Dear Team,

My husband had purchased a ring from Tanishq Oberoi Goregaon Mumbai on 18th Sept 2023 amounting to Rs 14999 and due to change in size we approached tanishq on 24th sept 2023 for a finger size change, which was accepted by them.
1. Firstly, they took a month and secondly on 23rd Oct 2023 they got a ring which was wrong in size i.e ‘I’ ( My size taken was ‘J’ ).

2. There was a credit note of Rs 1600 due to smaller resizing of ring, which Tanishq didn’t issue to us and revised the invoice to original price of 14999 itself.

3.Subsequently, they are not ready to change ‘I’ size to ‘J’ mistake being done by them still I am suffering the same.

4. On 4th November 2023, Tanishq oberoi deliberately didn’t change and just to avoid the process they are cracking the ring to adjust it to my size and forcing me to accept the same Or else they are not able to do anything.
The process would take 45 days to get the same ring of my size but Tanishq is not willing to do so and till now on 14th November 2023 i haven’t received my Ring.

In overall this process, as a customer i am very much disheartened as i had a deep trust since my childhood over Tanishq and after being harassed a lot of times and non supportive employee behaviour and rude interaction, made a negative impact on me.

I request you if i can get any assistance or help in any case would be really helpful.

Titan SmartPro watch I bought for 13000 before 18 months and now titan do not have maintain relevant apps for this watch in play store. Upon I reach them, customer care forcefully asking me to get 50% as Watch Depreciation coupon WDC and get some other watch for 7000 which is not acceptable. I do not want 50% or new watch, all I am asking is Titan to enable the necessary app.
Buying watches for 13k (6x more price than other brands available in market) and saying no apps available looks pathetic. Being a Titan Customer for last 15 years feeling sad for Titan.

Today on the occassion of Dhanteras we visited your Sodepur store.
2 days back we had bought jewellery worth a big amount.The lady who attended told us to visit on Dhanteras as gifts will be given.
We visited the store and bought a gold coin.
The man who was checking the bills said we will not get any gift and saw him.giving a gift to another customer.They did not even offer us a cup of tea.My husband just said lets go to Tanishq as may be that would add some points to the lady who attended us the other day.In fact to our surprise she was also like least bothered.
I really felt bad as a customer.

It is frustrating to chase my order for over a week for a product with value Rs 3.5L. Each day the delivery date is promised and then pushed. i need refund of the order placed if you are unable to deliver by tomorrow else will log an FIR.

I have been repeatedly reaching out to the Call center via chat and phone and each day the delivery is promised but when i see the site -- says there is a problem and asked to reschedule. This is unacceptable and if you cant deliver the product by tomorrow -- REFUND it. This is fraud if you are playing with a 3L + product. My order number is 11943235

I ordered a watch online from their website on 27th October 2023 but due to technical error or network issue, my order couldn't complete but my money deducted from Paytm.. according to their policy..money will be back within 7 days ..now it has been more than that...their coustomer number always busy and they reply same thing again and again ...

My watch is not working even though I have kept it under sunlight for 6hours

I have submitted the necklaces to gaur city mall Tanishq store on 24/09/2023 to repair it, but they are keep on making excuses and and not returning it at all, although delivery date was 1st of October.

Titan smarts watch no 90155AP01 display not working only vibrate but not showing any activity on Watch already given to you Titan authorized dealer CT PUNDOLE & SONS PVT LTD SINGHAGD ROAD PUNE. vide their receipt no. 33927 dt.[protected]. Till date I have not received any feedback from them. Also, they are saying that replacement watch not available in Titan company. So till date I have not received my watch

i visited titan showroom to change batteries of my wrist watch they charged me rs 496.00 which i paid but later i got link of bill on my mobile trough sms which was rs 268.00

now dealer is denying to return difference amount you should take action against dealer otherwise i will go in consumer fourm.

I have placed an order of mangalsutra of rupees 67091 on 13 october 2023 from the tanishq website . Firtsly no message mail or call came from the tanishq about thw order confirmation or anything . So on sunday when i was tracking my order it was marked as cancelled by tanishq side only so when i called their customer care number they informed me that me that my order was cancelled due to warehouse rejection and i will get my refund withinn 5-7 working days. Its been 6 days already and i haven't received my refund so when i called their customer service number they told me that they will inform me about the refund process via call but no call came to me the other day day they said that i will get the update about refund via mail .. again no mail came ..i dont know when will i get refund i have been asking them daily but no information is given to me please solve my issue and refund my money

Long days I try to activate the watch, I tried send the OTP to my mobile number but till date I didn't receive the OTP.

Analog watch symbols which represents time got detached from the dial and are moving in the clock. This is creating a lot of problem in reading time

Worst experience with Tanisq.

We have enrolled for Rivah aashirvaad sovereign saver plan at Velachery Tanisque store on Oct 2nd 23.However they added my account in to value plan.
Later got a call from the store stating ot was their technical issue.

They informed me that they will refund me the amount paid and later add in to sov.saver plan.I agreed for that since they wanted to rectify their mistake. They told it can be done within a day.
Today its oct 13 still there is no refund.
I enrolled this plan in my wife name (Baghya), payment done through my netbanking account.Now they are saying there is an issue in refund because the plan enrolled name and bank account name was different

Fed up with their followups.No confirmation on returns yet.

I have ordered a pendant online (app) on 30th Sept 2023 and it was delivered on 3rd October with the hard copy of invoice, the invoice doesn't have the proper breakup of the gold price, making charges and stone amount etc. I requested the same through chat and call and waited for a soft copy, but the support agents keep saying to wait for 24 to 48 hrs and it's been 6days and no one followed up, does it really take so long to share a soft copy of invoice? I am really disappointed with the allover experience with Tanishq!

I have contacted their customer care number of times and every time they assure that it will be refunded with 48-72 hours. But till now no refund by them. Tata Tanishq company is a fraud company. They have looted my money. I advice all not to get trapped in their schemes of online purchase. Till now they have not refunded my amount. Unethical behaviour of company.

Hi there,

I live in Canada. I recently bought titan Smart watch Talk S and trying to connect it with my phone. However, I am not receiving OTP. Tried many times but still facing the same problem.
