1. I have purchased a wedding ring from tanishq showroom at nanded
Maharashtra on 12.05.2019 of 8.1011 gram.
2. After using the 03 days some parts of ring broken.
3. Again on dated 07.07.2019 deposited in the same showrooms for
Replacement.
4. After reaching the showrooms again he weighted and told the weight
Decreased from 8.101 gram to 7.796 gram.
5. But how this is possible after using three days the weight become less from
Original weight.
6. How the ring becomes defective after using only three days.

It is requested to you do needful.

    On 1 july, 2019 i went to titan showroom at 8:20 p. M. So when i reached there i came to know that it was closing as they started closing their lights when we were there, so we left the showroom soon. Then after some time i realized that my phone was missing and i wanted to know as i was suspicious that i left it there but it was closed. So next day again it did not opened because it was tuesday. But on wednesday when we constantly pleaded to show us the cc tv footage they refused making excuses that we dont have connectivity. Again when we asked them to show, we found out that they lost all the footage till the date phone was lost and had the footage of the day following it. This was completely disgusting and something that couldn't be expected from such a reputed company (Titan). It left us with nothing but disappointment.

      I have recieved my oder 6th May 2019 of a bracelet by Titan which i have odered 5 days ago ( oder id_ 506892 ) But its too slim from my expectation that’s why i want to return it and My pickup has settled by 12th May But at that time i was not available that’s why I didn't return my product .Again I have sent a [protected]@titan.co.in regarding my pickup but titan has not be taken my request under process. Two months completed but my order didn’t pickup by Titan. I have called huge time and sent mail many times but they didn’t response. I am very tired about it plz kindly take my request under process as soon as possible and also money process as soon as possible bcz I have been facing issue related to money.

      I want to pickup my order as soon as possible and return my money back.

      I have been charged a whopping Rs 370 for battery Replacement of my Titan Edge watch. The MRP of Battery No 712 is under Rs 50. The bill is also manually written. No GST Bill is given.
      MRP and Service Charge should be written seperately.
      I have been cheated and i want the solution for this.

        I have a complaint about the watch i purchased from kottayam. Lower part of the dial which in contact with the skin was causing irritation to me, later developed into a serious
        Allergic problem in a month and i stopped using it. I cant use it any more. I have been using steel watches for years and never had any problem. Kindly look into the matter.

          I was in rain, when I reached home so I have removed my watch and hanging to wall, but after 10-15 min it's crack sound automatically... How this happened automatically?

              They mentioned in news paper to provide up to 25% discount on making charges. Today (16/06/2019) was the last day. I bought worth Rs 68900 of gold jewellery, but they didn't give any discount and they said if the amount is more than 75000 then I will get a discount.but that was not mentioned in news paper. I bought jewellery from tanishq Chandrasekhar branch Bhubaneswar. In paper they also mentioned that those who missed akshyatritiya offer, they can get it now.During akshyatritiya they were giving discount which they are not considering now. If not, then why they are writing fake news and cheating people.

                  We invested in golden harvest scheme of yours. 2 plans under the name of same person. Upon maturity we were asked to make a purchase of Min of Rs. 50000 under each plan to get their benefit. If we had invested in 1 plan for double the amount then we could had got benefit of Rs. 6000 on purchase of Rs. 50000... Now to get benefit of 6000 we need to invest 100000. Which is a loss for a consumer. At the time of investment we were told we will adjust all don't worry... Now once they achieved their target they are saying that we can't do anything rules are rules... Then at the time of investment they should had told us that this will be the problem at the time of maturity... No they won't tell us because they had target of numbers and not the value. This is not expected out of such a reputed brand and that too TATA which is famous for its loyalty and customer service.

                          Was shocked, disappointed when a diamond necklace which was brought a month ago from Tanishq and never used, had started to change color. The reason people would buy from Tanishq is because of the trust on the brand we have. It looks more like a copper chain than gold.

                          What's worse? Them not replying for weeks together after submitting the gold back to them to have it tested. Like you do not care about your customers, who...

                          On the 5th of may i bought a ring from tanishq which was made on order clearly mentioning it was for my engagement, 18th of may i wore the ring and it broke on the 22nd. This is just careless behaviour of the staff because we mentioned 100 times that the purpose of buying that ring was for engagement, therefore the quality should have been taken care off. On 23rd of may we went back to tanishq with the broken ring where the manager refused...

                          wrist watch glass replacement

                          Please find attached my compliant receipt, also the my titan raga watch warranty card.

                          Please note the compliant was registered on march 13, 2019, for the glass of my watch as it was broken and i had given watch for glass replacement.

                          It'so pathetic service of titan it's all most three months now and glass of my watch is still not replaced.

                          Dear titan team,

                          I have ordered watches online on 15th may 2019 and it supposed delivered before 22nd may 2019. The worst part is titan customer care didn't notify on delay and even online no update.

                          When we tried reaching customer care informed will check but call back.

                          Later send email to customer care, but no use just pushed the days till weekend without any proper update.

                          Totally its a worst experience with ordering watches online with titan.

                          I'm looking for refund and still no response to my email.

                            I bought crizal lens form titan eye plus situated at goswami service guwahati-781003 in the month of december 2018. Crizal lens is 8 coated which i bought. Lens supposed to be repels scratches,, repel water, anti smudge, it protect from dust, anti reflection.

                            But i found nothing of the above coat. My crizal lens is now full of scratches, it doesnt protects form dust, it does not repel water, it is not at all anti smudge and anti reflection though i have bought in january 2019. I have made full payment for crizal lens then why should i suffer for fault of the titan. I claim my compensation from titan eye plus. Either you exchange my lens and provide the actual one or refund my amount. Its been five months only and i am facing problem with lens.

                              Sir/madam
                              I have purchased a watch before a year from akola. But after 6 to 7 months belt removed from dial of watch. I visited shankar nagar nagpur for servicing at 2 times but they didn't work properly and i faced same problem now (Belt remove) and your service center not ready for replacement/changing the belt.

                              Please suggest what will do? I'm very poor man and can't purchase new watch. Please help.

                                Last 10 years i'm using fast track different models and quality found good, that is reason again recently i bought fast track watch of (Rs 3095)

                                Item code : nj1478sl02, model no: 1478sbg, sn:[protected], doc no:1000282 in fast track showroom gangaram, hyderabad store code:36.

                                "now the watch metal got corrode & tearing my hands"
                                I taken to fast track show room (Store no:36) gangaram, hyderabad, they are not ready to listen. And i went to world titan service center, they told this problem is coming in the model but warranty period completed for you so you have to pay 1100rs.

                                I never expect this type of quality problem in titan fast track watch.

                                Titan representative not ready take it up customer feedback to titan management.

                                Titan can make customer as fool, but not long time.
