I started depositing EMI in TANSHIQ on Dec 2021 for ten months. TANSHIQ sales person said that after introducing EMI we are providing many offers like discount on customer's birthday and anniversary and lucky draw. But even after 10 months of EMI Tanshik, there is no lucky draw. When I withdraw my amount after 11 months they started lucky draw. It's not fair to me. I am not satisfied with Tanshik. Since last 10 months I am waiting for lucky draw. Every month I asked when do you start lucky draw but every time they said next month next month. Tanshik sales persons give wrong information. tanshik

      I was purchase a mangalsutra on my first wedding anniversory from beawar branch on 27th nov 2021, and your executive explain me a policy of harvest plan at that time no one have a enuf time to read a complete terms and conditions, executive expalin that if you want a money back you can take it back and we will issue you a profit vocher that can be used in future and you can also use it for saving purose.
      When after 10 month of this plan i again visit store for my money back and voucher your anothe executive said you have to purchase for this amount then we can give you benefit of this plan.
      Now you have to clear me you can give me a benefit of this amount, why i have to paythis amount without any interest.
      The induction of your staff is not clear, they only want sell plan without any clerance.
      Now i want my amount back with bank interest because this is your internal matter that your ecxecutive are niot properly trained about your plans.
      I want quick action on this and money with bank interest amount otherwise i will complaint again with higher authority of justice.

        I have ordered Reflex 3.0 Dual Toned Smart Band in Midnight Black & Grey Accent (SWD90067PP03A) worth ₹ 1795 and Reflex Smart Watch with Silicone Black Strap (68024AP01) worth ₹ 3995 on 22/08/2022 through World of Titan mobile app.

        The order ID is 7392356.

        Even after two weeks the product was not shipped. So I cancelled the order.

        It's been nearly 2 months and I haven't yet received my refund yet. I have contacted the customer care countless number of times but in vain. My ₹ 5790 is still due.

          When will i get my refund back to my original payment method ? This is my 4th worst pathetic poor experience with Titan. Same watch four times got cancelled from your end. If all the watches is getting cancelled like this then why you are doing this ? Now again in my life i will buy anything from fastrack or suggest anyone to buy anything from fastrack. Very Poor.

            Thoroughly disappointed by the service and behaviour of the staff.
            Recently i bought a spectacle from titan eye care (Titan Eyeplus store, Titan Eye+, # 9/2183/4, Near Malabar Watches, Opp to HDFC Bank, Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram - 695010) for my mother who is about 80 years
            Since they live in Trivandrum and i am located in chennai, i did not want to take any chances and i trusted the tata group companies ( i still do :-))
            The temples of your eyeglasses came off in 2 weeks and we visited the store and they said it is a simple problem with the screws and fixed it and assured that it will not happen again.
            I even told them that we cannot come back since my parents are old and they cannot travel alone and requested them to check it thoroughly.
            They also agreed that this was a defect and not caused by any misuse.

            Again after 2 weeks the temples came off and since i was not around, my parents could not take it to the store.
            So last week ( for 2 months my mother could not use it), we visited the store again and I explained to them the situation and told them that since this is the second time, the product is defective and it has to be replaced. We had other spectacles from Titan eye care which lasted for 6-7 years without any issues.

            The person at the store was very rude and kept on saying that what they can do is only to fix the screw without understanding my situation.
            I did not want to waste time at the store and called customer care from the shop itself and explained that i have to travel back in 2 - 3 days and the customer care person informed me that there will be a resolution before that. (They usually say 24-36 hours)
            But to my disappointment nobody bothered to call back and when I contacted them back it went to another section and they said they will ask someone from the right department to call back.
            A Few hours later someone did call but what that person asked me after about 48 hours irritated me to the core.
            He started by saying "let me understand your problem". So even after explaining the problem a couple of times, they were still trying to understand the simple problem.
            Not sure how we can trust any brand these days. They don't understand what it means to support an elderly.
            If someone from TATA is reading this, please take some action.

              I have purchased a titan edge watch model no nn1595ql01
              dated[protected] of worth more than 8-9ooo rupees from titan showroom at DB city mall Bhopal with a warranty card of 2 years.
              Further, during this year's 2022 rains in the month of June-July my watch suddenly stopped working, as it was under warranty we went for its service. First, they told us to deposit the watch to another outlet of titan at RoshanPura, Bhopal, once we reached RoshanPura outlet they took almost 1 hour to check and consult inside and then come up with a thing that you have used your wrist watch during swimming and we can't do free service as these parts are not covered under warranty it will cost you INR 8000 or above so better you return back this, we offer you extra 20% offer so that you may buy new watch then it will costs you less.

              Now, my complaint is
              as I haven't used this watch during swimming as I don't know how to swim, they themselves assumed it and concluded the same.
              Further being in the warranty they are charging me almost equal to the price I paid for the new one, and smartly suggesting offers to buy a new one as their service is priced highly.
              Why do I need to pay for any of the options above mentioned as it is under warranty?

                I have purchased a wrist watch from Titan World CCNB Rd, Erezha, Mullakkal, Alappuzha, Kerala 688011 on 30/08/2021.
                Model No. NM90098QMO1 DATE OF PURCHASE 30.08.2021
                I started using the watch only on 6/9/21 the day I was travelling abroad, I noticed the watch was having issues when I reached
                Dubai the same has been reported to the Titan world, the issue was it was either stopping in between or running slow which I couldn't recognize.
                when it was given to the titan world they could not find any problem and returned it to me . The same issue I found again and it was given to Titan world again
                They have sent it to the main service center for fault rectification, it was repaired and given back after a month or so.

                Again I travelled with the same in my second trip, after reaching the job location I found it is giving me issues. This time it stopped, I have adjusted the time again and used it.
                The same was reported to titan world telephonically. While travelling to India on my third leave, when I reached Dubai airport again I noticed the watch was not working
                and found the crown coming out slightly . Again it was given to the service center after more than a week when I checked with them they say it is working when it is on their workstation.
                The issue was happening when it was wearing /shaking (according to my observation). So far I didn't get any positive support from the Titan world.

                After spending a good amount for the watch, if it has to be with the service center, and not getting any support from any one from Titan .
                I feel it is unfortunate.

                Expecting an early action at least from your end now.

                  Really pathetic I purchased one product online order ID 7523193 after proper discussion on call and I have multiple call records to proof my case the product cartage and dull diamond quality was issue and I wanted to exchange or return product these people are teaching hygiene lesson and told to visit store for exchange within 7 days and I visited and store denied exchange and said its online purchase exchange online I place online exchange order then they demanded whole money really shameless act whereas the product is kept as it is as its delivered and i mentioned that have quality check done and then refund money but Really pathetic shameless people involved in business of cheating customers i was wrong i purchased multiple products online these are trustless people and at least I will urge online people not to be cheated by brands like Tanishq by over trust that I had and now its completely broken

                  Its really really shameless act that even after multiple emails and calls no resolution real fraudsters I think we should not go by brand the experience that I had with Tanishq really unacceptable behavior they take money first for online sales and then deliver and faulty and undervalued products and then don't revert on mails and calls really pathetic services of tanishq pathetic experience

                    At Tanishq showroom Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on 18.09.22, when I asked for employee's discount, they asked for a mail giving such information & documents, accordingly emoyee sent the desired mail to showrooms mail id. After getting mail, personal at payment counter asked for another mail in other formet. Why they didn't tell about this formet in the first time? They couldn't reply anything.
                    This was sheer annoyance & wastage of time.
                    I did purchase but without employee's discount.
                    This has happened earlier occasions too, in the same showroom.
                    Emlyees at this showroom are all most confused person killing customers valuable time.

                      I had purchased your product vide Invoice No.23TTKS[protected] on 7/8/2022 with the Invoice Amount being Rs.10, 995/-. Copy of the Invoice is attached for your reference.
                      However, the Product turned out to be a defective one. This was brought to the notice of your showroom (Store at Manualsons Building, Round West, Thrissur), and your employees said it is a manufacturing defect and thereby agreed to refund the value of the Product. The Service Data Form is attached for your reference. The Product is lying with your Store right now.
                      I am shocked to realise that a defective product was sold to me by a reputed Organisation like yours.
                      Much to my surprise is the behaviour of your Staff's who initially agreed for a cash refund and thereafter turn around to say 'we will issue Vouchers for same value".
                      During my visit on 13/9/2022, I liked another Product of yours and there was a Offer running for the said Product. However much to my dismay, the store people came up with an illogical statement that "I am not entitled for that said offer/discount if redeemed against the Voucher. This is totally an unfair trade practice. As a customer I feel let down in many ways, like 1) I was sold a defective product at the first instance, then 2) Cash Refund was offered which thereafter became a Voucher refund. Even accepting the Voucher, i am denied to buy a Product of my liking availing the Offer/Discount offered for that Product on the date of my visit, i.e. 13/9/2022.
                      I feel totally let down by your Product sold to me and also inferior services offered to me at the Store.
                      Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and find a resolution for the same else, I will be constrained to take necessary steps under Consumer Protection Act to safeguard my interests.

                        We have bought 4 products from Tanishq Mumbai Showroom on 11th September 2022. on 14th September, We visited showroom to return 3 out of 4 products. However, they are denying to return complete amount. Tanishq team is deducting making charges and GST value out of total amount we paid. This was neither informed to us at the time of buying product not mentioned in their T&C which is printed at the back side of GST invoice.

                          Hello Team,

                          I have purcahsed a smart titan watch fasttrack reflex and trying to connect it with my mobile number. As soon as I provide my German mobile number it is showing the screen that OTP has been sent. but unfortunately I am not recieving any OTP on my german number.
                          How will I be able to map my watch to German number now ??
                          please let me know how will it work, else stop selling this watch to people residing outside India.

                            I had joined the GHS in your Ghatkopar Branch in my name as well as my daughter.

                            The mobile number of my daughter and myself was interchanged erroneously by the callous saleslady Ms. Ratna of your Tanishq showroom.
                            She told me she will make the changes however when I redeemed the same, I found that the mobile number was not changed.

                            The sales lady Ms. Ratna was only interested in meeting her target of selling GHS to customers .

                            Request you to kindly change my mobile number in your record and confirm as I am not receiving any reply from Ghatkopar Branchof Tanishq.
                            This is not expected from a Tata FIrm .

                                I have purchased a sunglass of Rs.3316 on[protected]. Glass is too costly as my pocket but I purchased the same for the life long trust with Titan. My glass colour now faded. I visit the Titan outlet in southextention but I have not received any positive response. Even no body attend me properly way of manners. I working with advertisement company last four years. I will definitely complaint in consumer forum and also shared the details in social media, if Titan not giving any positive response.

                                      Issue is not sorted out.

                                      It’s going to be more than 3 months you have not arranged the metal strap for my watch.

                                      If you can’t provide the metal strap give me replacement for my watch.
                                      It’s not my fault that metal strap is not available company is responsible for non availability of the same.
                                      So it’s your responsibility to either make it available or give me replacement.

                                      I visited the store they are saying leather strap is available I don’t want leather strap (I specifically ordered metal strap because your leather strap is of very cheap quality doesn’t even go for a year.)

                                      I am still waiting to get affirmative response from team Titan.
                                      Hope you will not disappoint me, and make metal strap available as soon as possible.
                                      Don’t test my patience.

                                      This time if you don’t arrange the same or give me replacement for my watch then.
                                      I will have no other options but to file complaint against store and company.

                                      Please remember it’s my right to get replacement or metal strap( as I am ready to pay for metal strap).

                                        This is not the way tanishq sirsa is dealing with me. I have applied for refund before 13th may 2022, still I have not received the money till date. I have completed all your documentary formalities in the month of may itself. Your staff requested me to take the refund next month i. e. June because on the plea that a lot of refunds have already been processed in the month of may. I agreed. You yourself promised me to refund the money before 10th july at any cost. To the great surprise you again are demanding documents, which is very bad. I am fed up with your services and now feel Harrased. Really this is very disappointing. I want my hard earned money back as soon as possible. Till date I have not received my Rs20000.
