I bought a Titan Raga, which costs 6000 rupees in last August from Joy Alukkas wedding centre, Kollam. Since then the chain has been broken 4 or 5 times. It seems there is some problem with lock also. I have given it for repairing in Joy Alukkas once and second time in the Titan shop in Forum mall Bangalore.
