Sir,
I, ms nirmala menezes, is in possession of discount voucher no 5029692 of rs 3006/- issued for gh a/c[protected], but every time i go to your andheri store they tell me it is expired and soon after my purchase within ten days i get a notification that the discount voucher is valid for the next fifteen days.

Are you teasing or hoodwinking the public. These cheap methods of marketing should not be resorted by a brand name like yours. I am at an executive position in a nationalised bank and if these are the strategies adopted by you, i will surely restrict my friends and colleagues from going to your store.

I purchased a ring on 14/9/2019 for rs 14824/- tax invoice no adh/cm/8233. When i requested to redeem the above voucher they said it has expired. On 8/12/2019 i exchanged the ring and had to pay rs2600/- i again asked them to redeem my discount voucher, to which they gave me the same reply. On 16/12/2019 i receive a message to use my discount voucher which will be valid till 31/12/2019. Aren't these methods only to tease your customers.

Please look into the matter and looking forward to a favourable reply.

    Yesterday (24/12/2019), i have purchased a watch worth 3640 from ambedkar road ghaziabad store.

    But as per below-mentioned offer.
    "get sf rush fitness band worth rs.1, 099 absolutely free on any watch purchase above rs.1500.
    Offer is valid from 14th dec'19 to 24th dec'19"

    Executive neither inform me about the offer nor give me any freebies.

    He did not given me freebies smart band.

    Please take necessary action and do the needful.

Some times the watch automatically stopped, the day and date are not changing regularly. I have given the same for servicing two times i.       Today, me and my wife visited your Begumpet showroom, Hyderabad at about 5 pm, selected a necklace costing approx Rs.4.5 lacs, before billing can be completed I was asked for copy of PAN Card, I said only details will be furnished, and card can be verified for signature, I refused to deposit a copy of my card, I expect that as long as the genuineness of a customer can be verified from photograph-signature on the card, the shop should not insist on a copy of PAN Card.         There was some machinery problem in my titan watch (Variant - nk2480sm08) and i was trying to submit it in the showroom since june 2019 but every time they said "you can't submit, currently we are having some issues". I later realized they don't want to repair it because it was under warranty. Then on 30/11/2019 i forcefully submitted it, they took it and gave me the receipt which says approx delivery on 03/12/2019. I called them yesterday (21/12/19) and they said it would take 10-12 days more as company is not providing them with required parts. The watch's warranty is till 21/01/2020, so they are basically waiting for warranty to end so they can make me pay.
        What kind of service is this! I want my problem to be resolved and my watch back as soon as possible.

          I have placed a order on titan skinn website. The product was titan skinn raw. I had paid the whole amount of money using google pay. The price was 446 and the total money was deducted from my account. But i haven't yet received any confirmation message and on the site it was showing transaction error. I have called the customer care but they said the money hasn't been paid. I have also contacted my bank account if there's some gateway fault. They had said the money was transferred to titan. Please help me..

              I purchased watch from titan website on 30 nov 2019. But i was not satisfied with the quality of watch and i wrote a mail to titan customer care to arrange for return of watch. But i did not receive any reply. I again sent a reminder but again there was no reply. I called the customer care and on 6 dec 2019 they raise the ticket for return. From that day i am daily calling customer care but till now no one came to collect the watch.

              I am totally unsatisfied with the service provide by titan and would not recommend anyone to purchase their watched.

                Ihave to raise an complaint – need your prompt response and attention on20 october 2019 , i have purchase awatch model no 77070pp04 from titan showroom in pacific mall. afterone week – the second key came out and we went to janakpuri distt. Centre titan show room and the serviceengineer mr. Sunil – fixed the seconds keys and given back to me. Again aftercouple of weeks same problem occurred and we went to the same janakpuri titanshop and this time he told there is a problem in the watch machine we need tosend it to the center for repair. We have submitted the watch on 30thnovember for repair and they said you will get it back on 16thdecember. Yesterday i went to the showroom to collect my watch they said the watchcame yesterday and there was a problem again so sent it back again for repair. ifthe watch is technical so faulty why cant i get a new one why the customer hasto face so much problem being such a big company your customer support isreally so bad. When asked mr. Sunil to get it replaced i got a very rude response from the him. i request you to replace this watch or else refund my entiremoney back. Just tell me why should i use such a faulty watch which couldn’t standeven for a month.

                My complaint is similar to one other complaint. After searching for the strap in many many showrooms in Hyderabad - I am still stranded for the strap for my XYLYS - 9212YDA.

                  Every time i went to tanishq mg road branch, customer service is so slow. It seems like waste of time. I went to pick my product up in which already billing was done they made me wait for 2 hours. Also, employees do not give complete information and convey wrong information.
                  Employees are not careful about the orders.in my case, i ordered a ring, they delivered a wrong sized ring and then i got to reorder the product. Still information about the billing of the product was wrong even while i was reordering.
                  I am totally not satisfied with the service

                    The steel strap provided with the watch has been damaged (Cut in the upper side) and i am unable to get it replaced at your titan show room, dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam. They say that it is an outdated model and the spare strap is not available. What shall i do now? Shall i throw such a costly watch? Can i purchase a new strap now online from any other showroom of titan in india? Please guide me.

                      Can anyone here to tell me the cost of replacement of battery 626?
                      What company official store charges for the same?
                      They've charged me for 120 each for my 6 watches means 720 for all.
                      Isn't it too much for 35 to 40 rs batteries?
                      They're not even telling me the cost by model and told me that after changing the cell we insert the data by model to know the price of cell. What the hell is this, this is not joke that company doesn't have data by which a person on store can tell the price before change of fastrack watches. Out of 6, 4 is of titan watches.

                          Which i recently ordered to fastrack website and picked it up from the store: titan co. Ltd. Hrbr layout, kammanahalli.
                          I was a bit dissatisfied with the product i choose to return it back. I have even got the quality check document all done. I am waiting for my amount to be refunded... I wish if you process my transaction asap.
                          Its almost going to be a month and i didn't get my refund money.

                            Hello sir, im totally cheated by TATA tanishq by having false commitment. Not only that they delivered wrongly manufactured material against my order but they failed multiple time with the commited date . It was a wedding ring . How come TATA is this much irresponsible with their business. I cancelled the order and now running from pillar to post inside your well decorated shop to get back my payment which was two third cost of my order.
                            Shame on you sir . Such a worst ordering process and manufacturing support for shops... You lose this loyal customer family forever.

                                Hi. I am a regular customer for titan and this is my second visit to hosur sipcot titan outlet on 23/11/2019. Mr. Mervin assisted us. He behaved in such a rude way, finally we have selected a watch and billed it. Mr. Mervin asked weather you need a carry bag, didn't provide the bag & made me to carry the box. As if he is gonna give from his money. His behaviour irritated me, what is there in tat paper carry bag. He wanna save that for his company or he thought i am not eligible for that paper bag. I request titan not to leave these kind of people to assist customers & spoil their shopping satisfication. This is the first time that i have experienced such a poor behaviour.

                                    I purchased a fastrack reflex 2 fitness tracker watch last year from shoppers stop but for last few days i am observing that the display is very deemed. I cannot see anything normally, other than black out. Dop 011118 which is a year only. I approached your custcare thru mail for quite sometime and went on reminding. Yesterday i was asked to visit your show room stated below

                                    However on examining i was advised that the circuit board (Capsule) is not working as the display is blank and needs replacement. Please advise replacement on urgent basis.

                                    I sent few mail mails till date to your customer care and corporate communication but no action.

                                      I have bought titan watch at 3500Rs and within 15 days it was getting stuck so that I had submitted it to the customer service. After 48 daya they returned me and I used it again 15 days after that it was again getting stuck. When I was complaining for replacement, they told me that it wouldn't be possible.I was so shocked that such a huge brand are not creating good watch.
