[Resolved] titan.co.in — not delivered the watches on-time and no update to customer | |||||
Dear titan team, I have ordered watches online on 15th may 2019 and it supposed delivered before 22nd may 2019. The worst part is titan customer care didn't notify on delay and even online no update. When we tried reaching customer care informed will check but call back. Later send email to customer care, but no use just pushed the days till weekend without any proper update. Totally its a worst experience with ordering watches online with titan. I'm looking for refund and still no response to my email.
