Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam — Transaction and refund related

Hi Sir, My Name is Kartheek, I booked 300/- special tickets 2 with 2 laddos(6500/-) to my family members through online ON 25TH JANUARY 2017. At the time of billing process the website was not showing any transaction successful, because of this technical issue I booked the ticket 2 times for 29th january 2017. I tried so many times to contact with TTD IT department. One Person said send mail to [protected] and [protected] or [protected] . When i call to[protected] . Please as soon as possible recover my money. My Booking id -ID[protected] .Kindly cancel my first booking with time slot 19 minutes and refund me 650 rs .I hope on you only.I have seen 100 of devotees complaining the same about the transaction process of tirupati balaji temple. Even after reminders for repayment for cancellation of accpmodation the payment has not been done . We have cancelled the accommodation on 28.5.18 (booked on 6.318.wide no IA[protected] for 5.6.18. Cancelled on 28.5.18 no.IACT [protected]).All 3 months but still we have get our money back.
