Dear Sir,
I bought a spectacle from your shop at FF-31, First Fkoor, Metroplitan Mall, M.G.Road, Gurgaon-122002 vide Sales Order No: TDGU006271 and Invoice No: BAO0003204 dated 08/02/2011. My eye sight was tested at your shop and according to yoursalesman optician's advice, I bought the frame fitted with power visor. I was told that I can wear it all the time and will be able to see correctly. On the said day whenn i collected the spect, I found it was so powerfull, I could not see properly after wearing the same. Then I was told that since, it is for reading purpose only, I will not be able to see long distance. Only I will have to keep the spect on nose bridge. Then I said why didn't you say me this at the begining. They remained silent tried to convince me with their impressive words. i believed them as Titan Eye belongs to TATA Group. After wearing this, my head is reeling, getting pain to my eye ball. I consulted a Doctor, he said, had i bought a prgressive one, then I would have been able to see wearing all the time.Yesterday i went to the same shop. i didn't find the salesman. But optician was present. I asked him why did you made me fool. Why did I spent Rs.7000.00? To get better comfort and good vision insyead you are here to make me blind with my own money. I requested him to replace it with a progressive one. He replied that it can not be replaced since the visor has been cut. I told them whose fault is this. for your wrongfull act why should I suffer at the cost of my own money. I told that what the extra money is required I am ready to pay, please make aprogressive one. he telephoned to somone, then told me that it is not possible. after wearing this I getting severe head reeling eye pain. I am feeling as if slowly and slowly, I am goint loose my vision. With a trust towards TATA name, I thought, their people will be faithfull and whatever they are saying good.Considering spectacle as a lifetime asset that too TATA's, I invested my hard earning money 7000.00. It went burnt within a while by your people's wrong act. Please help me out in converting it to progressive one. I shall be indebted to you till my last breathe exhales out of my nostrills.

Today i gave my Titan watch for Battery change to Taratala(kolkata West-Bengal) Titan World service centre, they charged me 356-/
battery charge-56Rs Service charge-150rs. & 150rs as SUB charge.
i don't know why this people is doing all this, please look into the matter seriously,

I am an Indian in Canada and a watch collector. I have almost every top end watches INCLUDING Titan. I have all Titan Edges. The problem I face being overseas is that whenever I need to replace a battery, I do not know as to which number/model battery does it take? Can you kindly help please. Today I just changed my watch battery.
Got shocked seeing the bill.
Battery charge is 50₹ and service charge is 140₹... Hows this even possible.

I am from Pune I have I visited Titan showroom chinchwad to replace battery of my Titan edge.
I received a bill of RS.150/- and they charge me 327/-

I have to change battery for 2 Titan Raga and one Xylus. Since service charges and GST is heavy for changing battery. Let me know, whether Titan charge service charges separately for all watches or I have to pay only one service charge for 3 watches.

Among those 1 was Titan, 1 was fossil n 2 were sheen.. for Titan watch they charged 251 for battery replacement n for other 3 they charged 380 rs each.. I ended up giving 1391 rupees for 4 batteries n got bill for battery of Titan watch only.. it's just too much..
i own Titan Edge watch.
I took it to the Titan store for battery change .
it has always been a functional watch.
in addition to the charge of the battery the store wanted rs 2800 for servicing it .
