Dear sir,
I am very disappointed due to titan site where i had order a women watch of price 3835 rupees and amount successfully deducted from my axis bank account but order not placed and show an error without giving any refund message or order number. I had call axis bank customer care number regarding deduction but he told amount placed to titan watch so we are not responsible for refund.
I have very faith on Tata company.
So i am requesting you please refund the amount as soon as possible.
