We purchased LG Washing machine on 19th june 2018 at 11 am and machine is delivered next day and they informed us that technician will come next 24 hrs.

Today it is more than 5 days now, we have been calling then more than 20 times but still technician did not come which is gross negligence which is making us total dissatisfied.

I have been old customer of tmc but now such delay in services is not addressed...

Tmc bhel is very bad showroom, i have very good experience with tmc (Nizampet), i thought here also good but not.. Staff don't know about features of products and management also not even answering your queries. What ever features they said in demo that was not there in product. I asked for return/upgrade product they refused to take. I lost lot of money with their poor knowledge on products. Management also not care about customer needs...
