I purchased a pair of earrings from Tanishq Ecom site on 24th July 2024. I was charged Rs. 5817/gm whereas their web site itself shows the price as Rs. 5396/gm for that date. I have complained to [protected]@titan.co.in and also to [protected]@titan.co.in. I just a ticket id and no proper response. Even complaining on X didn't help. Ticket id is TKT-[protected] and my order number is SFTQ[protected]. Request you to take appropriate action and get me refund of the excess amount that I have paid.

You have to return the money to me immediately or else. Forced to take legal action against the companyWill have to happen.

      I had placed an order for customised diamond ring on 23rd May, Order number-175. All correct details were provided to the store manager and the order was placed correctly.At the time of delivery the wrong product was delivered.

      The store rep told us that the factory team had made a mistake and asked us for 2 days to do a feasibility check.Post which second order was placed on 31st May, order no 197.
      Again wrong product was delivered to us.There has been no proper response by the store executives or the manager.They are simply blaming the other teams.I am shocked by this kind of service and my money is also stuck.Please provide a resolution.

        I am Bipin Dattani who visited your Ahmedabad show room . Bought a chain and paid Rs 20 K as advance . Before the receipt was made, I requested to change name to Mrs Chandan Dattani.s name but unfortunately, they made receipt of my name which i did not want . Then they expresed inability to change name finally decided to cancel my order . Even to get advance paid amount back, had to undergo lot of formalities and my experience was very bad . It is completely a bureaucratic approach and all became helpless.
        I would certainly avoid going to Tanisq next time . Though it does not matter to Tanisq but I as a customer would certainly refrain from going to your stores in the future. . Thanks once again .

          I have purchased the Fastrack smart watch from e commerce site it is under warranty after a week it stopped working i contacted customer care and also raised a mail to customer care but no reply from the prestigious company.tje customer care number won't work and customer support through mail othe means is nothing.

            The titan smart pro app has been removed from android store.. so cannot install. In iPhone it is not providing any otp. My phone num is india no and dnd disabled

              We visited Tanishq Jwellery Store & store address is B-118 Indra Nagar LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH, address is "not mentioned" on GST portal as ADDITIONAL ADDRESS and their PRINCIPAL BUSINESS Place is Meerut Uttar Pradesh for same GST no. and HSN Code "71131910" also not mentioned in their GST registration as shown on bill.

              It's not resolved. Tanishq is fraud/scamming name under Tata. Their store address will not match with GST registration no address and “HSN code" they are mentioning is not present in their GST registration no or not alloted they are using HSN code — 71131910 which is not alloted or mentioned in their GST registration. “HSN code should 71141910.” Chor h tanishq Jewellery

                I bought an expensive fastrack watch and the strap started shredding within 3 months. I went to the store for a replacement strap but none of them had it in Malleshwaram Bangalore ( I went to 3 store in and around Malleshwaram including the Titan service center)
                When I emailed customer care, they asked me to share the pictures which I did. It took them almost a month to get back to me. Finally they asked me to submit the watch to the Titan store on Margosa Road and they would replace the strap. It has been more than a month since I handed the watch but I have not received any update from their end!
                Horrible service from Titan - didn't expect such shoddy service from this company.

                  I wanted to buy some product online and have been reaching out to live chat to show me designs once before placing the order. But support informs me they have provided details to store manager and I should hear by end of the day. It’s been months now but not even 1 time I received any text!! Again tried yesterday and today and querying few things- live chat folks have a way to disable my messages and go offline - the worst attitude ever!!! Atleast they don’t have the courtesy to say no it is not possible and find out some other solution! What a shame to a Tata Brand!! My mom and I have several chits added in Tanishq and will be taking that out!

                    Tanishq and caratlane store at ghodbunder road Thane insisted for providing phone number for purchase of a ring amounting to INR 15000

                    I get many promotional calls at odd hours, so I don't provide my phone number for purchasing things

                    I explained that at both places but I was told that unless u provide phone number, U will not be able to purchase a product

                    Please look into it

                        I have raised a complaint with customer care yet there is no resolution or movement from past 3 months.

                        We had purchased a Titan watch worth 10k and it stopped working before it's warranty ended. As the team couldn't repair it they gave us a replacement number however the expiry period was not mentioned well.

                        Post expiry we were suggested to reach out to the customer care which we did 3 months ago, even after continuous follow up there is no resolution or movement.

                        We purchase Tata products only in respect to Ratan Tata Sir but the company employees are totally ruining the experience. I feel like my money has gone for a toss but trying this as a last resort.

                          I have been following up with Titan customer care since last 3 months however have received no response from them.

                          I had purchased a watch from Titan store Chembur and as they couldn't fix it we were given a replacement number. We were not properly informed on expiry date and post expiry I reached out to Titan customer care for renewal of Replacement Proposal Number as the watch is worth 10000. It's been 3 months and yet no satisfactory response has been shared.

                          I am highly disappointed and feel the money has wasted. We hail Titan only for Ratan Tata sir, but the employees are truly ruining the experience.

                          This seems like a last resort. My ticekt number is RPCHD1S00004467

                            My name is Sumita Das, resident of Flat 3F, 138 Purbalok 7th Street Kolkata 700099. On 12th Nov 2023, I bought a Titan Raga watch worth Rs 9995/- (Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Only) from TITAN outlet at Shopper Stop located at Acropolis Mall, Kasba, Kolkata Pin-700107. A Copy of the Invoice bearing specification no- 0188_1_023_0_43133_[protected] was issued to me.
                            Within 2 days of purchase, the watch stopped working and same was taken back to the TITAN Outlet wherein the same was handed over to the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop. They assured me that the watch will be repaired and delivered to me within 10 days i.e 13.12.2023, which makes no sense as the product was completely new and has a manufacturing defect. I requested them to exchange the watch which they denied. A copy of the Customer Service Slip is attached herewith for your kind reference.
                            It is relevant to bring to your kind attention that there were no update regarding the product from the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop nor from TITAN outlet after 23.11.2023.
                            On 06.01.2023, when my Son visited the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop and demanded an update regarding the product, the callous behaviour of the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop and the personnel working at the TITAN outlet, took him out of guard. They had no clue regarding the watch which clearly shows no effort were made by them in the interim days to get information on the same. They completely forgot about the product.
                            Upon my Son’s persistence they started to make calls to the concerned people of the service centre of TITAN. They failed to provide any resolution or any update on the watch and requested my son to speak with their Manager- Mr Soumendra Bhattacherhee (S49507) whose id is attached herewith for your kind reference. Upon seeing this kind of behaviour my son requested the Manager to either refund the entire amount of Rs 9995/- spent on the watch or replace the watch with a new one. The Manager completely refused to refund the amount paid for the watch. He also refused to replace the product with a new one and claimed that they are awaiting the update from the TITAN service centre.

                            It is a huge disappointment that Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop and the personnel working at the TITAN outlet completely lacked in its services to provide a customer friendly atmosphere. They absolved themselves from all their responsibilities once the finance procedure got over.
                            I therefore request you to intervene and direct the Shopper Stop/TITAN Outlet to refund the entire amount within two days from the receipt of this complaint. I shall not finance a repaired product which was not worn even once. I don’t want any replacement either.
                            This kind of experience was not expected from a great brand like TITAN and Shopper Stop. Also kindly take steps to reimburse my travelling expenses along with a compensation of Rs 5000 for the harassment caused to me and my family members.

                              Your store Manager needs some training.
                              At bill section one lady was sitting having no knowledge made me to stand for 40 minutes - in that period - I received 14 times OTPs from you - due to irresponsible duty of the lady. She even collected more money from me, after my calculation and objection, she satisfied and refunded money of excess of Rs.1412.00 at last I left your store at 6.40 pm. Even she refused of reward points adjustment, later on it was adjusted.
                              This is what I experienced today at your store.
                              Time is also important for us.
                              Being I am a very old customer from your stores at Cuttack Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Now at this store.
                              Due to this experience - it made me to rethink for future shopping.

                                    I have purchased gold floral design ring from Tansihq Rewari store. beads of that ring started dislocating within1 month. since i reside in alwar so i went to tanishq alwar store on 24th Oct and get it rectified. after 2-3 days looks wise and beads of ring started dislocating and black spot i found on my ring. i have approached with email to customer care of tansihq they have given such a manipulative answer that will get think u submit the ring will send to Quality team will check and revert. i spoke with rewari store manager only time he said i will see.
                                    after reminding many time, marking email number of time Mr. pawan from tanishq customer team didn't responded.
                                    this is my last complaint rest i will complaint in consumer form.
                                    this is my last approach to tansihq rest i will assured you will sue tansihq for stretching this matter so long plus harassment in non response.
