Tmc bhel is very bad showroom, i have very good experience with tmc (Nizampet), i thought here also good but not.. Staff don't know about features of products and management also not even answering your queries. What ever features they said in demo that was not there in product. I asked for return/upgrade product they refused to take. I lost lot of money with their poor knowledge on products. Management also not care about customer needs and quires.

I need my product return/refund.

My issues got resolved. I would like to appreciate TMC managemet. TMC(BHEL) Store manager(Naveen) called me many times and resolved my product related issues. My special thanks to TMC(BHEL) management(Naveen) and Staff. TMC BHEL is nice showroom, I had good shopping experience with TMC(BHEL).Staff knows features of all products well and management (Naveen) also very responsive, On time product delivery and installation followup(by back end team) also good, Reasonable pricing compared to near by showrooms(pai, bajaj ect).
