The Wrist watch design NH9159WL01 was purchased from your show room at Agartala on 23.10.2019 & since then it is giving endless troubles i.e. the the watch does not run in spite of several services at your show room at Agartala . First, the watch became stop in Nov'2019 i.e. after less than one month from the date of purchase which was repaired /rectified by concerned person at your Agartala show room. Few days/months later, it became out of service again & accordingly, the said watch was handed over me on 20.03.2021 after necessary servicing, but the same has again been stopped on 22.03.2021 & same has again been handed over in the outlet at Agartala on 25.03.2021 while person (Lady ) concerned committed/intimated me verbally that I will be informed over telephone when changing of m/c will be over.
In view of above, I have really become fade up & frustrated with such poor & worst service of the watch referred above. The cost of the said watch is more than Rs.4000.00. In my 60 yrs of life, I have never seen such a watch of renowned company like Titan having such most bad service. Actually, after purchasing the watch i hardly used it troubles free for one month. I, some time also used very low cost watch gave minimum 2yrs service. Now such a costly watch of TATA GROUP giving only troubles with out any service,
Hence, requesting you to look into the matter for early settlement of the issue either by replacing the watch by anew one of refund me the whole cost of the watch.
