Plz respond immediately.
I never think this type watch performance. Really disappointed.

unavailability of technician at service centre for more than 15 days

I had bought a new timex watch online and had to adjust the metal strap length since it was too big.I visited the timex showroom at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. However the sales person there said technician is not available, come after 20days or visit another branch which is 15kms farther.I had already travelled much far to get to this place and since it's located at a well known mall I had expected to get my services done.kindly look into this matter.

Non timex watch sold to customer by using timex package and invoice

On 19th april i visited to the mall of amritsar (Punjab) for buying a watch for may wife on our marriage anniversary. There is a timex stall on the ground floor of the mall, the timex store display 20% discount on the all watches, i have selected a timex watch having mrp of rs 3000 placed on timex stand. I bought this watch in rs 2400 after 20% discount (3000-20%).
When i gifted this watch to my wife and she opened it and she notice that watch does not display a logo of timex only word platnum written. She asked me if am sure that this watch is of timex. Then i said that that i have bought this watch from a stall of timex and the invoice is also of timex. The sales girl told us that the watch the watch is of timex only and gave the guarantee of one year (Written on invoice), and also told me that if any default occurs in the watch in between the guarantee period, i can get my watch repaired by showing invoice at any store of timex as this is a timex watch. However for assuring this i mailed to customer service of timex ([protected]@timex.com). I got shocked when they replied that the watch doesn't belong to them.
I want to make a complaint against this store as they are selling local watches placed on the timex stand and timex invoice and these people are making huge profits by fooling the customers.

I have purchased a Timex watch having model no. TW000T607 with one year Warranty from ganaur situated in haryana but i found that before expiration of its warranty it's colour has been started failed. So I want to replace my watch. Please provide me it's replacement asap.

On 01st if November 2016 we have purchased a Timex watch from sector 12 Dwarka (retailer Name -.The collection) New Delhi. By mistake that watch bill has misplaced. Now retailer not ready to give duplicate bill and said we cannot
Repair that watch. Where on Timex website under Service policy they have clearly mention in absence of Cash memo/Invoice/ Guarantee card, MOA shall be considered. Now i want know what kind of policy is this in digital world.
He also snatched our watch.i have attached shopkeeper photo and my watch at shopkeeper desk. Also here I have mentioned your sales officer number Mr. Surender Ojha [protected]

This complaint is about my timex watch which i purchased in october 2015 from pundole's shubh times, jm road, pune. From that day i have to take the watch to service center every month for repairing purpose. Every month watch gets stopped automatically every time they keep the watch for 6-7 days and then when i ask them what was the problem they just tell me that it was machine problem we have changed it. After 20-25 days it again gets stopped and i have to take it to service center. Every month i havr to travel more than 100km to drop the watch and collect it back from service center. For proof i have added my bill invoice.
I just need my money with all the expenses what i was needed for traveling.
Please help me out. (I would suggest everyone not to buy the timex watches).

I am writing with the above reference.
I am shahzad siddiqui from new delhi and would like to inform you that i had purchased a wrist watch of timex value 7 thousand rupees from shopper stops at great india place, noida in 2011. The image of the same watch is attached herewith for your kind reference.
Since then i was using the same watch continuously. Some time before, the crown of the watch got damaged and came out. Thereafter, i submitted the watch for repairing at timex authorized service centre m/s arun watch shop in yusuf sarai, new delhi on 30th march 2016. The acknowledgement receipt of the same is also attached herewith for your kind reference.
After 10 days of time i had received a call from the m/s arun watch shop that your watch can not repair because the company (M/s timax) has not been producing this watch in the market and secondly, the parts also not available in the market for the same watch. Moreover, the company (M/s timax) not giving me any depreciation amount against this watch. The copy of the same is attached for your kind reference.
Now, my concerned and issues are:
1. Why depreciation amount is nill?
2. Why parts are not available?
3. I had paid 7 thousand rupees for this watch and now i m not getting any remedy for this.
In view of the above, i request to you please resolve my concerned and give me valuable deprecation amount at the earliest.

Hi, myself ilu singh and i am purchasing a wrist watch from greater noida, Jagat farm from Sharma watch cetre and after some days there is some defect is created then i am going to again to the dealer and deposit my watch to him and he says after 15 days you will receive your watch from my counter but today is more than 1 month is gone and there is no returning of goods to me and provide no information about my goods.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I purchased a Timex watch model No.NA 33 on 18/02/2013. Within two months i.e on 03/04/2013, it stopped working.
I gave the watch to Time Factory- Franchisee Pioneer Marketing at Door No. 14-2-102/3 Ground Floor., Manmit Arcade, Balmata Road, Mangalore 575001 for replacement. Instead of replacing the watch they sent it to Bangalore and got it serviced and returned on 17/04/2013. Once again on 15th May the watch ran into trouble and when it was taken for filing complaint the franchisee was dismantling the shop. It appeared they were renovating the shop.They took the watch and when approached the franchisee was found missing.But the franchisee intelligently (or foolishly) took the original bill of the product and informed that it will be returned when the watch is replaced.
When the Bangalore office was contacted, they informed that the watch has reached Bangalore and ready to be sent to Watch world, Opposite Poonja International, Mangalore. As informed by them we received the watch at Watch World, Opposite Poonja International, Mangalore.
Once again on Wednesday 3rd October 2013 the watch stopped working. When the watch was taken to Watch World, Opposite Poonja International, Mangaloreon Thursday, the dealer informed us that that they have been receiving many complaints regarding sale of Timex watches by Franchisee Pioneer Marketing at Door No. 14-2-102/3 Ground Floor., Manmit Arcade, Balmata Road, Mangalore 575001 and that they are not in a position to help and asked us to approach the Consumer Court for defective service.
What should be done? Please advice.

This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Timex Intelligent Quartz Flyback Chronograph watch (model no.T2N700) on 11.06.2012 with a warranty period of a year from WATCH SQUARE,No.474,C.T.H. Road,Ambattur,Chennai-600053. it was working fine for a month and later the watch stopped working so i returned the watch to the above mentioned dealer who then assured me that the watch will be sent to the service centre of Timex watches in chennai and will either be replaced with a new watch or after repair in a fully functional state within 10 days. but after a hectic wait of more than 40 days they returned my watch which was serviced(during the service it is said that they broke the glass and was replaced with another one which now looks really awkward now). and i was out of station for a month during that period the same problem occured so i had to keep my watch safely in my laptop case, i returned back to india and found that minute hand was fallen off from the watch. so again i took the watch to same dealer and he told me back some technical thing saying i've broke some internal component and charged me Rs.1400/- and i argued him that how come if there is no external damage to watch which was brand new(is that timex durability??????). and he gave me mobile number of authorised service manager, i spoke with him and told exact scenario and he promised me that he will do his best. after another hectic wait of 12 days, i got my watch back on 02.11.2012. this time they have damaged the rear side and lot of scratches.I am very sorry to say that their service was not at all good and i got bad experience with the dealer and he was helpless too.. it's really disappointing in buying this watch which is not worth for my money which i paid, leading me in grief.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE....

Timex refusing to repair faulty watch just three months from purchase

I purchased a Timex Expedition T49741-T8 watch on August 29, 2010 from SAI CREATIONS, Sector 18 market, NOIDA, UP. The bill number was 4181. This model is an analog-digital watch with Indiglo night-light system. The Indiglo arrangement is such that apart from the analog part of the watch, the digits in the digital part glow in a negative display fashion -- that is, the digits glow in green light instead of the background glowing. This feature was one of the decision points for me in buying this watch.

I am an outdoors person, and this has rendered the watch virtually useless to me.

I am even more appalled by the carelessness of the Timex service center in Sector 2, NOIDA who returned the watch without any investigations. If such is the state of Timex service in India, I would strongly advise all consumers to not buy overpriced, fragile Timex watches at all and go with a reputed brand like Casio G-Shock instead. I have two Casio G-Shocks that have been serving me well for over 5 years now!
Further, since SAI CREATIONS provides no after-sales support to speak of, consumers should think twice before buying watches from them.
I request that Timex immediately investigate my complaint and provide me with a replacement watch or get the current watch repaired expeditiously. This is the least they owe to me just three months from purchase!
If Timex doesn't take immediate action to address my complaint, I will be forced to move the Honourable Consumer Court and seek damages in excess of the cost of the watch and my expenses.

Watch damaged in service center

I had given my Timex watch on one of timex service center last week, because there is a problem in my watch, water is getting inside it.
I got my watch on 11/09/2010, I see the water droplets are not there, but the time which it is displaying is 5min faster then the IST.
Today when I was trying to change my time to the IST, I saw that I am not able to change the time in anti clockwise direction, for doing the change of 5 min I had to rotate it for 31 days.
Previously if I want to change the time in anti clockwise direction I was able to do that.
Now when I am trying to change the time in anti clockwise direction the changing device come into my hand.
My watch has been damaged in your service center and the guy who had done that did not inform me.

Hi, we purchased Timex watch, we noticed that it's not working after a week o[censored]sage. Later we showed the watch at the showroom and they replaced the battery & gave the watch back to us. Again after a week it stopped working. Plz get this resolved ASAP..

New Watch stopped working Properly
Hi I Purchased Timex Watch Model RETROGRADE, Style Code: T2M430 from Maru time, Thane on 20th March 08. After Purchase I kept the same for Using on my Brothers Wedding day which was 28th March 08. But after put it ON I understand it was not working properly. Hence I took it to Maru Time and they gave back after some minor repair. But the Problem continued hence Gave the same Back to Maru time on 20th May 08 and they also sent it to Company. and As of Now i.e. 29th May 08 still it is not cam back from Company and Maru Time don't have any Confirm Date when it will be back after Repair. Please help.

Timex in my experience has apalling service and refused to give warranty on broken strap. The quality of these watches are uttter rubbish, similar to the extremely bad service. If you do not like hypertension or a heart attacke avoid Timex. I was told one month for repair strap, 400 baht to 800 baht even though it was under warranty. they changed strap with an incredibly cheap terrible looking cotton strap, completely different from the original. I warn you. From my experience I would not buy Timex in Thailand. The Timex company told me they have no straps left like the original. This company in my opinion is a company that clearly does not care, without ethic. My advice DO NOT BUY TIMEX. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE OR HELPING CUSTOMERS.
I was told one month for service in Bangkok. I repeat I do not advise anyone to buy Timex. Absolute junk. My watches grey faded after a couple of months o[censored]se making it look filthy and dirty. In my opinion from my experience of purchase is absolute junk. How could something of such low quality be expensive. I could buy a watch 1/30th the price of this and would not get all the problems I have had with this watch. Timex a 20 baht watch selling for 3, 000 baht. That is my verdict. Check your warranty before you buy this junk. It may exclude many things. Save yourself the trouble and buy a 100 baht watch. It will be by far the better trouble free purchase. I really regret buying Timex.

First one replaced under warranty after considerable effort, then the replacement had the same problem and they refused to accept that it was their responsibility. The absolute lack of service, acknowledgment or even care from Timex was appalling.
Athletes should not consider this brand - they just don't care. And since this is the message they send to customers keep away from them!

Got crap service for the Triathlon/Ironman Timex I bought 3 days ago. Got a scratch on the face plate, I work in an office what could have been hard enough to scratch the face plate, I guess they're made of of egg whites, asked if they could do anything, the watch was 3 days old for crying out loud. Nope, sorry was the response I got. Now I'm not even sure it's water safe anymore what a waste of money. So, they scratch very easily, no service at all and they apparently don't keep on ticking.

sir,i have recently purchased a timex water resistant stainless steel back no(svo2-y-u9). i have purchased it from a military canteen.But my watch steel has been destroyed due to sweating and i have shown it to timex show rooms that is present in my city but they didn,t given me any good response so i kindly request to tell me the solution of my problem

Timex — Sports Watch
I sent in my watch, 2 times for same problem. "Haert Rate" doesnt read correctly or fails to read. Now the watch is out of warranty. 5 months and Timex never fixed it. These repairs were back to back return and repair failures. Now what? Helpful
