Today, i.e 20/8/19 I and my father (aged about 67+) have visited Titan showroom at 269/1 B.T. Road, kolkata. We have chosen a Titan watch and after payment of Rs.2305/- through Debit Card.
After payment the watch was given for chain adjustment. When they gave it to may dad it was loose in his hand. He politely said please cut one more unit. Then the person at the Billing counter said they cannot adjust it more. People now a days wear loose wathes u have to do the same. My father said I am 67+ and I cannot wear a watch like a person of 30 yeqrs of age.
Then I politely said that please adjust it, they were just trying to avoid my words because it was about to 8:30pm and they were in hurry to close the store.
Then I said then please give me another choice, they said if it is loose then every watch will be loose. I told them to initiate refund but they said I can void the bill but I cannot guarantee the return.
Then they started misbehaving with my father. Which create a scean in the store premises. There were many more customers and my father faced a wrong situation because of your employee, which cause serious mental agony and harrasment.
Then they find one more watch of Rs.2061/- but they were not ready to refund me the balance amount. They forced me and my father to buy one perfume which is not at all required by us. We objected but they forced ua to buy a perfume of Rs.399/- I have to pay more Rs.154/-.

I have faced financial loss as well as harrasment. Kindly look into this matter. I want my refund of Rs.399/- (perfume cost) and Rs.25000/- for mental harrassment and misbehaviour.

Tata is a renound company and we are loyal customer of tata. So this kinds of behaviour is not expected from this giant company.

Kindly look into this. Or else I have yo go to Consumer forum for the same.

I have purchase on 10- aug - 2019 and start using from 15- aug-2019 but with in 3 days the watch dial and upper glass get out and same was fixed by sticking gum by titan outlet at vasai west but finishing of product is not as good as appear earlier. Hence request company to replace the product

      I had ordered a watch of 945/- on aug 3rd. I did not get any confirmation mail. But my money is deducted. I reaches titan customer care thrice and said about issue they asked to send a mail with transaction snap. I sent 4 mail as well but they are not responding. Its been 15 days and i have lost my money without any response and i do not know how serious this would turn if they are playing with this issue. If you can solve it please do help or else i will have o lodge a police complaint against titan.co.

          I went to buy some diamond and gold jewellery from tanishq for the first time, i noticed they were telling a different value for the items i selected every time i asked, they forced me to invest in their gold investment scheme, when i denied they increased the value if the items i selected saying they had applied discount on it, now as you are not investing in our gold scheme we cant give you discount. They are looting the customers by running such fraud schemes, they will not inform you about their making charges at all. They are running a looting firm under the name of such a big brand tata. To all the customers reading this i would suggest not to buy anything from tanishq as you will not get value for money, they will make a fool of you by leveing such high making charges and nobody is stopping them.

            Hi,
            I purchased a spl edition octane sqaudron hawker watch in 2017. It's belt broke off recently and I tried to rectify it only to find out that there is no belt available for the watch.
            The thing available is the whole frame costing 10.5 k. Also the watch was purchased online through titan.co.in but my account does not show the order details. When enquired about the invoice of my watch, I've not got any response from the customer...

            Its very regret to tell you that watch sold to me by your side that was very low quality and the color are no more that golden color of watch is defective and there is manufacturing defect but your service provider are not supportive, they tell me that color going to decrese by friction but i dont know how within 2 month color are going to decresed
            Its very shamful that color warantee not provided by your company hence kindly replace my watch or repaire this within 5 days.
            I am giving you 5 days for sort out this issue othervise i will go for consumer complaint and i will sue on your company

              I brought a garmin vivohr watch from helios store stating that there will be zero interest on emi on credit card purchase. Here are few issues that i had which cannot be forgiven:

              1. I had asked for 6 months but 9 months has been activated.
              2. This is not zero interest. The cc is charging 1.38% month on month

              Is this a professional behavior?

              I had very high regards for titan but this is very unprofessional. As a matter of fact i paid 2k more for the watch when compared on amazon. The reason i did that is because i felt i would get a better service. You guys let me down

              I received a complaint number few weeks back and until now they have not come back or provided any resolution. Not cool

              Need someone's email address at the leadership to show them how stores are managing to cheat.

              And fyi, i saw their billing system. All your details including your dob is captured. Not sure how or where they got this information which is very sensitive and i feel it is a identity theft without your knowledge.

                On 6th november 2018, i bought combo watches from siddhi times, baramati (Pune, maharashtra) titan showroom as a gift to my mother and father for rs.14, 000. We were very happy that we have got the branded watches and satisfied with the looks/make; however, within 3 months both watches became slow.

                We soon approached the same titan showroom to have a look and do the required setting. The showroom collected the watches and gave it back within a weeks time but the watches still ran slow. Then we approached the showroom second time and then third time but the watches are still not up to the mark. I am now really sure but it appears to be some mechanical issue which is not getting rectified/resolved.

                We are really feeling very sad and not happy with the kind of services that we have got till now. I got these brand new watches for my parents on their wedding anniversary but as of now they are not of any use. The showroom staff is also not co-operative. This is really taking me on my nerves as i am working in pune now a days and it becomes really difficult to go to baramati just for these watches.

                Can someone please guide/ help/ suggest me as to whom should i approach or what further steps i should take.

                Any help or suggessions are much appreciated.

But lens of the specs are totally blurred within 5 months of purchase and visibility is not clear. It is not left for use anymore.                     Dwaipayan sen [protected] an retired tanishq employee now working in bussines head of tanishq francisis of kolkata, i gave interview in topsel toyota ruby more in 1st floor and dwaipayan sen and also one titan direct payroll area manager taken interview and i showed all my award certificate as a best store manager in others jewellery company and also both r very pleased wid my interview and that night he asking me to meet in garia for something i went there and he just asked me to give 5 lakhs to get the job in tanishq garia showroom as a manager in francicies payroll.
                    He is a cheater and after 2 days when i asked him whether i m selected or not he told me that i m not shortlisted.
                    So much scaming are happening in kolkata in the name of giving job.

                    He also live in tanishq garia store above building with his family.

                      Hello sir/madam,
                      As i understand, gold rates for 22 and 24 carat gold is declared by government everyday. The same is also displayed in newspapers on the money /market page.
                      My querry is - can the different stores have a different rate on the same day. E. G on 28-07-19, the rate displayed by tanishq stores at dwarka was rs.34, 700/- while that at the senco stores at dwarka was rs. 33, 054/-. The gold rate in papers was rs. 33, 400/-
                      Why so much of difference? Are the stores allowed to operate at different rates? If so, should they not declare that they are deviating from the government's rate!
                      I shall be thankful for above information or guidance towards the relevant agency which can resolve my doubt.

                      Payment of instalment of Golden harvest. The payment was done be before due date but was refunded back after a week. Again the payment was done and was refunded back after 5 days. Despite payment made a reminder was sent by tanishq regarding payment not done. Today once again tried payment and money also deducted please rectify ur payment app .

                        Pilot watch, which does not have day and date, which effects me

                          I am an nri, staying in singapore and visit india every year on holidays.
                          I was in india last week. Me and my wife always like shopping watches, perfumes and other accessories from world of titan shop at linking road khar west.
                          I bought this grandmaster automatic watch model no. 1793km02 hsn code 9102 on july 9th 2019.

                          I returned to singapore on 14th july and started using this watch from 15th
                          July. I almost wear it on an average 10 to 12 hours a day. I noticed everyday morning the watch stops functioning and have to reset again.

                          I complained to the shop owner and he says my had movement wasn't enough to wind the rotor sufficiently (Refer to attachment). Do i have to keep my
                          Hand moving to keep the watch running? I have spent so much money and
                          Unable to enjoy the smooth functioning.

                          I had similar experience when i purchased edge new edition in december 2014
                          From the same shop. Every year, when i used to visit india, i used to get
                          It repaired. This year the watch glass only come out anf finally i got the
                          Depreciated value adjusted against the purchase of new watch grandmaster.

                            I bought on ladies watch on[protected], Model No. 2579WL01, I had used this watch only 15 to 20 days, in the mean time, its strap got blured, like a street quality item, The titan showroom person in Trivandrum, (World of Titan MG Road Trivandrum) she inspected the product and she said its impossible to get warranty, and there behavior is too much. Too bad behavior.

                              I have a purchased a titan_chrono watch in sep 2018 from helios store, phoenix mall, viman nagar, pune.
                              Now the concern is if you are declaring that the watch is a water proved then how come the rain water enters inside. Even the watch used in drizzling rain only.
                              Yesterday i visited the helios watch store, they cleared it and i came back. After that i kept that watch in my wardrobe. But when i wore today morning for office, the same foggy looked from inside.
                              Can you pls advice me what to do with it as the watch in under warranty else replace it new one and keep my old one for r&d of water proofing issue.

                                I have purchased a woman watche (Model 2598saa) just before two months exactly dt on 26.05.2019, in hosur with a valid warranty certificate. It was noted that the strap got damaged and unable to use the watch currently. When we approach the main service centre at hosur they were not taken my complaint, and said we are not response for strap damage.
                                Q: 1. Every watch must have some minimum life time even its not coverd in your warranty, may i know the life time of this strap? Which is specified during manufacture.
                                Q:2 i hope all material used to assemble wrist watches is subjected to quality check/inspection, including any special test required as per your international /indian standard for for leather, buckle or any other material. If agree can i get the report?

                                Q:3 customer purchasing the watches titten because of brand name & quality, if not taken care this may be slowly gives bad impression of your trade mark. Can you do the needful.

                                    1. I have purchased a wedding ring from tanishq showroom at nanded
                                    Maharashtra on 12.05.2019 of 8.1011 gram.
                                    2. After using the 03 days some parts of ring broken.
                                    3. Again on dated 07.07.2019 deposited in the same showrooms for
                                    Replacement.
                                    4. After reaching the showrooms again he weighted and told the weight
                                    Decreased from 8.101 gram to 7.796 gram.
                                    5. But how this is possible after using three days the weight become less from
                                    Original weight.
                                    6. How the ring becomes defective after using only three days.
