In january 2020 i purchased a new titan watch from delhi bt few months later its lock was not working properly so in december 2020 i gave it to the authorised service center situated in bareilly (quality watch shop) after 10 months they not giving my watch nither they are rreparing it they are only postponing the dealy kindly see the matter and thier service is worst

    World of titan (Helios) Store Gorakhpur uttarpradesh, and when I asked the staff that why you guys are overcharging, they said this is company policy
    I haven’t recieved any responses from them, what should I do further please suggest.

      Order was placed on 25th Augist 2021 and was to be delivered by 26th August 2021. It is not yet delivered on 31st August 2021 at 4:45 pm.

      1. Apparently the first attempt was made at 11:45 pm nearly midnight on 26th August 2021. This is anyways unacceptable under any circumstances. The safety of the customers especially female customers (the courier was addressed to my sister) should be a foremost concern for someone like the Tata group. How is a lady supposed to open the door and accept a courier at midnight? Is this the culture of Tanishq and Tata group?
      2. No further attempt was made for delivery on 27th or till today the 31st August 2021. The only update was online that a different date has been requested and 30th was displayed with no confirmation from recipient. Why is a 4 day time lag assumed? Where has the courier been for so many days?. Is the original product in the box or has it been swapped. Who knows? Your agent in todays chat told me that the parcel was with Caratlane. So did the delivery agent go at midnight to Caratlane office to deposit the undelivered parcel? Is there any record of the same? We are discussing delivery of expensive gold and diamond products here, not grocery.. so how has Caratlane logistic team ensured safety of the product.?
      3. I was told that the delivery team is internal, but online it says “Speedpost, Bluedart or Sequel. I believe that all these are third-party couriers.


      4. Till I contacted the chat agent yesterday on 30th August, no further attempt was made for delivery. Even on the 30th August, Which was mentioned on the tracking site, no one bothered to deliver the product. The agent online promised to have the delivery done by 31st Aug 2021 and have someone confirm to me on 31st Aug 2021 morning, that the delivery was made with the authentic product as ordered. Noone bothered to contact me at all.
      5. On contacting the online agent again today at 4:30 pm, I received the same reply that he was sorry that no attempt has been made for delivery and he has asked the logistics team to deliver within the next 24 hrs. On asking for contact details of grievance cell, regional and national sales managers or the head of the logistics team, I was given only this email and told that no other details can be shared. I have been an employee of the Tata group and I cannot believe that no grievance cell exists or there is noone but customer service managers to address the worries and queries of the customers. I have also been told that someone else, a manager, will call me in 30 minutes, but ofcourse noone has called.

      I request you to note my concerns, highest being the safety of the recipient and the second being the genuineness of the product after being in transit for 5 days at unknown location.

      My family and me have been Tanishq customers ever since it was launched and I am honestly not just disappointed but disillusioned by this irresponsible attitude.

      I request you again to give me the contact details of the grievance cell, as well as the national and regional sales heads and the head of the logistics wing. As an ex-employee of Tatas, I would like to bring this lacuna to the notice of the right people so that it can be taken care of at the earliest. I would not like to go public with details of how the safety of a lady customer was put at risk by Caratlane / Tanishq/ Tata, but would hope to connect with the right responsible authorities to have steps put in place to avoid further such incidences.

        I have bought Fastrack sunglasses from Taitaneye + but they broke automatically while I was using my laptop. It broke within 2 months. When I went to the store they said that you cannot claim the warranty as it's broken. Not even my fault. As they have changed the lenses. They even said that if you buy in the morning and if it breaks in the evening still you cannot claim the warranty. It really frustrating that the frame quality is so weak that it breaks automatically within 2 months. Then Why should I buy frames from Titaneye+ If they make such a worst frames why sould i buy from Titaneye+. It was my first frame and my last as i will never ever buy from Titaneye+.

          Sir i purchage titan company watch from officical site. My order number is 4811196. My delivery date is 26/08/2021.but when i talked with customer care they said talk to ecom express for delivery. Aftr that i talked witg ecom express they said it will deliver till 31st august 2021. When i talked to titan customer care about it then they said thay cant do anything for it. We are not responsible for it. Now tell me i am orderd from ur site why should i talked to ecom express. U are responsible for my order not ecom express. U have to talk ecom express about it. Why should i and deliver my order on time this is ur responsibility.

            Respected sir,
            I am writing this email to complaint against your wrong policy of 2% or 8% deduction of exchanging value as non-Tanishq gold.
            I, Jagruti Patel, bought jwellery (Mangalsutra, bangles, finger ring, drop erring and nose pin) of worth 5, 14, 540/- Rs from your jwellery shop at C.G.Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 27th June, 2021.
            I want to draw your kind attention to the matter that before buying, I had told them about exchanging of jwellery, and they had tempted me to give same exchanging value according to touch and purity of gold. But after completion of my purchase and making payment, when I checked the the invoice bill, I was shocked to find that my exchanged ornaments were not valued properly according to touch and purity, and moreover they have deducted 2% and 8% exchanging value. Before melting my ornaments, I was not made aware of it. I think it is a one type of cheating. As I have got information nowhere such a malpractice is done. You have broken our trust.
            The details regarding the complaint is given below. The melting process is done into two:
            1. In the first case, the purity of my gold is 92.62%(23 carat touch). The price of my exchanged gold must be 4, 757 per gram.The weight of my gold is 22.047 grams. So the amount they have to pay is 1, 04, 877/-Rs. But they have deducted 2% exchanging value and returned only 1, 02, 719/-Rs. I have 2, 158/- Rs loss.
            2. In the second case, the purity of my exchanged gold is 86.77%(20.82 carat touch). The price of my exchanged gold must be 4, 452/- Rs per gram and weight of my exchanged gold is 56.789 grams. So the amount they have to pay is 2, 52, 834/-Rs. But they have deducted 8% exchanging value and returned only 2, 32, 632/- Rs. I have 20, 202/-Rs loss.
            In this way, they have deducted total 22, 360/-Rs. Why should I have to face such a big amount of loss.
            You are requested to look into this matter and return the 8% exchanging amount which was wrongly deducted. I would be grateful if you return the amount and not let me go to consumer forum.

                Titan, Tanishq and Encircle have removed the points that was in my Encircle card with out my consent and now they are saying it cannot be added.
                I being a valued customer going through all this is really unacceptable!
                I received the message about the points and immediately I spoke to the advisors of Tanishq on chat regarding my points. I was promised that my points will be valid until 01/04/2023. I have the proof of the chat as well. Yet they removed it without informing me or messaging me!

                  I have ordered watch from Titan app online on dated 08/08/2021., Expected delivery date 11/8/2021 still not delivered yet. Still customer executive saying they are working on it but no reply from their till date.
                  My wife has birthday today what should should I do if I got order after today.
                  I also enable to cancel this order., My money is stuck here. If I know this will happen by Titan I will never ordered from app.

                      Dear Concern,
                      This is regarding complaint against Titan watch dealer 'A B. Times & opticals' located at Ponda Goa. Pin code 403401.

                      Please note, my wrist watch bearing details as Model No. NJ1692B M01, which was purchased from M/s Titan world, Aurangabad Maharashtra Stores on 06.11.2018. After a period it's battery required to replace as Watch stops working. Hence visited the Titan Shop for replacing the Original battery there on Sunday 01.08.2021. I have said the dealer for it, he had took it for replacing the battery with new one, but after almost 20-30 minute's gave me my watch through his assistant. When I wore the watch and looking for time check, i noticed the look of my new single handed watch was spoiled, as it's maximum diamond i.e. metal points fixed or available for showing hours are missing and some sticky material sticked inside the glass. He trying to say that your this metal pieces were removed already and hence i was tried and sticks the some one. And this sticky gum will dry and not seen after some days. Hence, asked him how this watch looking like.After seeing the worse look of my watch i am very much depressed and unhappy because of same. After that he had kept some pieces of this metal part in Self sealing bag and tried to give it to me. I asked him what is it, he told it's your watch material hence take it with you.
                      I told him it is a New watch purchased from Titan shop and first time given you at authorised shop for replacing the battery and i am using it daily, this is not previously the condition. I don't want this in this situation.
                      So, request you to give my watch as it's original look and have kept with him and he agreed for same and said my technician is not here, will give it to you after 2 days.
                      After 3 days he called me for taking it back. When i went there he had sticked all parts but still it's quality is very bad and sticky material inside it. Hence, a requested him to give me the Watch as have given you in its original look please, after some time he called me for taking it back. He took back the slip given by him first and gave me watch as worse conditions as. Hence, i asked him i don't want this watch keep it with you. He denied and trying to pressurised and Misbehaving me. As don't have the head likewise.

                      Here, i want to share this with this My favorite brand Titan for taking action on him. For reference my watch warrantee card, photo of Titan Shop and it's receipt attached here.

                            I got married three months back bought such an expensive ring for engagement and it has broken twice.
                            Luckily I found the diamonds twice by God’ grace else we have have faced such a big loss. Also, so many emotions attached to the ring.
                            Each time we take it for repair the store says it wldnt go anywhere but it breaks.
                            If we have paid such a huge amount for the ru g and I can’t even wear it because of fear of losing it each time I wear it’s a waste to invest in such a big brand. Also, each time we to to get it repaired they charge us extra if loss of gold and other labour charges.

                              I hd gone to Titan Auth Showroom, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar to replace the battery of my Xylus on 21.07.21. The tech. Kedar Sethy hd told me the coil of the watch damaged n need replacement n it ll cost 2k. He again called me on 29th that the coil is not available n I ll collect the watch on 4th aug. He hd charged me1450. I asked abt the coil he said it was changed n added the value to the labour charge. When I meet the store mgr Prasant Parida, Sethy had changed his version n said he overhaul my watch not replace the coil. He did the overhaul without my permission n without any requirement as my watch was working very fine till the battery was down. Till the date I order the battery replacement it ws running but late. So I found myself cheated n the employees at the store tried to cover their cheating n the GST malpractice as the coil invites 10pc where labour charge invites 18pc.                                 Yesterday i visited your titan store to make a purchase o escapade blue series and the same was available in the bucket of 20 percent at the showroom at 22 no. Phatak patiala at titan eyeplus and i rnquired the same rather 20 percent discount will be available on it or not your employee named babita there said yes the same is there and i asked her to finalize that product and make my bill she at the time of billing says there is no discount its fresh article rather the article was 2020 mfg and she said no discount will be given while keep on insisting go for amalf bleu series on 20 percent i had purchased the same but i wanted that escapade blue that was very harassing while i keeps on saying you offered me 20 percent on this and she says that she cant give that discount rather after saying that so kindly look into tge matter and inform the proceedings

                                  I have joined the golden harvest chit scheme for Rs 5000and completed 10 months in time. Not a single day delay. For the past two days I have been in contact with local erode show room to ascert the interest details. Both yesterday and today women staffs collected my details and requested me 30 minutes time for responding me. Regret to register no one turned up. Such a branded company of India having this sort of staffs will bring the customer mind into negativity.
