[Resolved] Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam — Online Payment Refund
Hi Sir, My Name is Kartheek, I booked 300/- special tickets 4 (1200/-) to my family members through online. At the time billing process unfortunately i lost power and money debited from my a/c after that i got some remark like "Ticket released after a period of inactivity". I tried so many times to contact with TTD IT department. One Person said send mail to [protected]@tirumala.org and [protected]@e-ttd.org. But no response from those guys. When i call to[protected] they said it will takes credit within 45 days but still didn't get. After that i tried to contact EDPM through phone i dial so many times to[protected]/341 but they didn't lift the call. Why they are doing like this don't know. Please as soon as possible recover my money. My Request No:[protected]. I hope on you only. Find below Proofs of mails to EDPM and online Payment proof.
