I bought 2 watches from Titan online store and return both the items. Against the one watch i received the refund for Rs. 4509 on 26/12/2019 but for the second one i have received only partial refund of Rs.614 while it should be Rs.3086.
On continuous follow ups from Titan, They share two ARN id through which they return the money.
On Confirming from bank, they share the below mail:

I have shared this mail with titan and they denied by saying that they have processed my full refund.
Due to this, i am in a loss of Rs.2472.
Please take up this issue and help me out.
