    They mentioned in news paper to provide up to 25% discount on making charges. Today (16/06/2019) was the last day. I bought worth Rs 68900 of gold jewellery, but they didn't give any discount and they said if the amount is more than 75000 then I will get a discount.but that was not mentioned in news paper. I bought jewellery from tanishq Chandrasekhar branch Bhubaneswar. In paper they also mentioned that those who missed akshyatritiya offer, they can get it now.During akshyatritiya they were giving discount which they are not considering now. If not, then why they are writing fake news and cheating people.

        We invested in golden harvest scheme of yours. 2 plans under the name of same person. Upon maturity we were asked to make a purchase of Min of Rs. 50000 under each plan to get their benefit. If we had invested in 1 plan for double the amount then we could had got benefit of Rs. 6000 on purchase of Rs. 50000... Now to get benefit of 6000 we need to invest 100000. Which is a loss for a consumer. At the time of investment we were told we will adjust all don't worry... Now once they achieved their target they are saying that we can't do anything rules are rules... Then at the time of investment they should had told us that this will be the problem at the time of maturity... No they won't tell us because they had target of numbers and not the value. This is not expected out of such a reputed brand and that too TATA which is famous for its loyalty and customer service.

          I have given twicely that watch for servicing in that shop on 16/03/2019 and 31/03/2019 respectively.issue with watch is that its Bluetooth device is not functioning properly and I am receiveing message very late from expected time, but I am refgret to inform you that no proper solution to this matter has cometill time
          I have wasted so much time for this but response received is not at all expected from such a big Concern. It is very bad experience I had from the brand like Titan.

              I visited at your store today to enqire something but when i entered the store and asked something they start laughing at me (2 female staff) may be to see my clothes what i worn that time.                 Was shocked, disappointed when a diamond necklace which was brought a month ago from Tanishq and never used, had started to change color. The reason people would buy from Tanishq is because of the trust on the brand we have. It looks more like a copper chain than gold.

                What's worse? Them not replying for weeks together after submitting the gold back to them to have it tested. Like you do not care about your customers, who...

                On the 5th of may i bought a ring from tanishq which was made on order clearly mentioning it was for my engagement, 18th of may i wore the ring and it broke on the 22nd. This is just careless behaviour of the staff because we mentioned 100 times that the purpose of buying that ring was for engagement, therefore the quality should have been taken care off. On 23rd of may we went back to tanishq with the broken ring where the manager refused...

                wrist watch glass replacement

                Please find attached my compliant receipt, also the my titan raga watch warranty card.

                Please note the compliant was registered on march 13, 2019, for the glass of my watch as it was broken and i had given watch for glass replacement.

                It'so pathetic service of titan it's all most three months now and glass of my watch is still not replaced.
                Service center employees are not at all...

                I have ordered watches online on 15th may 2019 and it supposed delivered before 22nd may 2019. The worst part is titan customer care didn't notify on delay and even online no update.

                When we tried reaching customer care informed will check but call back.

                Later send email to customer care, but no use just pushed the days till weekend without any proper update.

                Totally its a worst experience with ordering watches online with titan.

                I'm looking for refund and still no response to my email.

                  I bought crizal lens form titan eye plus situated at goswami service guwahati-781003 in the month of december 2018. Crizal lens is 8 coated which i bought. Lens supposed to be repels scratches,, repel water, anti smudge, it protect from dust, anti reflection.

                  But i found nothing of the above coat. My crizal lens is now full of scratches, it doesnt protects form dust, it does not repel water, it is not at all anti smudge and anti reflection though i have bought in january 2019. I have made full payment for crizal lens then why should i suffer for fault of the titan. I claim my compensation from titan eye plus. Either you exchange my lens and provide the actual one or refund my amount. Its been five months only and i am facing problem with lens.

                    I have purchased a watch before a year from akola. But after 6 to 7 months belt removed from dial of watch. I visited shankar nagar nagpur for servicing at 2 times but they didn't work properly and i faced same problem now (Belt remove) and your service center not ready for replacement/changing the belt.

                      Last 10 years i'm using fast track different models and quality found good, that is reason again recently i bought fast track watch of (Rs 3095)

                      "now the watch metal got corrode & tearing my hands"
                      I taken to fast track show room (Store no:36) gangaram, hyderabad, they are not ready to listen. And i went to world titan service center, they told this problem is coming in the model but warranty period completed for you so you have to pay 1100rs.

                      I never expect this type of quality problem in titan fast track watch.

                      Titan representative not ready take it up customer feedback to titan management.

                      Titan can make customer as fool, but not long time.

                        I, rugved gharote, a resident of nagpur, maharashtra, bought a kenneth cole watch costing rs. 10095/- from world of titan shankar nagar, nagpur on 28th april 2019.

                        I wore it merely for the second time and while walking the glass of dial fell down. Neither i dropped it nor did i hit it somewhere. It can be clearly seen that the glass fell by itself; due to manufacturing defect. No point of impact or not a single crack propagated can be seen.
                        Also, the chronograph of the watch is not working since the day of purchase.

                        I had registered the complaint on 3rd may and haven't received a single call yet from the company.
                        They have provided me a fully defective piece.

                        I want a complete replacement fir the watch as the provided one is fully defective!

                        Hi Rugved,

                        I have had a similar experience twice. The first time i went ahead a paid INR 815 for the replacement. The incident repeated itself after a few months. I have written to them informing them about the same. They have asked me to handover the watch at the store and that they will take a look and get back. It is the same watch in a different colour. The watch has a bulged glass when exposed to heat it cracks on its own. So basically it is a defect.

                        The Images of the lens are from the first incident. The Image of the watch is from the second incident.

                          Hi,

                          I visited twice to tanishq, ambedkar road, ghaziabad to buy a ring, one of the staff member asked me about the choice of ring and when i told her that i want a sleek ring and my ring size was not available that time, she commented over my face "ki aisi ring loge toh hume kya bachega" (We will not get any profit from sleek ring.

                          Second time, my parents visited the same store to buy a ring (Band kind of) and again the same behavior, they should maintain some courtesy while talking to customers and atleast should not insult them.

                            I have purchased two gold bangles worth rs 1, 14, 000 around. Weight was 30 gram. I am wearing this bangles since 4 days only and its band now. Two times happens this. Though i had no tough job in home or anything else. Then i realized its not a quality product which i brought from tanishq. Will never prefer it again. Cheap product with market price.

                                Mai apne watch ko apne nearest service centre world of titan orbit mall, indore, a. B. Road, madhya pradesh mai 6th april ko submit kiya thha. Mere watch ka chain ka colour off white hai or service centre wale bar bar white colour mangwa rahe hai jo mere chain colour se different or odd hai. Usne mujhe btaya thha ki agar company ke pas agar stock nhi hoga to aapke amount ka cash credit note banega and aapko watch purchase krna hoga. Ab jb mai aaj unse ye bol rha hu to wo bol rahe hai mai nhi kr skti hu aap company mai mail krk complain launch kr do. So sir mai mail mai all necessary document with my watch chain colour and service centre ke chain ka snap attached kr rhi hu.
                                Plz give me fruitful solution as soon as possible and resolve this issue on your priority basis. Maine iske regarding aapke tollfree number pr 4th may ko call krk complaint bhi launch krwaya chuki hu. But abhi tak koi bhi call back ya revert mail nhi aaya hai. Plz check this.
                                Itne follow up ke baad bhi mujhe abhi tak koi solution nhi mila hai.

                                Sir mujhe solution kb tak milega. Almost 6 days ho chuke hai.itna follow up ke bad bhi koi revert nhi aa rha hai. What a horrible service.

                                Sir aaplogo ka abhi tak 24 to 48 hour nhi hua hai kiya.service centre mai submit kiye hue mujhe almost 40 days ho rahe hai still no any solution given by your management. Verry poor service.

                                Almost mujhe complain kiye hue 10 days and service centre mai submit kiye hue one and half month ho gye hai.mere itne follow up ke bad bhi result zero hai. Each time mujhe bola jata hai 24 to 48 hour mai hamare team aapko solution denge. But 10 days ho gye hai. I am verry frustrated and upset about your service.
                                Service centre se talk krta hu to wo bolte hai ki mujhe abhi tak company ke traf se koi revert nhi aaya so mai kuch nhi kr skti hu.and jb mai aapke tollfree number pr call krta hu to waha se mujhe each time reply milta hai sir plz wait 24 to 48 hour and mai ye complain ko priority level pr higher authority ko send kr rha hu.
                                Plz sir give me solution today end of day.
