We purchased LG Washing machine on 19th june 2018 at 11 am and machine is delivered next day and they informed us that technician will come next 24 hrs.

Today it is more than 5 days now, we have been calling then more than 20 times but still technician did not come which is gross negligence which is making us total dissatisfied.

I have been old customer of tmc but now such delay in services is not addressed then it will spoil your company name and nobody will approach tmc for purchase.

Looking forward your support and arrange to send technician by today as tomorrow is sunday we can not wait more.

The Demo was completed Today.

the delay happened bcoz, the mobile number given in the bill was not reachable and there was no alternate number.

After 2 days, you have given alternate number but when LG Service Team Called, you did not picked up the call. When you dont respond, the call will be kept on hold or cancelled..

    Hi respected team,

    Am a normal person who is very worried amount single rupee spending.

    I visited the tmc (A s rao nagar) store yesterday to buy a ac and the executive had showed me good lg ac worth 47400rs approx on mrp but he said, he will give at the price of 41500rs under discount so i agreed, he took me through loan process.

    I took loan of complete amount of 41500rs in capital first under emi policy but there is buffing to the customer was started.

    After getting approval the tmc executive has started saying below charges.

    Loan process fee - 1515rs
    Delivery fee - 200rs
    Installation fee - 500rs

    Now after hearing this i asked bill but he didn't given the bills for these amounts and where i should go and ask even these people acting like no responsibility after selling the product.

    I questioned capital first team so they had clearly told me they don't make any charges as in the scheme i availed the loan.

    However i made a card swipe of 1000rs at store and he mentioned in bill saying to collect money at the time of delivery but not justifying the amounts as he simply given 47000rs approx is actually cost.!!

    Please justify on this.

    With regards to processing fees, the entire amount goes to the finance company and TMC has nothing to do with it. If we dont collect then the finance company will deduct from our payout.

        Tmc bhel is very bad showroom, i have very good experience with tmc (Nizampet), i thought here also good but not.. Staff don't know about features of products and management also not even answering your queries. What ever features they said in demo that was not there in product. I asked for return/upgrade product they refused to take. I lost lot of money with their poor knowledge on products. Management also not care about customer needs and quires.

        I need my product return/refund.

            I would like to inform you that i purchased my sony 24' tv led in
            Vishakhapatnam tmc in the year 2015, feb. My tv model no:klv-24p412b.
            I have done extended warranty with bajaj allianze for 2 years. Right now my tv was under repair and for further proceedings i have to submit my invoice copy as my tv was under warranty. When i called to the tmc customer care they said that it will take nearly one week for issuing my invoice copy.
            So, please help me in this regard.

              Hi Sir/Madam,

              This is meghana, fortunate or unfortunate i bought fridge, washing macine, sony TV and few other kitchen items from abids TMC on 27th june 2017, i was promised of delivery on the same day or in worst on the next day that is on 28th, but till now i didnt get the products delivered yet, I tried reaching the area manager but not of helpful.

              Please kindly take this as priority and ensure it delivers on time else help me in cancelling the products.

                This is to inform you that i unfortunately bought kenstar aircooler in tirumala music center begumpet branch date 17.04.1016 with invoice no ep/1617/cr-1062 kenstar air cooler in summer. The swing in the cooler touches the fan. So far i got around 30 calls from different authorisation center. Around 5 people visited and checked the cooler and confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect. Still they did not replace/exchange the cooler. I have bought the cooler to get rid of summer. Summer went off. Cooler did not worked till now and no response. Nobody receives the call if called to tmc begumbet branch.

                One of the worst thing i did in my life is buy a product from tmc.

                Very happy for the prompt response. Mr chandra sekhar has given me the commitment that the issue is going to resolve tomorrow. However, I am disappointment with the service as I have been tortured for about 2 months fixing the damaged air cooler.

                  This is with reference to the Invoice number AS/1314/CR-7534 billed on the 29th of March 2014. The product was delivered on the 31st and since then it is lying idle and awaiting installation.Even after clear instructions that the installation needs to be done only during the 1st half of the day as no one is available during the 2nd half at home. Still the technicians calls in the night at 7pm and 9 pm to do the installation.After several calls to the customer care and also to the technician I am now frustrated and would like to have a resolution on this.The technician ([protected]) has started not responding to my calls now. Request the concerned authority to look into this as this has been a chronic problem with TMC.In the past also I had faced similar situations.

                  We spoke to the customer Mr. Balasubramanium today morning on receipt of his email and he has given appointment for tomorrow, 4th April between 10am - 11am. Technician will attend tomorrow and will complete the AC installation - TMC Customer Care.

                    Complete drama took place at TMC, Hydernagar, Kukataplly branch, Hyderabad on 5th Aug 2012.
                    I am a loyal customer to Tirumala Musical Center and brought all my home appliances from TMC Kukatpally branch. After 2 yrs I have a problem with my Unistab stabilizer when I went to TMC showroom with my problem TMC representative asked me to wait for 5 mins but after 30mins they asked me to talk with their Manager & his name is Mr.K.Srinivas I clearly explained my problem regarding stepilizer and in next minute he told that they stopped dealing with unistab and for any services he asked me to go directly to company and also TMC is not responsible for providing any service to customer they just worry only about sales and he proposed me to buy another stabilizer with 2yrs warrenty for which I din’t agreed, after that he just walked out from the discussion without any conclusion all the things happened in just 2 minutes which makes customer to understand that they won’t bothered about the customer after sales and the way Mr.K Srinivas talks to the customer makes ashamed why I bought the products here and came here to complaint. Just they are fooling the customers with their offers and discounts.
                    Finally one word to all consumers “TMC people only worried about the sales and don’t expect any kind of service from them if you expect it is a wrong place to you.”

                      I have purchased air cooler in TMC Electronics kukatpally. From the first day the product is not working.

                      I have called for TMC for the issue, they are not responding and saying to wait for 48 horus until the customer care executive visits the home.

                      I cant understand, why these guys are cheating the customers intelligently.
