I ordered for a fastrack reflex beat watch from fastrack.in to gift it to my husband which i received on 17thjan. Without unpacking it, i gave it to my husband on 20th jan evening (My wedding anniversary). It worked fine till 21st when it suddenly got switched off, we thought may be it is discharged we put it for charging. But it didn’t restart again. I wrote a mail to your team same day to replace the watch, to which got a reply on 22jan morning stating that replacement is not the policy, i can instead ask for return of watch. To know how to request return i called up your call centre where i was assured a call back in two hours which was not done. I again called up, this time i was transferred to technical team to check if i am using the watch properly, as i was in office and watch was not with me, the technical staff assured a call back from there end after 06:00pm, which never happened.
I checked for your return policy from your website where i got email id of ([protected]@titan.co.in) to request return of product. I got no revert on this mail. I sent a reminder also.
I called up call centre on 23rd jan to check why i am not getting a revert they said i will get revert within 24 or 48hours finally 24hours. After not getting revert in more than 36hrs, i again called up call centre on 24th jan, this time the person who picked up my call was very rude not knowing how to speak to an already disturbed customer. Then she transferred call to another staff who, to my utter surprise, told me seven days have already passed so i can’t get refund now.
Can you tell me by which calculation is 17th-21st are seven days or i was on purpose not given an answer till 24th so that tis excuse of seven days can be given.
Money involved in this case may not be much but emotions were connected with this.
I am making humble request to return this product as soon as possible.
