Tinyowl — Non delivery despite taking order and non intimation of cancellation

I am completely distraught with the kind of service provided by tiny owl. This kind of service has ensured that you have lost and customer in me and many more people whom i am going to share my ordeal with. In the 18th of august, i had initially placed order through tinyowl at around 12.30 in the afternoon. The first transaction got cancelled due to some payment failure. The 2nd time i tried, the transaction went through and the money got debited from my tinyowl money and mobikwik wallet. I waited for about 45 minutes waiting for my food to arrive. Have attached a screenshot of the tinyowl app showing me that my order had been taken and is 5 minutes away from scheduled time of delivery. After the 45 minutes, there was no food at my place. Also the tinyowl money and mobikwik account had been credited back. I reposed faith with tinyowl and ordered for the third time through the app from the same restaurant. The app again accepted my order and the screenshot showing that the food was getting ready was shown in the order status which has also been attached with this mail. After about half an hour, there was no sign of food and the money had again been credited back toy account. I then called up the restaurant directly and they tolde that they had not received any order from tiny owl. The time was now approx 1.50 to 2 I now again tried the app 1 more time but through an other restaurant. This was the 4th try. In the 4th attempt as well, the order got taken and it showed the same status as the previous 2 times. After 19 minutes i presumed that this order too would not be delivered. So, called for food from a nearby restaurant. It was then that i finally got a call from bhagirathi restaurant saying that my order would be delivered in the next 30 mins...when the total time taken for the order in the app was given as 30 mins. So i had to pay at the nearby restaurant for the food ordered and also the tinyowl money and mobikwik money got debited this time. In short, i tried orderi g food at around 12.30 and could get the first morsel of food only at 2.45 all because of tinyowl. This whole process was an ordeal for the diabetic patient who was with me...waiti g to eat food. I believe you guys should shut down your app and not let people suffer due to hour inefficiencies. I will surely take this matter up with your private equity investors as well as on public forums and enlighten people about the pathetic service quality of yours.
