Titan — Allergy to Watch Strap | |||
I bought a Tommy hilfiger watch from Jabong, model TH.184.1.27.1271, i have got some allergy on my wrist due to the strap of that watch, i contacted the customer care today and they asked me to visit service centre so that they can verify the problem and resolve it, i am not looking for any kind of component change in my watch and i need a reimbusment of the total amount or exchange of any other watch, this is very dis heartning to believe that even the biggest watch manufacturers of india are not taking care of the quality parameters, and selling something which is not safe at all. I also demanded the chemical test report, after which Titan has stopped replying my e-mails. Was this information helpful? | |||
