I bought a titan watch around 4000 in 2014. Its a nice watch and i used it rarely. The leather strap was torn some days back and since i didn't wanted to be replaced by cheap ones, went to your titan center @ marupadi road vellore. It posted me rs.875/- and u replaced since i wanted my watch yo look good.

Coming to this, the glass of the watch was broken on 05/01/2020 and the same day i went that center and gave it for repair. They said it will be ready soon. They called me after a week and showed the watch. To my shock the watch was soo ugly and the finishing was soo # that the glass was not fixed properly and scratches all around the black dial and it looked disgusted. The employees there was blinking at each other. No one was explaining what happened. I asked them to fix that and that said that was their fault and will fix that in 2 days.

Again after 7 days i went to collect my watch. Again a big shock the scratches were not there (Don't know how) but the glass was fixed unprofessionally and didn't fit in rim and my watch was messed up. They said they will fix in another day and give. Till now i have no calls from them.

My complaint is how can a brand like titan have such unskilled personals in fixing a glass. Evn a street side watch repair person would have given me better results. The way the behave when i tell my concerns are really disgusting. Such unprofessional manners i found there. When asked in the complaint mechanism and whom to complaint they didn't even opened their mouth. They gave some one mr. Kalai mobile number, whom when i tried didn't pick my call.

Think titan is not intrested in customer complaints and satisfaction despite of billing them more.

I need my watch in a clean condition. If not replace the body shell free of cost. We are paying more for your products and parts. We cannot afford for the mistakes made by your employees.

U need a reply in this and a solution. I can't wait for more than a month for my glass replacement.

Also pls train ur staffs to speak with customers in a professional way with proper answers.

    Return request was generated on 25th january however no action was taken.
    Nobody came to pickup the product.
    Tried contacting customer care ([protected]) and [protected]@titan.co.in multiple times in order to follow up however no response from them apart from there instruction to wait few more days every time.
    Got call from [protected] divya however no action.
    Customer care is fraud and and a scam.

    After all the efforts i am convinced that titan company is a fraud.
    They just want to loot the customer.
    They don't want to take back their product.
    Return policy is a scam.

      I have purchased a new watch of fastback model no 61795mui on 24.05.19, dealer 61185 on 24.05.2019, and within 5months it suddenly stopped and became unserviceable. I have taken to the concerned dealer and made the complain he kept the watch and send it for servicing after about 20days i received my watch after necessary servicing and replacement of parts fma-vx9jei (Mf3eye+2push) 33.06.
      Again it suddenly stopped today the same problem arises again and when i asked for the replacement he is denying and told to go to the service center which is around 10kms from my residence. After purchasing a costly watch with full payment and reputed band, if my watch had to remain in service for more than one month within one year it is ridiculous. I therefore request you to arrange for the replacement of my watch at the earliest.

        I bought bangle set from tanishq in my wedding. After 1 month when i wore it in one function i realise that it's size is small, so i told my in-law to change it but when went for exchanging the size, tanishq employees has deducted full making charge and gst. When we bought new one they have charged approx 12000 more making charge than the previous one i. E approx 42400. Previous making charge and gst was approx 31000 but when we bought new one they charged 42400. It's really a fraud company. Just on one bangle they have charged so high that's making charge. If we will go for sell it again i will receive zero making charge. My name is suruchi and yesterday this happened 0n 2nd february 2020. I will never buy an jewelry from tanishq. I was regular customer but with regular customer he behaved like this.

        My father in-law's name is Chakreshwar Sharma and in every wedding of his son, he used to buy all jewellery from Tanishq i.e 9 -10 lakhs jewellery.
        Still I didn't get any reply . You challenge to satisfy your customer but sorry to say you don't take any steps towards your customer satisfaction . You keep your making charge on basis of you high profit .you make your customer fool in terms of making charge . Every time you are increasing 5000 extra in making charge . Please look into it otherwise it's reputation will go down . You don't have any right to cheat your customer.

          A titan raga watch costing rs 13000/-, which is quite costly, automatically brings expectation of a quality product. Turns out, they use cheap plastic pearl which are coloured! This colour started chipping off within 3-4 times wear. 2-3 white pearls would hardly cost rs 200, that too is not used to make these ornamental watches. Titan is a trustworthy company, this quality was not expected

            I had purchased a xylys watch on 26th oct 2019. I had hardly used 5 times till now but today when i wore it, i saw its bezel ring come out all of a sudden. I do not know how titan store which is at kammanahalli main road hrbr layout 2nd block, bangalore sold me a piece which i feel they had damaged and sold me by making a temporary fix. When i went to store to check, they say some time it happens that titan sends them a piece which could a defect and they will repair it.

            I do not think a reputed company like titan would do anything as such by sending defect product to a store.

            This store is trying to hide its fault on company's name.

            The store manager is hardly available at stores and when reached out, he says it is a small thing.

              Dear titan watch, very bad experience with you and very bad titan watch i have ever purchased. There is no way to do business that you fool your customer. I like titan watches and my whole family wears titan watches but this time i have a very bad experience and i feel very bad. It has been only 4 months since i bought the watch and your company claims water resistant watches but it has some splashing some water inside the glass for the last one month and they are spoiling the whole watch, i can show you its picture and attached together. I bought a watch for rs.4000 and if such a problem will occur in such a precious watch then it is not a good thing, you should pay attention to it. I had bought this watch on the trust of titan and if i will not get the same trust then it is not right to maintain anything further. I think you should see it and solve it. Titan watch model no. Titan1733kl01ordered on 29/09/2019 and delivered on 08/10/2019ordered from e-commerce site called flipkart. You can also check my invoice, i also attached it together.

                I was using a fastrack spectacle for the last 2 years and it was working very fine. One fine day my nephew stepped over it and it broke into pieces. I rushed to titan store and they showed me an exact same frame model but in different colour. Being satisfied on the performance of the spectacle, i purchased it. Now this is when things started getting worse and every new day i had some new fractures or damagein my soectacle. And within a span of 3 months, its completely broke from the joints and the upper rims. Not at all satisfied with the product.

                  I ordered for a fastrack reflex beat watch from fastrack.in to gift it to my husband which i received on 17thjan. Without unpacking it, i gave it to my husband on 20th jan evening (My wedding anniversary). It worked fine till 21st when it suddenly got switched off, we thought may be it is discharged we put it for charging. But it didn’t restart again. I wrote a mail to your team same day to replace the watch, to which got a reply on 22jan morning stating that replacement is not the policy, i can instead ask for return of watch. To know how to request return i called up your call centre where i was assured a call back in two hours which was not done. I again called up, this time i was transferred to technical team to check if i am using the watch properly, as i was in office and watch was not with me, the technical staff assured a call back from there end after 06:00pm, which never happened.

                  I checked for your return policy from your website where i got email id of ([protected]@titan.co.in) to request return of product. I got no revert on this mail. I sent a reminder also.

                  I called up call centre on 23rd jan to check why i am not getting a revert they said i will get revert within 24 or 48hours finally 24hours. After not getting revert in more than 36hrs, i again called up call centre on 24th jan, this time the person who picked up my call was very rude not knowing how to speak to an already disturbed customer. Then she transferred call to another staff who, to my utter surprise, told me seven days have already passed so i can’t get refund now.

                  Can you tell me by which calculation is 17th-21st are seven days or i was on purpose not given an answer till 24th so that tis excuse of seven days can be given.

                  Money involved in this case may not be much but emotions were connected with this.

                  I am making humble request to return this product as soon as possible.

                    I bought spectacle glasses worth Rs.5375 from Titan Eye Plus showroom on 20/01/2019.
                    They promised 1 year warranty period at the time of purchase.
                    Scratches started appearing on glasses from 6th to the 7th month after purchase.
                    By 11th month, entire glass was filled with scratches.
                    I approached the showroom but they are unwilling to do a in-warranty replacement.
                    I called customer-care and was given false promises multiple times.
                    No response to my mails even after multiple reminders.
                    My Rs.5275 worth purchase meant to the next 2 to 3 years is completely unusable with in a year of buying.

                      My armani watch was given at titan service center 'samay' at dadar west, for replacement of a glass. They quoted rs 550 because the technician said, the glass needs to be specially made the way it looks. It will exactly match the current shape and profile of the glass. The original glass was kind of elevated shape.
                      First of all it took 2 weeks to get my watch back. That too with a substandard glass with a flat surface which has affected the original look of the watch.

                      Even i am not able to set the date manually. This feature is not working. I do not know anything has gone wrong while fixing the glass on the watch or it has not fitted well may not match the exact shape that is required.

                      The service person is arrogant. Even manager is not able to politely answer the customers.

                      Need the watch to be correctly fixed with the right glass and the key to set time and date should be working.

                        Basically it is not a complaint. Titan strap for 9303sba required. I know that this model is obsolete. No strap fits/suits this model, tried many titan stores and alternate straps but no use. Where can i get the original strap for this model? For response [protected]@gmail.com is my id. I bought it in 2011 but still working.

                        I have bought this titan watch in Feb 2019 for Rs. 4795. After 8 months the dial colour of the watch start fading and removing.It looks bad for a titan watch. Please recolour it or replace it.

                          I have placed a return request on 16/12/2019 and no one till now has turned up to pick the watch and they haven't refunded my money also. I have followed up with them nearly thrice a week and still no action is being taken.

                          Every time i call them they say order will be picked up in next 24 to 48 hours and then no one picks up the order. They are not responding to emails and messages as well.

                            I bought a wrist watch nk 1107ym07-titan - (G) 2845 from abhay times, vijaywada the watch started moving slow for the second month onwards, i gave it to the service centre, at mount road sadar, nagpur. It again started moving slow, and second time on 3/1/2020 i again gave it to service centre at nagpur.
                            The product has disappointed me a lot. Earlier i bought a fasttag watch which also troubled me a lot and ultimately i threw it out. Second time i dare bought titan watch, but the same problem persist in this watch also.
                            I wish it to be replaced, kindly help

                              I went to titan showroom to change battery of my fastrack watch, where they told me to change the machine of the watch, so i paid both for battery and machine. After 10 days it again stopped working. So i took the watch to them, they again changed it saying it is having 6 months warrenty.
                              Again after one month it stopped working and they did the same thing. This is my 4th time vising the shop to change the machine which they are claiming to be in warrenty for 6 months.
                              Very poor service.

                              The leather belt of my watch is wearing. It lost its colour so that i want its recovery.
                              Please take action on it.

                                I have lodged a complaint regarding manufacturing defects of titan octane watch with full details and submitted the watch within 1 month from purchased date. Reported every concern and details .
                                Its very unfortunate the titan customer care could not solving my serious complaints and my costly watch is deposited at service centre.now I can not take that watch which given very poor satisfaction .

                                  I have purchased tatian edge watch 2 years back and in the month of october my watch stop running. So i showed to tatian watch service people in the month of october 2019. They kept it for one month and said like we dont have materiel item for this watch. We have to order from head office. So again they said we will give on november. But today 01/01/2020 still im regularly calling to the service people and they are telling like next week will get your watch. I got warren card also kindly resolve my problem and do the needful.

                                    On 19.07.2019, i purchased a watch code nd991dl0. Now this is the third time that this watch is giving trouble. Even after purchasing such an expensive watch, i regret to say that i am terribly disappointed with titan. I am a regular customer of titan watches but never had this type of bitter and sad experience.

                                    I am sorry to say that in this case, i want refund of this watch.
