Dear TITAN watches teem I had purchase a WTCH model no. 9308 BDA in between feb. to march 20014.from M/S RUBY WTCHES (PPN Market kanpur U.P.) He gave me ONLY CASH MEMO NOT WARRANTY CARD. That was My first purchase of TITAN watch of so much Big amount But after some days i have found some problem on their timing function. So that i meet to the shop keeper (M/S RUBY WATCH) and told him the same problem. He asked about the cash memo But that time i have lost the cash memo. he asked about the WARRANTY card. i told him that i haven't received from u. But he don't agreed.     replaced glass is not match with original watch glass

    i went for glass replacement of my fatrack watch design no NE30895L08 to GITA CORPORATION 125, ground floor, iscon mall, surat.395007. they told me that your watch glass was not currently avaiable. it will take a time of 1 month. after 1 month i went to service station for collect my watch. but i found that replaced glass in my watch was not match with original one. i say to service station person that this glass was not match with my watch....

    The titan showroom the address below mentioned :

    Beside Bharat Petroleum, Rajiv Gandhi Rahadari, Tirumalagiri, Secunderabad, 500015,

    Its one of the stores of titan which is cheating customers, My dad went to replace a broken strap and they replaced the fasttrack watch strap with sonata which didnt hold the weight of fastrack watch and have again broken down now, does the store have sense to fix a sonata strap to fasttrack watch,

    when i talked to store manager MR.Chandra Prakash he behaved rudely and didnt even changed the strap, waste service and waste employees, really waste of money, i will go to consumer forum soon.

      A watch purchase just became a nightmare for me because I took the watch to the service center twice in one year warranty period (repeated complaint watch stoppage). Again on 5/12/2014 i had to see your service center alapatt watches Ernakulam, Kerala, India, for the third time. (Ref id 1214AS0031B13498) Complaints 1. Stoppage repeated complaint for the third time(twice serviced) 2. Changing of broken glass 3. Changing of stone They informed me that the glass is out of stock and shall take a maximum of 25 days. Other items such as the mechanism to be replaced and stones are readily available and there is stock at the service center. Time line 1. 5/12/2014 watch given at service center 2. 29 or 30th December I visited again they told me that glass has not arrived, mechanism and stone is in stock. I have to wait for another 10 days 3. On 5th of January 2015 I again visited the same reply came from the service center just wait for 5 days. 4. 14/01/2015 I received a message from titan that the watch has been repaired on 1/1/2015 and ready for pick up (ID- 1214AS0031B13498) this message stunned me because I visited your service center on 5th January 2015. 5. On 19/01/2015 once more I had to see your service center. But on that day you people really made fun of me informing me that the glass has arrived and the technicians are on leave it will take anther more few days to clear all the problems. After waiting and lot of talking that I can’t wait any further longer I met with the service center manager Mr. Binu. He told me that just wait for two days. Trusting TATA I left. 6. 22/01/2015 went to the center to collect the watch and had the worst and ugliest experience from your part. Watch has been serviced and ready to be delivered but only with one complaint left stone are not available they won’t replace the stone they doesn’t even know when stone will be available or it will be. Another matter is that the cost of the parts has been misinformed to me as 400 instead of 650(20% of 3250) They told me that it’s the fault of TITAN that they asked for glass and you people sent the whole chasing of the watch and charged 650/- INR now I have to bear the full amount. Doesn’t you people have any guide lines or any rules in informing the customer about their service requirement or is it a non-organized branch of titan so that service center can do anything they wanted. I asked for the manager he didn’t show up and I left the service center and forced to send this mail.       i believe in results rather than fake works by you and your team till today i have only received a call from Mr. binu telling me that he is waiting for a reply from the service center. i called him back thrice but still same reply. Does your team have any responsibility.if so you can avoid further complication and legal action.

        SIR, I bought titan watch QW 1587SM02 from KERALA WATCH COMPANY, SANTO COMPLEX, RAILWAYSTATIONJ ROAD, ALUVA-683101.I paid 3, 295 Rs for this.But unfortunately it became complaint three times within two months.The above mentioned shop serviced it, also they took 20 days for servivce. Last time watch took by service manager named Binu at Ernakulam([protected]).There is no further proceedings, Idid not get watch, I lost my money.I tried to contact Binu by phone several times.But he donot take phone.Please take immediate action for this, otherwise you sent back my money.My phone number is [protected].

          I had given one watch for repair on 20.12.2014 at pineer towers cochin. marine drive branch. ref id. is 1214ASQQ317B176B DT. 20.12.14. after iI got a sms from u that ur watch for service will take some more days. but yesterday i got sms that watch is ready for dispactch. today i went and asked they simply said that that is mistake from our head office Banglore. this was little difficult for me becuase i had travelled long journey fromGuruvayur to kochin. please make necessary arrangements to get repair soon. hope u understood my cituation. I never expect such a incident from ur place. please do the needful. thanking you,

            Dear Sir, I know the complaint may not help in getting my money from Tanishq (TATA Group) as they denied over mail, however putting up this to cheque on how our law helps me getting my money. Please refer to my Golden harvest (11+1 scheme) Ac No TBU/34824/2013, which was opened in 7th-July-2013. While going for purchase on 23rd-Dec-2014, I was surprised to learn that the scheme has been cancelled as per govt direction. Thereby, I had to fill form for refund process same day & I got it in account on 14-Jan-2015 which accounts an interest of 1/2 month i.e. 5000/- over deposit of 1.1lac for 17months. I would like to complaint followings; 1) Why Tanishq has not communicated through mail/phone as and when scheme got terminated? So, my money is locked for 17 month and I must get interest accordingly 2) Why interest was for 1/2 months instead promised of 1 month (10, 000/-). I was ready to purchase which company did not allow. So, I am not at fault. As a customer, Tanishq (TATA) should protect our interest rather Cheating openly.

              I had bought a watch from Titan and i had given watch for changing of belt 4 months after submission of watch and after many followups they said they do not have belt for the given Obaku watch and they will give me a refund voucher of 90% of watch purchased amount. Later i again received a call sayig we have managed to arrange your belt and it would cost 1100 rs to which i said i would prefer to keep my watch and you can fix the belt. After many follow ups on phone they only assured me your belt is in transit and we will soon fix your watch, however till date nothing has happened and now they are asking me to refund only 50-60% of my watch value. I had bought watch from The world of Titan (Malad), Inorbit branch at much high value however the amount they are claimming is very less. I also asked for a copy of the bill, however they are not ready to provide any bill copy. I had also taken extended warranty for the watch which would be of no use now. I request your help in resolving the issue asap.               1850. I have spent INR 1100 twice to change belt of this watch which you can
              check in your system and this is the 3rd time I have handed over for
              belt change. I have also bought extended warranty for this watch.

              Titan against which we as customer cannot claim anything and you are very well
              depreciating hefty amount and I believe Titan has stopped manufacturing of this
              watch because of manufacturing defect.

              Please find tailed mail where I had given my obaku watch at
              inorbit Titan showroom. After various follow up yesterday I received a call
              from them saying we will give you Titan voucher @ 70% of buying price. I do not
              have the bill with me and the cost claimed by the showroom is too less. I
              remember I had bought this watch for around 8-9k since this is my first
              expensive watch. I had bought this watch from Titan since I can service my
              watch in any part of India. I still prefer keeping the same watch and I had
              also purchased extended warranty for this watch.

Your staff has offered me INR 1850/- after depreciation which has been uprightly rejected by me.                 I bought a sonata watch with a stainless steel strap (870015AC) in Ratna Enterprises, vijayawada, A.P on 1/10/2014. The strap got broken thrice. The service people got it repaired thrice, but they too broke on the first day of wearing. Someone (Mr. Damodar) offered me a leather strap, but it is a cheaper one and it doesn't look nice. I sent a mail to the service desk requesting for an exchange one week ago, but I didnot receive any reply.

                  My sister buy a Titan watch one year ago. The company offers the watch is water resist but the delear said the that the watch didn't resist the water, it resist only the steady water.

                          Hi, I had given the watch for service at Titan show room located at 100 feet road Indira Nagar Bangalore. After waiting for more then eight months service center says that watch strap is not available and cant be made available in future too as they have stopped manufacturing the accessories for this model. This is not expected from such a big brand company. Further, as if company is doing favor to me by offering coupon (amount Rs -1300) in return of my watch. I have few questions to the company. 1) Is it some antique watch that I cant get accessories? 2) How can company says manifacturing accessories for particular model is stopped, do company communicate the same while selling the product. Why customer should buy the titian product if it has to end-up in such situation. 3) Now in my case who's mistake it is? And even if company is offering coupon, how its calculated? The calculated amount is nowhere near to satisfaction. Let me provide some more details, for same case I had taken my watch to Titan showroom Indira nagar Bangalore in month of Apri-May 2014. That time also I got same response after keeping the watch for more then two month with the service center, and I was offered the coupons of ~2400/-. After talking with concern senior people there, they said they will try for some more time and will get back to me, so I decided to wait. But now when I inquired again they again took more then one month time and returned with the same response, but now the coupon amount offered is 1300/- which was not expected I have been writing regarding this Helpdesk ( TitanCare )" <[protected]@titan.co.in from last week, but company doesn't bother to respond.                               Sir I am living Tuticorin, Tamilnadu. I went to Titan show room in Tuticorin for gave my watch for service. After the due date they didn't service the watch properly. When go to the showroom they ask to wait for ten minutes. I am a busy man. In my busy schedule I go to the next day of commitment they said the same ten minute waiting. They will not treat the customer respectively. the service is worst.

My this watch's chain was difacted and from the next date of the sell i visited to the showroom and they also admitted that chain was not proper and assured me that i will get another chain within 15 days but after three months by asking them again and again i have not got any chain. On 31/12/2014 i talked to titan customer care and they also assured me that with in 3 days we will solve it and call you or mail you. They give me also complaint no(727450) but not get any call or mail till today. I again talked to them today and they again assured that we will solve it but nothing done.                                   I started investing Rs.5000 every month in Tanishq's much publicised Golden Harvest scheme in JAN-11. After paying 1 installments, i have stopped, now as per their new policy this scheme has been withdrawn and they are returning the money to consumer, i have applied for refund 1.5 month back at Vashi- Navi Mumbai Store with all required details, and people their has confirmed the refund with in a 10 days, also they have given me in writing now its also most close to 2 month but nothing is happen, when contacting Vashi Store thay are just giving me time of 1 week/10 days but still not received the refund, i have written 3 e-mail to management people but they are least bothered, mail was sent to Mr. Bhaskar Bhat ( MD of Titan ), CK Venkataraman ( CEO Jewelley ), Sandeep Kulhani ( Vice President ) on 28th Dec, 2nd Dec but no one has turned up.
