I paid my third installment on 15 sep 2021. My scheme is[protected].
Transaction was sucessful. After one month I come to know that money was not updated and Tanishq customer care saying that it was a failed transaction. Where my bank says no failure on their part. Even they gave it in written.
I have to get back my refund. Now how to pay fourth installment when third not updated and my money deducted. Too much of tension. No accountability

I m Sujeet Kumar Singh from Varanasi, Today 19 Oct 2021 visit in Swastik City Centre, Rathyatra Sigra Rd, Varanasi. I feel very bad because administration is very bad in every level. In past time I purchased many Jewellery from Delhi and Bangalore, both places show room administration is high level, every customer is happy.
My first visit in varanasi show room, After enter in show room I observed many observation -
1 No Offer for water, when I told please give water he bring only 2 bolttel for 4 person.
2 No offer for tea/coffee when I told please give tea your representative tell me machine is not working from 15 days.
3 I told your representative any toffee or chocolate for children, he tell not available here.
4 I told your representative any gifts, wellet, any thinks. He tell nothing available here.
5 show room administration tell me car parking fee not paid by showroom.
6 I purchased 1, 76490/- Jewellery, he told please give a photocopy of ID proof. I surprised when he told me photocopy mechanic was not working.
Overall i[censored] tell me give the rating this show room, I give below 0. This showroom doing damage name of Tanishq. People are trust in Tanishq but this show room not fit for Tanishq.
I request you please take necessary action of this show room.

Hi Team, I Paid monthly installment through link i received over SMS and money deducted from my account its almost 20-22 days. I made payment but its not showing in installments paid or even its not returned in my account.

I raised a complaint over email as well but no response on that as well

my ticket no is TKT-[protected]

The staff at Tanishq store in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, refused to show the required jewellery. They offered only 4 options to choose from. They kept insisting to buy from the discount section instead. They did not produce the complaint book and no one was wearing mask.

Even after 10 installments, amount have been deducted from my account.
No replies from team after multiple follow ups or calls.

No response or solution provided.

Hi I hv purchased the Titan clock in dec 20 from Flipkart all was well till it suddenly stopped working..changed the cell tried and tested another one by one but no use ..it is not working..I wanna request to plz exchange my product with the working one and hope it doesn’t stops again 🙏thanks regards

I bought Chain from tanishq Muzaffarpur and after 1 month got braked, I visited there shop the totally denied for service and they said they will send my chain to Bangalore and there office will decide, I had submitted my chain to there office after 10 days i got call from there emp. end and they said we can change the chain as he got a confirmation from the RO office but again after some time he called and said sorry wrong information given. he did not receive any info from RO office means he changed own words.
Now I got a call from there end yesterday and they said Bangalore office RO denied to change the chain. totally fraud they are doing i need solution this

I purchased a 22k gold ring few weeks back from Tanishq.

I have all the original bills and document about my purchase from there.

Suddenly the ring turned into white (marble type) in color.

I have purchased a chain from your Muzaffarpur (Bihar) out on 31st of July 2021.
This chain broken on 30 August and the store repaired and provided me.
Again the same chain broken on yesterday 27th September.

Why this kind of problem occurred again and again ?

Sir with my monthly saving I Purchased ur titan raga watch with magnet locking system, I wore it for the first time and it fell from my hand and it got lost . sir I think the reason behind it was the magnet locking system. the watches locking system was so poor that just by a touch it fell from my hand and i didnot even reliased . Before the Purchase I inquired about the locking system of the watch and the shopkeeper answer make me to purchase the watch he said that it its Titan its Titans watch the company want provide a bad locking system to such a costly watches and in your name I purchase the watch but really I feel like cheated now . U even didnot response to ur mistake. Its really bad to see u such big companies dont even bother about ur customers.

Ferojgandhi market ludhiana..female staff behaviour really shocked me because tanishq is a very good brand but employees destroying it..they didn't ahow proper jewellery which we want and they think we cant buy while I am a chartered accountant and my husband is officer in indian railways female employee think they are owner of tanishq. Please teach them anyone is customer, gice proper treatment to every customer. Did not expect this type of behaviour from tanishq because we trust Ratan Tata ji and go there due goodwill in market..please teach them

I purchase the Golden Harvet scheme from Tanishq when i purchase the scheme i take the promise for buying Gold biscuit after 10 month i going for purchase the gold biscuit then he take the extra charge of Rs.300.00 per gram as a labour but at the time of purchase of scheme your employee not understand the scheme properly for extra labour .please return my extra labour charges amount for customer satisfaction.

I believe titan(your company) is very well known for its quality and designs but sorry to tell this you made me regret to buy in titan ever in the life again I may probably stop people from buying in titan because my brother got me a watch from titan from dubai airport for which we got international warranty book and the watch suddenly broke i don't know y maintenance was VERY GOOD and that's totally fine but when i went to titan showrooms in hyderabad stupid people saying to go to dubai to repair it we cannot change??????? We asked even for money just repair it we will pay even though they are escaping with ### reasons this anger is out of trusted CUSTOMER understand you lost a trusted CUSTOMER who never buy ever from titan and stops other. Atleast don't do it for others request and the watch is below 1yr. Do you think we should use the watch for lifetime with out any fault??? Please sell the products with that quality the product cost is 10k. I will report this in consumer court wait and watch.

I am a long standing customer of Tanishq Jewellery, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Had visited the Store today to redeem my Golden Harvest Scheme and was directed to the counter overlooked by KANTI DEWANGAN, Sr.Retail Sales Officer. From the beginning, not only was she distracted by trying to deal with other customers simultaneously, but eventually left us stranded without completing our deal/purchase against the GHS, to cater to another more affluential customer, their purchase indicating that Ms. Dewangan was more interested in catering to customers with larger purchases., until I was compelled to go and interrupt her, to finish my transaction, since we were there first. Unfortunately, I was there to redeem just a worth of 20, 000/-, which might have appeared a paltry amount to Ms Dewangan. For the first time felt humiliated at the Tanishq Jewellery Bilaspur, which may decide whether I would want to patronize your Store in future. Very disappointed to get the impression that staff like Ms Dewangan judge you on the basis of budget, appearance and cater to your needs accordingly or lose interest.

A smart watch with damaged charger was sold to me on 12/09/2021 from your showroom at Naudra Bridge Jabalpur
It’s function was verbally explained and was told to get it charged at home through laptop
When I tried to do so it was not getting charged and as I was in Indore I showed it in your showroom in orbit Mall by the name Saakaar Retails
They said that the charger is not working as it is damaged and should be replaced
The seller is not cooperating

I hereby L.Radhakrishnan from salem has been given my watch seiko branded for service on 26.3.2021 at salem World of Titan showroom, sharadha college road. It has been given to Mrs.Lakshmi incharge for service department has not yet taken any steps for my complaint.Since its been 6 months no intimation or status update regarding my product.I request you to take necessary steps to collect my watch. I have purchased seiko brand for 22k please i request you to help me to know the status of product.

After long wait of 1 month from the date of returning the product.. till now there is no refund credited to my account .. wasting my most valuable time inspite of my many requests...

I'm fascinating about wathches, in my collection I have Raga, obaku, Fast Track, Tommy Hilfiger and recently added Retro collections of Tissot. But I can't use Obaku properly, because it's leather strap not available in store and it's cost Rs. 1400... I have checked it out in normal store they don't have strap no. 4. I was visited one of the Titan store and ask for replace it with metal strap... But it couldn't possible because of its size... Most of the times I couldn't wear it.. And it kept in my cupboard... My request to your end if it is possible to exchange the same??? I'm regular customer of Titan Mani square store... Please let me inform about the same... Thanks
