Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams — Complaint Regarding Failure to Book Special Entry Darshan Tickets

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the online booking system for Special Entry Darshan tickets on the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) website.

I have been attempting to book Special Entry Darshan tickets through the official portal:

Despite receiving notifications from the official TTD app and trying to book tickets promptly from 10:00 AM onwards (when bookings open), I have consistently been unable to secure even a single ticket. Although the system displays availability (sometimes showing more than 200 tickets), every attempt results in the error message:

"Sorry, it appears this slot has just been booked. Please choose another slot."

I have been facing this issue continuously for the past three months. I have tried booking using different mobile devices, systems, and dates, but the result remains the same. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

For your reference, I have attached screenshots that clearly show ticket availability along with the repeated error message encountered during booking attempts.

As per official information, approximately 3, 66, 000 tickets are released every month. However, it is unclear how these tickets are being booked, as genuine users like myself are unable to secure even one ticket despite repeated attempts.

In this regard, I kindly request you to:

Investigate whether there are technical issues with the booking system.
Ensure that the system is transparent and accessible to common citizens.
Take necessary action to prevent misuse or unfair practices, if any.

It is disheartening for devotees to wait for official announcements, spend hours trying to book tickets, and still be unsuccessful. I sincerely hope that this grievance will be reviewed and appropriate remedial action will be taken.
