I would like to highlight an issue I faced during the e-special entry darshan ticket booking service online. I have registered on the official website https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in/#/login. I have booked a ticket for the TTD E-special entry darshan on 24.08.2021 for 5 members with Rs 1500/-. The Booking Transactions got failed, but the money was deducted from my ICICI Debit Card and I did not receive any mail saying the status of the ticket(Whether the ticket transaction is confirmed or failed). I called customer care and I informed them about this and they told me its failure from Merchant Site(TTD). So please refund the amount to my credit account for my unsuccessful transaction. Requesting to Refund on failed Transaction. The amount was debited from the account and the tickets are not issued, I hope the amount shall be refunded to the source account as soon as possible. don't believe to refund this is one of cheating way infront of lord thirupathi no body could not helpful eigther law or force this is one kind of peasful cheating so request you forget this incident becareful next time don't come again because i was also cheated by this thirupathi cheating fellows. be take care only lord thirupathi only.

I have booked a ticket for the TTD kalyanvothsava darshan on 07.04.2023 for 2 member with Rs 1000/-. The Booking Transactions got failed, but the money was deducted from my SBI Account and I did not receive any mail saying the status of the ticket(Whether the ticket transaction is confirmed or failed).
