Stopped working al of sudden after 10 years, I thought it may be because of battery but it was a stoppage, It passed almost a month, I didn’t get it repaired.

    We had enrolled into Tanishq Gold scheme last year and we were told that by investing 5000 rs at the end of 10 months we would get 53000 and we can buy gold with it. Today we went to Tanishq showroom near Paradise circle Hyderabad and they charged us 3000+ as die charges whatever that is and then GST as well. GST I can understand but at the time of enrollment these charges were not made known to us and even the scheme booklet does not have any charges disclosed. So the 3000 that Tanishq is paying us as interest is being charged as die charge. This is just unfair and if it was disclosed at the time of enrollment I would not have opted for it since if I had invested the 50000 in mutual funds I would got a 7-9 percent return on investment.

      Dear team,

      I have purchased a watch from Titan website online. Order no. RWB [protected] I found this watch was not suitable to me as it was not perfectly fit on my hands.
      I mail the company many times. First they promised to pick the product in 7+7 days. But no body contacted me for pick up in last 15 days. Now this compony is not responding on mails.

      Pl resolve my issue.

        I had ordered the fastrack watch today my money has been deducted for the watch 2750/- but the order is not placed in the order section. This is which kind of thing if customer is purchasing any thing worth of rs and you are not placing the order. I request you to solve this ASAP. If you can place the order and deliver it is okay but not then just refund the amount....

          Recently Bought a Police brand watch from Vanasthalipuram branch, after 3 months chain Break & colour damaged but sorry to bring in your notice that shop people are saying this will not cover warranty, very Disappointing with previously took watches from Titan never face problem pLease change the watch with new one.

                Digital Gold exchange

                Dear team,

                I am planning to by 20 grams of Digital gold from Tanishq in next few months (which is already started). Today when I spoke with customer care, they have informed me that I need to pay the GST for the Digital gold as well as at the time of physical exchange at any of the Tanishq outlet too, which is directly twice payment of the GST.
                Kindly confirm on this, why customer should pay GST twice ?

                I have taken the Golden Harvest scheme of Tanishq.(Vizag outlet)The amounts i had sent in the month of Feb and March 2021 was not reflected in their system.I was receiving repeated messages to make those 2 payments again too.After a chain of e mails and calls one amount of 12 k got credited in my account on 2nd April while the second one is still pending. My bank has clearly stated that the ARN number[protected] sent by Tanishq is reflecting only 2k transfer .Tanishq is still insisting that my bank has not transferred the money back.
                My question is that why only 2k was transferred and not 12 k.And if my bank had to reject it would have stopped full 12 k payment then how is 2k being reflected in my bank account corresponding to the ARN number sent to me by Tanishq.Highly irresponsible behaviour from one of the biggest names in the trade. Extremely disappointed .

                  I purchased neckless vide invoice no. GWH/CM/3144 dt. 18/2/2021.Though it was a set of necless and ear rings. In the invoice only the cost of ear ring gold price is deducted. Hence you are requested to look into the matter and refund the amount which wasn't purchased by me. In this regards I lodged a complaint on line vide TKT-[protected] 24/02/2021

                    I order for a smart watch on 19th april 2021 the same got processed but due to lockdown the delivery partner has returned the item order no is 4077659 i was informed that the retrun is initiated but till date i have not received the refund
                    i am being charged by the credit card due to non refund
                    i would like to get the refund also the compensation

                        We ordered spectacles based on our hospital's prescription for glasses. Since it was the first time we were ordering glasses, we were not aware that we should cross-check the power at your showroom . the person who guided us did not inform us of the same .I could not see properly even after wearing the ordered spectacles. At this stage your staff rechecked my power in your showroom and she said, that one reading under the head axis was different from the eye hospitals prescription . now your people say that the whole responsibility lies on
                        us. Rs, 13000 is a huge amount for us and morally it is not right to make us pay for the same spectacle twice . kindly look into the matter and revert us with a positive reply

                            My husband gifted me on 15/08/19.used it once and 1pin broken automatically..after keeping it safely...it's really a bad experience after spending more than 10, 000/-.warranty is 2years written so please replace my breclet..

                              I invested 5000 per month in the golden harvest scheme and after it matured I submitted my documents to get the value credited to my account but only 50000 was credited though the mature value was 53970.00.
                              Kindly reconfirm and do the needful.

                                I visited Cuttack, Tanishq centre for three times within 6months duration. But failed to remburse my gold harvest amount in jewelerry. Everyime I spend 4000 rupees to visit the shop. But I failed in all way. I demand a Rs 300000 compensession as my investment didn't work in my need.
                                As soon as possible you must do it please else I will opt all the modes of society and Laws to get it.

                                  The Wrist watch design NH9159WL01 was purchased from your show room at Agartala on 23.10.2019 & since then it is giving endless troubles i.e. the the watch does not run in spite of several services at your show room at Agartala . First, the watch became stop in Nov'2019 i.e. after less than one month from the date of purchase which was repaired /rectified by concerned person at your Agartala show room. Few days/months later, it became out of service again & accordingly, the said watch was handed over me on 20.03.2021 after necessary servicing, but the same has again been stopped on 22.03.2021 & same has again been handed over in the outlet at Agartala on 25.03.2021 while person (Lady ) concerned committed/intimated me verbally that I will be informed over telephone when changing of m/c will be over.
                                  In view of above, I have really become fade up & frustrated with such poor & worst service of the watch referred above. The cost of the said watch is more than Rs.4000.00. In my 60 yrs of life, I have never seen such a watch of renowned company like Titan having such most bad service. Actually, after purchasing the watch i hardly used it troubles free for one month. I, some time also used very low cost watch gave minimum 2yrs service. Now such a costly watch of TATA GROUP giving only troubles with out any service,
                                  Hence, requesting you to look into the matter for early settlement of the issue either by replacing the watch by anew one of refund me the whole cost of the watch.
