I placed order for nathiya on 27/09/2020. The sales girl Rani promised me the delivery of my nathiya maximum by dhanteras. But till now I have not received my nathiya. My wedding is approaching.

Dear Team I taken Product no. 512219Cuciaa00 Gold chain on 29 /07/ 2020.The total cost of the Chain is99, 182.
I weared 2 3 times and when I wear this it hurts my neck I cant wear this on regular basis . Its just show case for me .
I want the replacement without any loss .

Please do the needfull.

I have purchased a gold earring from tanishq showroom rewa (m.p.)., within one week, i get broken into two pieces. When i get to the showroom to return it and give my money back, they have deducted 3000 rupees.. While they have said that they will return their product at 100%.

The tanishq branch in bhelupur varanasi Uttar pradesh has poorest service and hospitality is worst, they r least attentive to new customers and hardly wants to show anything n they have so cold behaviour if i was ro rate tanishq out of 5 i would give it a big fat 0

Recently i have purchased from Ahmadabad tanishq store with the exchange of some old jewelry which was bought by the same tanishq showroom only . After valuation of all the exchange product the have deducted the discount which was given at the time of that that product purchase . Now my complain is how they deducted discount which was given at the time of purchase of that product after 4 years back . it is almost 15% of the total market value .

I placed the order for the jewellery on 26th September 2020. And i have not recieved the jewellery till date. Everytime i ask for the date of recieving jewellery, they give me a reason or other. It is now 1 and half month for my order and i have not recieved it. It is my worst encounter with tanishq, irritating the customer with such delay.

2 weeks back, I went to this shop with my family for ordering specs and had a very horrible customer service experience. One of the staff by the name Srinivas misbehaved physically with a lady in my family intentionally and the overall experience was horrendous. When we cancelled the order, they initially said they cannot cancel the order and said they can only refund the money to wallet. After huge number of follow ups, they agreed to give back our money. I have been writing emails constantly and calling customer care/branch staff at titan. However, very poor response from their side. Overall our experience was very bad with this place. Forget, maintaining social distancing policies. I received my money back only after 2 weeks of continuous follow ups. From their end, I received calls around 2-4 times, when everytime they would say that they would deposit money into my account but they wouldn't. I have been sending so many follow ups to customer care in writing as well. They have always been saying that they would update us. A ticket number was assigned but no action was taken.Think twice before visiting this shop. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I have submitted my band in titan World Mayur vihar Delhi 110092 on 21st Oct and they have told me that I will receive replacement after 3 days but now today is 11th Nov and still I have not received replacement and showroom guy Mr Suraj is not answering my calls .this is really not a good process to serve their customers. Please revert with proper solution.

The staff at the siliguri branch has no clue about customer service...As a new customer I stepped in and there was no reception, I waited at the counter for over 30 mins without attendance...and was later asked to wait at a different place since there was an old customer who stepped in...with such a service I am afraid no new customers will step up...I would prefer not to step into a Tanishq showroom again if such is the standard nor would I recommended to anyone I know...pls look into it

Hello i am sadhna when i going to tanishq all are things is good but when i meet there salesman name is sushant sakpal they used abuse words to me i also compleint in there jwellers but nothing happen so please i request issue it, there are wrost salesman ever

Dear Tanishq I bought a gold chain in December 2019 from Tanishq patna, beside central mall, dakbanglow, and in march 2020 complaint to the showroom about gold chain design, kind of thin material used due to which small gold circle is falling away. Please look at the attached pic I am sending you!
I feel a bit unfair when the showroom could not come up with the solution. Please replace the gold chain with better making for which I will not pay the making charge. It's not my fault that I should pay 2 times making charges i[censored] exchange it. Kindly look in to the matter.

I ordered a bangle from Tanishq Oberoi mall Mumbai towards the 3rd week of Sep'20 ( inv -GOR/CM/1171). It was against redemption of the golden harvest scheme. It was made clear and decided that the product would be around 9 gms costing around 50k give n take a few hundreds. First the delivery was delayed, second when I land up to collect it after 40 days I get a shock to know the cost had exceeded by 10 grands which was way above by budget. The total weight was 11 gms plus. On enquiring get to know that they also didn't know about the weight of the product before it was made. It was ridiculous excess I felt but the lady Kanchan would just not understand. I had no option as didn't want to go back and forth on this so collected it nonetheless but didn't find the approach and attitude right ..

Alappuzha A regular customer of your Alappuzha showroom.Last november purchased watch lost the side date adjust button and given to service(24/10/2020). After five days of job card they didnt take any action to rectify the coplaint and dont make any call from service centre. After 5 days i cancell the job card and take back the watch.Very poor service team at Alappuzha showroom.

I had Golden harvest amount matured in Tanishq kalyan worth Rs.53, 667/- Hence, I went yesterday to redeem it. I was informed that I need to redeem that amount within next 3 months after maturity. So being the last due month I had to purchase gold even in heavy rate. I did melt my previous chain for which after deduction & purity test My old chain valued 1, 01, 243/- Hence, My total credit balance in Tanishq was 1, 01, 243+53667= 1, 54, 910. I bought New chain worth Rs 1, 49, 517. The difference amount was 5393.
They refunded me Rs.1735 only. Also they mentioned the value for my old chain less in bill. They had just written old chain value was 99, 517. I feel cheated. Tanishq is the brand that no one would think would cheat due to TaTa's prestige & goodwill but, employees here are looting people. I just want my refund at any cost. I'm anyways discontinuing the scheme but these would hamper company's prestige.

I purchased a gold chain from jhansi show room.that time I was manipulated by saying so much in favour .the first day I wear it breaks .for mending they told you cannot wear it as it will break again.why this manipulation is going on.

I'll avail myself and as much as I can people to boycott TATA TANISHQ.

Dear sir, I am shocked and disappointed with the advertisement for your jewellery brand which clearly support love jehad. I just can't believe that the most reputed and trusted corporate house like tata will heart majority of Indian people (hindu) which gave shelter to parshi communities to which tata group belong. I strongly oppose your advertisement and appeal to remove the ad as earliest and also appeal not to repeat in future. Otherwise I have to boycott your all tata producs. Thanks. Rashmikant Prajapati
