[Resolved] Tirumala Music Centre — refrigerator

I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from tirumala music center, malakpet on 7.11.18. On 16.12.18, it was delivered and the technician came and opened the sealed product on 25.12.18 it was damaged and intimated to mrs. Kavitha ([protected]), she replaced the same on 31.12.18 by default it was also a damaged. Now they are saying it will take 1 week to deliver the same.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
We wish to inform you, all stocks received from companies are in sealed condition and the same is delivered to the customer. Company technician who comes to your home for installation / demo opens the box seal and complete the installation / demo.
In your case twice the product was found damaged. we have informed the same to Samsung and they dont have stock and the material is in transit.
Our Customer Care Manager, Ms. Kavitha informed the same to you yesterday, 3rd Jan, 2019 and took one week's time. we will get the new fridge delivered on receiving the same from samsung at the earliest.
