SUB: Immediate Replacement of damaged parts of Titan Watch purchased from authorised dealership.

Sir/ Madam

On the 03rd of August 2020, I had purchased a Titan Watch, bearing HSN Code[protected]NL01), from your authorised dealership store, WORLD OF TITAN, Ed Heights, below Spencers Daily, Opp. LIC Pattom, Pattom P.O., Thiruvananthapuram – 695004, for an amount of Rs.15, 995/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Nine Ninety Five Only). The Invoice No. is 21WQRSS[protected].

However, it is hereby brought to your kind attention that, the product sold to me was of pitiable quality and the straps, have within a matter of months corroded on the edges, even so after the product was used scarcely and handled with utmost care. For the reason of being held back in the state of Karnataka, owing to travel restrictions, I was unable to personally take the watch for repair in the said store.

On 22nd March 2021, yesterday, the watch was taken into the said store for replacement of the straps, by my father Mr. Mohammed Firoz AC. However, he was made to return empty handed stating the store only covers damages to battery and the machine itself. Even after paying a hefty amount for the said watch, myself and my father subjected to disgraceful customer service from the part of the store and its management.

You are thus hereby respectfully reminded of your own company policies, whereby as per Titan & License Brands Warranty Norms and Guidelines – Watches and Accessories, your company explicably guarantees replacement up to a period of 1 year, in cases of strap corrosion and my purchase is well within the purview of this time period.

Hence, kindly accept this as my formal complaint and intimation, so as to give necessary directions towards the replacement of the defective straps on the watch I have purchased with immediate effect. Photographs of the damaged watch, Purchase invoice and company guidelines on replacements is also attached herewith.

    Hello
    We purchased some gold jewellery from the Tanishq Showroom at Mani Majra, Chandigarh vide invoice No CHM/ CM/ 7561 dated 28/ 02/ 2021 in the name of Naranjan Lal Gupta
    The gold bangles were worn only once in a family function on 15 Mar 2021 and have dented without any unfair wear and tear
    Kindly let us know how to go about it’s replacement or repair... whichever is the easiest option
    The damage caused is heartbreaking and never expected from a product of Tanishq

      I ordered online nose ring which got delivered on 18.03.2021. on opening of big box I found very tiny article which was not even 1/4 in size than depicted on site. Immediately without wasting time I requested to return product through mail. On 19.03.2021 i called on customer care who informed that nose ring will not return. No such information on site where policy shown that without question return within 7 days. Please initiate return of product and give my money back.

        I was given very bad service. Got a call from customer care and said they will call and do the needful. They didn’t bother to call back. Very unpleasant experience

          The concern is that the product was return to the Ecom express courier and submitted the same on 8th March 2021 at 11:43 AM after seeing the return receipt from Titan.

          I called TItan almost 15 plus times and I am not getting the resolution from them.

            Such a costle watch of 14000/- and such low quality watch from esteemed company like titan.

              Hi,
              This is Shubham Khot, one of your customer who purchased a TITAN watch from the Lifestyle Stores of Seawoods Grand Central Mall, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

              This is a Complaint regarding the Non-Worthy Product TITAN WATCH in ROSE GOLD Case Frame, with White Dial, Dark Brown Strap. Product Model No. NL90102WL01 Purchased By Me on 08/11/2020 (8th November 2020), within 3 months after purchase the Main Case Frame which is ROSE GOLD Plated had faded & the back case of the watch with Water Resistant Features & Model Number mentioned on it with the Titan Logo, had rusted badly & also got damaged due to the same rust issue.

              The Watch was very Rarely Used Only 2 Times, Though Majorly it was preserved safely in the TITAN Watch Box only.

              The Same Product was submitted to the Lifestyle Stores, Seawoods Grand Central Mall, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, with the same issues of Back Cap Rust & Rose Gold Plating Faded.

              The Store Employees Promised Us that they will Send the Watch to the Service Centre as it was under warranty & also gave us the service Receipt of the watch (Receipt of Lifestyle Stores Service Department) & the employees had said that we will get the watch back within 1 week of time span.

              Its Been Complete 1 Month 1 day now, i haven’t Received my Watch Yet, I am Getting Silly Reasons from the Store Employees & Also they are Asking me for more 1 week (7 days)of time for the same.

              This is really undigestable & i am badly irritated as i really couldn’t get my watch back since long & there’s no point in Buying Such a Costly Watch worth ₹9, 495/-, there’s been now a Trust Issue in my mind being a Customer whether the watch was Genuine (Legit/Authentic) or it was some kind of a Master Copy Piece Sold To Me through LifeStyle Stores, Seawoods Grand Central Mall, as the service team is taking More then 1 month of time just to change the Back Cap & the Rose Gold Case Frame Of the Watch.

              Now Its been Complete 1 Month & 3 Days I haven’t Received My Watch Yet & Also Getting Silly Reasons From the Lifestyle Stores (Seawoods Grand Central Mall) Seawoods, Watch Department Employees.

              I hope TITAN COMPANY will Look into this Matter & Help Me Out with the Solution.

                    Ipoonam kumari have purchase one neck chain for my husband and after 15 days it was found damaged when i vusites tanishq shiwroom in muzaffarpur near motijheel they said come after 15 days and replacment is not possible and .5 gm of gold is missing.                       I was purchased titan watch from amazon on 26 may 2019 of model NK2480SM02 whose seller was cloudtail india pvt ltd but i got another local brand watch. I make unboxing video of product and also have pic. The box of watch was of titan but have a prodect of forever
                      When i complained to amazon at that time they deny to do anything while i have sended unboxing video of that product.
                      i am very disapointed with these type of service from titan amazon as well as titan

                        I had raised my return request for my order #3872354 Mia by tanishq 14kt yellow gold diamond nose pin but due to size issue i want to return the product and its been within 7 days. Moreover your customer care ppl before purchasing he committed me that if i buy diamond or gold nose pin and if by chance if i am not satisfied or fitting issue i can return the order within 7 days. And today also in morning one of your customer ppl in online chat she said my return request has been accepted. Then why i am getting this message that my return request is not getting accepted. The order is in used condition with all the packaging then why my return is not getting accepted. Are you guys want to loose your customer by giving false promises and commitment. Are you guys big fraud and cheaters. I want to return the product and want my full refund as commitment by your company. I don't want any exchange and just refund my amount and i will never recommend your company again to anyone for purchasing. You guys are not trustworthy.

                          I have been charged 477 for the battery replacement. Its very very high cost 300 rupees for battery and 177 rupees for replacement charges. The charges are for not even 5 mins work which was done at service center.

                          Titan watch buyers please buy spare parts before you buy a watch

                            We have purchased bangles from Tanishq Kamla Nagar Delhi outlet. Mr Tarun Kumar was the sales person and told him need bangles for daily wearing and on assurance we have purchased 2 bangles of weight approx 56.0gm and paid approx 33000 as making charges. After 5-6 month’s bangles inner rings detached from outer with bad shape. On visit at outlet they have repaired and returned after 15-20 days and even not educated us that is not for daily uses. We have used it as usually and again occurred same problem and contact again for repairs even ready to pay for reaping cost if any. After 15-20 days got call that Bangles are not in position for repairing and you can purchase the material of the gold cost, means pay again 18-22% making charges on the current value of gold. Why we pay again for wrongly move by sales staff Mr Tarun Kumar, really we are very disappointed with Tanishq brand and no one is ready for solution and help. We are regular customers of Tanishq due to TATA product but now we are losing our trust.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              On 28th Jan, I ordered a Kenneth Cole watch from Titan website. And before ordering I confirmed this thing from Titan whether I can apply for return or not (if I don't like the watch), I was told that I can
                              return the watch within the 7 days from delivery and I asked the
                              procedure too.

                              I ordered this watch at my friend's place "Shubham". It was a
                              surprise. Watch was delivered...

                              I purchased a Diamond ring from Tanishq on 29jan 2020 for a cost of 38k which includes around 10k of making charge.
                              Tanishq always assures about the make of their product and they mention that if there is any defect in their product they will either repair it or provide a FOC replacement. Within 5-6 months, that ring lost five tiny diamonds so we thought to visit Tanishq and gave them this in ring in Jan 2021 to repair or replace.
                              After few days on 14feb 2021, I called Tanishq and the spokeperson mentioned that your ring has been repaired and you can collect it back. We then visited store on 26feb and got to know that nothing has been done with the ring and they are providing the equal cost purchase for any other item from their store.
                              I have paid 10k in making of that ring and it is their defect and they should correct it or give the exact same new ring to me.

                              They have taken 1 month and done nothing. Its a worst customer support I have faced.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I had done a transaction at Tanishq Himayatnagar Hyderabad on Jan9, 2021 using my Sbi Debit Card amounting 2lak and Union Bank Debit card amounting 6k. I had cancelled the order on same day.The store had given me a void report on cancellation.Said will receive credit in 5 working days. Till date there is no credit back to bank account nor refund initiated to me. Itz almost 40days and nine of the guys give a proper response from ur store at Himayatnagar Hyderabad. I had received a confirmation from my bank that they havent received any credit back on their letter head.
                                  Now i[censored]ts delayed for more than one day from day I'm gonna place a case against you at consumer forum on Tanishq. Pls dont test my patience anymore.
                                  I have added the void slips given by me to ur representative pls go through and sort it out immediately.

                                    I am writing to file a complaint against a sales girl at Tanishq - Mall Road, Amritsar.

                                    My mom and dad had gone to buy gold coins today (20th Feb 2021) and wanted to get some jewellery(mala) weighed. The pieces of the mala fell on the floor and the lady spoke to my mother very rudely. She commented on her relationship with her husband (my father) and alleged that she was calling her a thief. She started shouting and wasn't even apologetic. My mom has been a regular customer at this store since the store opened (Mall road location). My mom was insulted and harassed and was literally in tears when she got out of the store.

                                    The sales people here really need some basic training as to how to talk to people.

                                    I request you to please take action on this.

                                      I went to purchase a Dimond ring at your Rourkela outlet. it was informed by the staff and manager present there that there is 5% to upto 21% DISCOUNT on the Dimond ornaments. accordingly we ordered one Dimond ring and as the actual size was not available they insisted to make an order by giving 90% of the actual value. While preparing bill they told us that we will get only 3% discount.
                                      Though all around the shop the leaflets are displayed showing discount upto 21% starting from 5%.
                                      This is nothing but deceiving a customer. such type of deceiving attitude is never expected from a company of repute.
                                      Detail information must be given to customer before letting him to go for purchase.
