Hi i have purchased a product which costs Rs 17,280 on 17 Nov 2012 with order number 10355424 . As per their policies they have to deliver with in 3 weeks. But they have not delivered till now. I have raised a complaint in the customer-care with complaint number as 53548 on 24 Dec 2012. But there is no solution. Can you take some necessary action. In the next month i thought to place an F.I.R on this issue.

      Hi,

      I have ordered two products in timtara on 14 -Nov, for which i was waiting for shippment for almost a month. I didn't have any update on this and every time when i call customer care, they keep saying that it will be shipped before 05 -Dec. But status never changed from "Awaiting shippment".

      Since they failed to deliver the product, i went for cancellation of orders.From Dec 5th till date, i have made 6-9 cancellation request and still dont have any update and every time when i call customer care, they keep saying that it will be canceled in next two days.

      I want my amount to refunded to my account ASAP. Kindly help me.

      I have also reported to norton on misuse of their logo.

          Timara.Com Looks like fraud company i have ordered Nokia Mobile Hand true this website on Sep and later i got email saying out stock. Then i ordered for alternative product. No response and i hv called to their call centre requesting for refund i called nearly 20 times. Those people use tell me ur order will be cancelled and refunded within 7 working days whenever i called same answer. Till today i hv not got my Money. This is confirm this is fraud company. If not they would have refunded me.

          Please be carefull with online stores.

          What have I to do for refund of my money
          I placed an order for BSNL Pentapd order no--.10283518 on the name of Akash Agarwal on 5th of July. And on the same day I cancelled the order mentioning the reason for the cancellation.

          I was told the amount would be refunded in 7 working days and its now its more than four months the amount has not yet been refunded, its still pending. I have to keep calling the customer care, and I just get the same answer that the amount will be refunded in 3-4 working days, but nothing has been done on the refund part on timtara side.

          I also went to timtara's office in Nov 1st week nad their legal manager Mr . Ritesh assured me that refund would be made in 3 days.But still there is no positive response from timtara's site and I keep calling Mr ritesh for the refund but he gave various lame excuses regarding the late in the refund.Now he has stopped receiving my call.

          Kindly, look into this matter seriously and do the needful AFAP
          I had ordered Sony music system and HP printer as per order no Order 10349390, Order 10349386 and Order 10349388 on 5th November 2012 amounting to Rs. 18340. As per order the goods were suppose to be deliver on 21st Nov. However the online act always shows that shipment is awaited and when I call on call centre they keep telling that they have escalated the matter. On 26th Nov I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. In spite of all calls and emails I have not got refund till date. I had written final mail at nishaattimtara.com, ccoattimtara.com, vineetgargattimtara.com, consumerfirstattimtara.com on 5th December 2012 giving them 3 days notice to repay amount or else I will have to file police complain. After 2 days I only receive adaptor against order 10349388 worth Rs. 1100.
          When I filed a paid complaint aganist timtara.com on consumerdaddy.com on 9th Dec 2012, they shipped printer on 12th Dec 12, inspite of me asking of refund and not the goods.
          I am still awaiting refund of the amt paid for music system Rs. 14,000 and the damage claim of Rs. 100,000 and refund of amount against printer as I do not want the goods.

            I had ordered a seagate backup plus 1 tb hard drive from timtara.com on 12.12.2012 for Rs.4800.The site promised to deliver the product in 21 days but even after 25 days it has not been shipped yet from their side.I have called several times to their customer care numbers but they always say to wait for 24-48 hours for shipment of the product.I told them to cancel my order and process my refund but again they are telling me to wait 21 days.

            I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY TORTURED BY THIS SITE.THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORST.THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES EVEN TALK IN OBSCENE MANNER.THEY PROVIDE FAKE ASSURANCES AND ALWAYS DEMAND 24-48 HOURS.GOD KNOWS WHAT DO THEY MEAN BY 24-48 HOURS.
            I HAVE CALLED ALMOST 10 TIMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WHICH HAVE COST ME ABOUT 25 RUPEES ALSO RS 4800 WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID TO THIS FRAUD SITE.

            I DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING BUT HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY PRODUCT IN THEIR PROMISED TIME

              I ordered Gas stove in Timtara.com (online shopping) on 28 Nov 2012. I called to customer care around 30 times still they are telling it is under process for shippment. 25 Dec 2012 i got irritare due to irresponse from customer care. I raised complaint to cancel my order on 26 Dec 2012. They said within 48 hors you will get confirmation mail for cancellation with 7 working days you will get money. Again i called lot of times and today also (04 jan 2013 ) Still they are telling it is under process to shippment. please take immediate action and cancel my order. I purchased new gas stove out side. Timtara is not cancelling my order and not refund my money also. i want my my money back. My order no in Timtara.com[protected]

                I purchased a Samsung smartphone through Timtara on 12/12/2012. Since this was a website which was part of the Google online shopping initiative (GOSF - 2012), I thought it would be safe, and went ahead and placed my order, and paid for it too.

                Now it has been 24 days, and there has been absolutely no news about the product,
                At the time of placing order, it was assured that delivery would be between 2-3 weeks. Even that is a very long time, compared to other online shopping sites, however, I thought as long as it is sure it will reach me within 3 weeks, it's tolerable.

                I called up after 2 weeks...the customer care executive apologised and said it would come by the end of the third week, since the website anyway said 2-3 weeks. I agreed, and waited. At the end of the third week, again there was no shipment, no call, no contact from timtara.
                I again called them up.. and after the usual apologies, they again assured it would reach by the end of that week.
                So I waited for another couple of days, and again called.
                At this point, they said they don't know why the shipment is delayed... and they were absolutely clueless! And they could not assure when I would receive it, if at all. Plus they were extremely reluctant to escalate the issue, but I insisted and they raised a ticket, and I also got to speak to a supervisor. She then assured me that by that same evening, I would get a call back from them, regarding news of the shipment, and yet again, the call never came.
                I finally called them up again today, and was stonewalled again by the executive who said I would now have to wait till Monday to get info about the product status. She finally gave me an email ID to write my complaint to. I have done that as well, but no response from them so far.

                I'm extremely disappointed with Timtara, it is a nightmarish experience, and I hope I either get my product or my refund back somehow.
                I am also disappointed at Google for not vetting e-commerce sites properly before partnering with them for GOSF-2012.

                Timtara — Non shipment after one month

                I ordered a Panasonic Cordless phone on timtara.com, below are the details:

                Order no. 10199495
                Date of Order: 25-Feb-2012
                Payment amount: Rs. 1,791

                Even today (27-Mar-2012), my order is marked as "Awaiting Shipment", though it was suppose to be delivered in 15 days.

                Their customer support is of no use. I mailed them, I called them hundred times, but no reply.

                Looks like a big fraud company and they should not be allowed to remain in the online shopping business.

                    I have booked the order for Sony Laptop worth ~27000 Rupees (order #[protected] on 25-Aug from Timtara.com and paid using Credit card. It has to be delivered within 3 weeks. I have not received the product withing 3 weeks and enquired on their customer care and they keep me telling that We will call you back in 24 business hours but they never called back. After 2 months I have requested for cancellation and after lot much follow ups, my order was cancelled on 6-Nov. Since 6-Nov, status is being shown as "Payment refund Pending". I have been told that my money will be refunded in 7-10 working days after cancellation. However, I am still waiting for my payment refund from 2 months. Then, they told that there is some issues in refund in credit card account and provide your account details for Demand Draft, which I have shared immediately. However there is no update that when it will be received. They even do not reply email.s

                    Would request you to please assist me to get my money refunded.

                    Timtara ,payment not refunded — Payment Not Refunded,Order Not cancelled

                    I have placed the order # 10076843 on jan 12th.There was no update from timtara for the next 15-20 days regarding the delivery of the product.

                    Hence i had to request to cancel the order by dropping a mail to them.They only say the order is forwarded to the cancellation team.Since then i have been trying to get a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation of the order.They havent responded for that so far.But today i got mail saying the order is ready to dispatch.I really dont understand what are they upto.My experiance with them extremely bad.

                    They have changed the order 10076843 to 10168591 and sent a mail that the product will displatch by 28th Feb.

                    I want them to cancel the order and refund the payment.

                      www.Timtara.com — Beware of Timtara

                      I had booked an order for Canon SX230 HS Digital camera on www.timtara.com on 16 December 2011. My order number was 10148725 and delivery time mentioned was 8-10 days.
                      After 7 days, I reminded them by email that my order is still showing as Awaiting Shipment, and I got a reply its in process and will be delivered within the stipulated time i.e 8-10 days.
                      After 10 days I tried to call their numbers,[protected] was busy or they did not bother to pick up and [protected] was switched off. I then emailed them reminding 10 days are over, they gave vague replies like there is some brand issue and my request had been forwarded to some department. I did not accept these vague replies and took help of this forum to let my complaint be heard.
                      After repeated emails, and after 14 day, I got a reply that the item is not in stock and that I could buy any other product for the same amount as an alternate. I replied, I do not want any other product and to cancel my order and refund my full amount immediately without any further delay.
                      But I doubt they are going to refund the amount immediately seeing their behavior till date.
                      So kindly help me in getting my refund back immediately.

                      I have placed an order having order no 10174611 on dated 20th Jan, 2012.At the time of placing order I confirmed from timtara customer care team about the maximum time taken by timtara to deliver the product and I got reply that it would be maximum 8-10 working days and same is also mentioned in your website.Every time I called your customer care department I got Assurance to deliver the product within 1-2 days. I ordered the product to gift it to some on dated 5th February 2012. It will be useless for me if I will get the product after 5th February 2012.So when I gain called timtara customer care on dated 1st February 2012,I got reply that their policies have been changed and now they will taken 10-20 working days to deliver the product. I have no concern about their changing policies and I got commitment from timtara at the time of placing order to deliver it within 8 working days, Shameful act by Timtara.

                      On 14th January 2012, I had a ordered Philips 2.1 Speaker SPA5300 from www.timtara.com. They were supposed to deliver the product latest by 22 January 2012.                       Today i have called up, i spoke to lady name Kaviya..(might be wrong name). she put me on hold and she never returned and i was on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected. This is absolutely farud shopping website.

                      Timtara shopping website is fraud website...let it be i am the last victim. Pls citizen do not get cheated from timtara websites...keep away from timtara websites.
                      My orders are awaiting shippment. I cancelled my one order about two months ago but not got refund yet. Three orders of mine are marked as awaiting shippment.                       I had ordered Micromax Ninja A56 from www.timtara.com on 03/09/2012 & payment of Rs 4950/- has been already done by credit card on the date of order.I had given delivery period of 3 weeks by timtara.com. After taking continues follow-up on ph[protected] also on email id [protected]@timtara.com,[protected]@timtara.com,[protected]@timtara.com till date i had not received any confirmation mail regarding payment or still order status also not updated on login site. On phone call customer care executives only told that they personaly forwarding my request to concern department for providing order status & call or email will be receive within 24 hours,actuly their 24 hours never completed yet.till date i have not received any mail, call or sms from timtara.com. They only put the call on hold when asking to forwards call to supervisor or responsible personal at their place.Is it a only fake procedure of temporerely customers satisfaction that we feel as they are processing on our requests.They only make customers fool after receiving cash from customers bank account also use the money of public.Timtara is only fake and i want product on urgent basis or refund of my money.

                      When i am asking for current status of my order they only told me on phone that my product will be receive me before 24/09/2012, today is 26/09/2012 my product yet not delivered or even any date of delivery also not comfirmed by timtara.com so look in to same.I have recording of all calls done for the order status and also email id saved with me.

                      I did a online purchase timtara.com on 18/10/2012 using HDFC master card secure code payment vide Order no[protected]timtara.com).Mobile phone was to deliver in 3 weeks.                       I ordered laptop worth 27790/- on sep 30 th. Money paid. Product not delivered yet.No response from their end, Its really a fraud site.No response from their end after the amount got credited to their account. Can some please help in filing a complaint against them.

                      This refers to Timtara Order No.10364564. I have been speaking to customer service team of Timtara since order was put i.e.7th December 2012 regarding non shipment of above order. Its been almost more than 25 days that order was put but still this order is not shipped, later I requested them for refund and they have taken my request on Friday i.e.4th January 2013 but they told me that refund process will be initiated on Tuesday as they dont work on Saturday & Sunday.


                      Believe me, I am regular online buyer but this is the worst experience with timtara.com I have ever had for my online shopping experience till date.

                      I warn online shoppers to not buy anything from Timtara.com otherwise your money will be stuck for long time.

                      I request consumercomplaints.in to take up the matter with them to resolve the issue.

                        Hi, I have ordered a Casio Standard Watch: AE-1000W-1AVDF (D080) on 27th Aug 2012 with timtara.com. still the status is shown as "Awaiting shipment". whenever I called them, They said. they logged a compliant with back office but no use and still the status is "Awaiting Shipment". They are the true cheaters and I think they are running a business by using these kind of amounts. I would like to teach them a lesson.Kindly help me.

                          My order 10323930 dtd. 11/9/2012 was not delivered. So I asked to cancel the order after one month. After more than 25 calls daily they changed the order status as 'Refund pending, but not paying back Rs. 8999/- paid for buying a phone. They are biggest cheater. Websites are flooded with complaint about them. Will anybody prevent Timtara from cayying out business with so many complaints pending. I am filing a suit. Other please also join.

                            Timtara.Com,claiming themself for 'no.1 for user experience' and 'top 20 e-commerce startup in india' claims that they ship the product within 3 weeks I.E. 21 days,but there promise is totally fake.They never keep there promise,nor do they respond to complaints lodged.
                            It has been over 35 days and they haven't even shipped it from there side.
                            By now,I have asked them finally to cancel both of my orders and refund the amount to my bank account.But they haven't responded yet.I hope that they respond in a week.
                            I would not suggest anyone to go through timtara.Com to purchase any poduct.There services are totally fake.
                            This is my worst experience with timtara.Com among all e-commercial site,I hv shopped till now.

                            Timtara is fake site. My friend was also cheated. He has filed a complaint in Consumer court online. You can do the same. Do file a complain in the consumer court.

                              Hi , i ordered[protected] x Toshiba Satellite C850-P5010 Laptop on[protected] through TIMTARA website and payment of 17,899/-Rs is done through HDFC netbanking, till now i didnt get my product , i called to timtara customer executives and raised so many complaints(reference;57654) to [protected]@timtara.com,[protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, but no use they are not responding and disconnecting my calls and even i didnt get any reply mail for my complaints. According to timtara norms the product should be delivered with in 15-20 working days, its already 66 days over, but no response from timtara customer executives and they are saying wait 2 days , wait for 3 days, daily they are saying useless stories. How long this timatara website cheats the customers like this.

                              I asked them cancel my order and return my money ,but they are disconnecting my calls and no reply for the mails, this timatara website is fraud online shopping website, even the customer call center executives is also fraud , no one responds well, i waited for so long time my product is not delivered

                              This is sort of harassing the customers ,they will not ship the product intime,as they got the amount prior.Plz register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.
                              Kindly take severe action of these type of fraud timtara online shopping websites and save customers valuable money from timatara. Please make my product delivered with in days of time or make them to return my money.

                                I placed an order for Carolina Herrera For Men perfume on 15th Nov 2012 at 6.01 pm vide order number 10354390. Payment for the same was made through net banking for Rs. 2199/-. The delivery was expected to happen within 15-20 working days but the customer care representatives confirmed they would try and process the order at the earliest.

                                On 19th Nov 2012 at 3.10 pm, I got a mail from [protected]@timtara.com saying the product was ready for shipment and the AWB No and courier details would be shared at the earliest.

                                Since then till date I have been following up with various people in the organisation through emails/ calls to understand when the product would be delivered. I dont get any reply to my mails but whenever I call up customer care, I get different versions from different representatives, but no solution. I have even asked for a refund in case of non-availability of the product but to no avail. In fact, now I feel, the customer care representatives think of this as a joke and while talking to me they claim their names to be celebrity names and do not even give me their proper names.

                                I had written to [protected]@timtara.com last and I finally heard from her on 26th Dec 2012 at 5.40 pm saying that the product cannot be dispatched and I could order anything else from the list provided.

                                I am not interested in buying anything else and since the product is not available I requested for a refund alongwith my due interest. However, since then I have not heard from anyone in the organisation. It has been a harrassment buying product from timtara.com which claim to be rated No.1 for user experience.

                                    I am writing this letter to inform you the difficulty which I went through after shopping online from your website.
                                    I purchased Micromax Superfone Canvas A100 Mobile Phone (Canvas A100) on September 11,, 2012 from your website (www.timtara.com). The order number is 10323900 correspondingly. The transaction detail for the same is attached in Annexure I.
                                    Your website assures delivery of the products within 3 weeks. But the same didn’t happen and there are no signs of my products yet. Unfortunately, your employees are least bothered about your company’s goodwill and also about the customers? money and time. After calling so many also, I did not hear anything from your company or employees with regard to my product or delivery of the order. Because of your laid back approach, I have suffered a loss of Rs. 8999/-.
                                    Therefore, I would request you r refund my entire money and compensate me sufficiently for the stress, and time wasted by me in pursuing this complaint.
                                    I hope you will treat this application as most important and will take immediate actions after receipt of this letter.
                                    Failure on your part to do so will compel me to take legal course of action in the consumer redressal forums.

                                      I placed one order (Order #10334272 dated 02-October-2012) on Timtara.com. The order was for 1 x Philips HTS3531 5.1 Home Theatre System and I paid Rs. 7840/- for this through netbanking (Bank - HDFC). Since then I am regularly contacting timtara team to check the order / refund status. I raised so many complains and I didn’t get answer to even single complain. I called 35-50 times to trace it and every time I was told that they are initiating the action and I will receive e-mail about it. But neither any action was initiated nor I received any e-mail or any type o[censored]pdate. Each time I call their customer care, I felt that they even don’t know what happened after my last call and customer care representative promising to initiate the action freshly. Due to all this, I decided to cancel the order. I sent many e-mails, made phone calls raised complains. But same story continued again. Every time I made I call, I was told that they are freshly initiating the cancellation request.

                                      After several requests,my status of my order on internet, was changed to “Payment refund pending”. I was relived a bit. But after 45 days from the status change also, I have still not received the refund. Again I made calls, raised complains, but same story…………….

                                      I am a regular buyer from other online sites. But I never faced any such issue. This is my worst experience. I am very much frustrated with Timtara.com. They are very un-professional and un-coperative people and doesn't care about their customer problems.Still they are showing the PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE and continously cheating people.

                                      Please help me in getting my money back.

                                        Timtara Online Shopping — Not Delivering the Products

                                        Hello,

                                        On November 19, 2012, I have ordered two products (Order #10356094, Order #[protected] from Timtara online shopping website. I am already paid money through online net banking from SBI with Transaction #10156208. Now products not yet shipped and I contacted customer care so many times but no use at all.
                                        Please help me to get either products or money refund
