I HAVE PURCHASED TITAN OCTANE WATCH MODEL NO.9208SMO5 COST OF RS.5750 AT[protected]
AND I HAVE ALSO PURCHASE EMG WITH THIS WATCH,

AT WCC MGF MALL
SHOP NO.1, 2 AND 5 MG ROAD GURGAON HARYANA

I HAVE WEAR THIS WATCH ONLY 2 TIMES AND THEY HAVE NOT WORK PROPERLY, I AM GOING TO 2 TIMES IN THIS SHOP FOR COMPLAINING FOR MY PROBLEM, BUT NO ACTION TAKEN YET, I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED FOR THIS MATTER, I HAVE PERSONAL MEETINGS IN DAY BY DAY, BUT WHAT I AM DOING, PLZ HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, AND PLZ PLZ GIVE ME NEW WATCH, BCOZ I HAVE NO EXTRA TIME FOR FIGHT IN SHOPKEEPERS.

    I have bought a Titan fast Track watch model No. 116/SM02 dated 05/07/08 from Shopper's Stop, Shipra mall, 9 vaibhab Khand, Indira Puram, GZB-201012. But after some days it stopped and I had gone for reparing on 13/09/2008. After 40 days they have give the same watch back without any reparing (right now it is stopped). What should do I do?

      A little over 1 yr and 8 months back I purchased a fastrack watch model # 2265SL04 for my daughter and twice I had to replace the strap the last I got replaced it was on 09-08-08 at your authorised service centre situated at M.G.Road, Ghatkopar(E) when I paid Rs.360 and purchased the strap I checked with the person concerned one Saraswati about guarantee she said any manufacturing defect noticed within six months will replace the strap and give it. Since the staps buckle end went off last week Iwent to the shop and showed it to her she said if damage is at the buckle end it won't be replaced. Please let me know is it not that this is a manufacturing defect. This person cooly changes her words whom and what do we beleive should be guarantee of the product when we purchase it.

      Even I am facing problem with my Fastrack watch. I think the company is really following this statement ie., 'move on' because Im looking for a new strap for my watch (code no. 9204PP02) unfortunatly its been more dan 4 months and I never got any strap or any active response from Titan's side.

      Even many of my friends having the same strap issue. some of them have no choice but still waiting for companies response.

      Some shop keepers saying that they will give 60% discount on the next purchase of Fastrack watch as they cannot do anything with the strap issue. but what is the use of getting another fastrack watch when again you have to face the same problem.

      Seriously Fastrack's after sale service is too pathetic.
      Even when I talked to one of the titan distributor whose phone no. is [protected] for this Fastrack strap, he said to me that they cant do anything if you want you can talk to the office at bangalore and when i said I'll go to consumer court then they said
      "go to court and case they are least bothered and they are taunting me by asking that whether i need any lawyer or not if then they can arrange"

      This is Fastrack. This is how a reputated company treats with its customers and manipulates them when they are in trouble. Can anyone help me out of this.

      What I can see is many middle class people are affected because of this Fastrack poor service.

      TITAN — Strap Problem

      Hi i bought a new Titan Watch model number 9243sp02m and after two months only the loops of the watch breakdown
      I HAD PURCHASED NEW WATCH OF TITAN FAST TRACK .AND I WAS WERED IT FOR ONLY 3MONTHS AND THE BELT HAD GOT SMALL CRACK AND THE COLOR IS ALSO FADING, SO I DESIDE TO CHANGE BELT TO CHAIN BUT THE DELAR TOLD THAT THE CHAIN PRICE IS 800RS. WHAT I HAVE TO DO IN THIS MATTER,

      Fastraack service after sales are pathetic!!! It takes few to get ur watch repair under waranty!!
      Please dont buy titan or fastrack watches as its cost you a lot and it dont have any good service center.

      One of them is in ahmedabad at C.G road as known as World of Titan.Consumers be aware and dont buy titan and fastrack watches.

        once upon a time i went to sewak watch shop in faridi building with my sister i had a fault in my watch so i wanted to repair that when i reached into the shop i saw a middle age person and a young girl her age about 17 yrs they worked in that shop, in compromising position when we saw that incident my sister shoked they pasted a poster at the door of shop being this no one cant see inside the shop i complaint to shop owner but there was no positive response this is very ugly scene so i reqvest you to stop that type o[censored]gly incident

          Hi,

          I am Moosa Khan from Bangalore.

          I had purchased a Titan's Octane watch on Thursday, 18th June 2008, from one of the outlets on 5th Avenue, Brigade Road, Bangalore.

          I purchased this watch thinking that Tata Group values the customers and manufactures the products which are promising the standards of the company as it holds its fame.

          I purchased an Titan's Octane watch which is a water resistant 50M and a very good product from Titan (i guessed so). Most of my friends recommended me to buy the Tata's product. I picked this nice looking piece by paying 5, 000/-.

          But unfortunately just after two days due to the minor drizzling, moisture got into the watch. Next day onwards I started facing this problem of the malfunctioning of the watch.

          I took this watch to the place where I had purchased it. The shopkeeper changed the inside dial and gave me the watch. I was happy to have it back working fine.

          But unfortunately I noticed that this piece has a manufacturing defect as in the dates on it is 31 on both the calender or even when rotating it continuously. I have no Idea how could the this piece failed to pass through the quality check.

          Does Tata still value customers? or it is an other money making company who knows cares nothing about its customers?

          I am very disappointed with the company and I don't know what to do. Looks like i have invested in a company which does not have a quality aspect or verification of its products.

          The only reason I did not go back to the shopkeeper is that I was afraid that he might give me back the same dial which he replaced with the current one.

          Requesting for a suggestions.

          I do understand your problem and believe that the piece that you bought might be a faulty one, but then i also think that you are a bit harsh to state that the Tatas don't value their customers ...I am sayong this out of experience as almost all members in my family have at least one Titan watch and this includes watches which are almost 10-12 years old and i would proudly say that not even a single one of them has caused me a problem...ever. And not only in my family but even in my friends circle i have shared this experience ..i mean really can trust a Titan watch . Coming back to your problem, it seems the dealer gave you the wrong treatmet without getting into the details of the malfunction, or this very piece might be faulty one, i can understand that exceptions are always there, its not every other day that you find a faulty Tiatan product.
          In this matter you can contact the dealer and ask him to either replace the watch or just tell him that you'll move to a higher authority for the same. believe me its not the dealer who is going to pay for the new watch, it is the company itself so he wont even mind ... you just have to be bold enough .           I purchased a Titan Octane watch on 25th Oct. '08 with the same hope and beliefs that Mr. Moosa had and had to face a similar fate like Mr. Moosa. My watch stopped working within 3 days for no reason at all. I went to the dealer from where I had purchased the watch who in-turn gave me a new watch (same model) which again stopped functioning in bare 2 days. Now I am in a fix whether the entire lot of that particular model is defective? And so obviously I would have doubts about Quality of TATA products.

          i was going through the postings on tata product. i hd purchased one watch of octane series in june-08 and u wont belive 2 of mne firends have purchased same model for themselves and i m proud to say that i hv not given them any wrong sugession. I can undestand the pain of going though specially spending so much amount for buying one good product.. but you should keep one thing in mind the name "TATA" has it all ... just speak out, raise complaint against dealer ask for new model if you are safisfy...I am sure there are proper checks for tracking customer complaints.. Being a customer we have full rights to ask for your demand . after all we are the one who runs the show..
          I also has 9213SM02 octane series model from last 3 years. I bought that watch when octane series has launched. And I am very satisfy with my watch on respect of its service and maintance. Today, I went to "world of titan" showroom for servicing, glass change and battery change. They just charged only 245/- and gave 6 month warranty again. If there is any company today which is commited to give its customer "product - value for money" is TATA. This is my own experience.

          I have presented this watch (as a birthday gift for my brother) but, identified the strap chain has one pin missing and small scratch is present on it which appeared to be some abnormal scratch and looks manufacturing defect.
          When yesterday, we visited the shop to have this fixed/replaced, they started behaving badly and started blaming on us and declined to address the issue.

          I swear not to trust Titan watches from now. I wish I could sue that shop owner.

          I will have to shell out few bucks to fix the watch on some another Titan service centre otherwise will get it fixed from some other vendors/service comps. Which is of less concern for me. But, it will surely tarnish the image and brand called Titan.

            I own a Titan-Fast track watch model no.4021PP01.The digital mode of this watch is not functioning.In view of which I approached an authorised Titan showroom on Shanmugan road next to GCDA complex near marine drive in Ernakulam, Kochi city.I was denied servicing/repair of the same and was told that such watches are no more repaired.
            This watch was purchased in 2004 and I presume it not to be an outdated model.However Titan service centre cannot deny the nonavailabity of spares or expertise required in repair of this watch.Hoping for a siutable suggestion/solution

            I HAVE PURCHASED A FASTRACK WATCH SL. NO.1392SH.02 (K.446) ON 6-3-08. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE FUNCTIONING OF WATCH. BUT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE CHAIN. THE CHAIN LOCK BECOMES LOOSE AND THE WATCH FALLS. SOMETIME THE PINS CONNECTING THE CHAIN BECOME LOOSE AND THERE IS DANGER OF WATCH FALLING. THE LOCK AND PIN OF THE CHAIN WERE REPAIRED TWICE AT THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME. KINDLY REPLACE THE WATCH IMMEDIATELY. MY FATHER'S MOBILE NO. IS [protected].

            Titan Fast Track — strap not Genuine

            Dear All,

            We prefer to buy branded products like Fast Track Watches

            I bought a Fast Track watch in Feburuary 2008. The Chain of the watch is having locking arrangements with pins. once in the month of october i faced the strap is getting opened and i approached the dealer or the titan showroom where i bought my watch. He convinced me that i will see to that the problem will be not be repeated. Within 40 days after his service of my watch the problem has repeated and this time i told the shopkeeper change the chain then he was telling about service centers and bla bla...to extend

            so think before u spend in buying this nonworthy, no service providing company or branded watches
            i have the same watch fastrack 1392 & facing the same problem with the chain. is your watch replaced. please help me that where to contact. my mobile no. is [protected].

              I purchased one set of Titan wrist watch Bandhan Model 19402940mo2 from M/s The world of Titans 294, Linking Road, Khar, Mumbai-52 on[protected] for about Rs 4500/-. The Polish of the case of gent watch faded away and the watch was replaced on[protected]. Now the same problem. The Polish has faded again. The lady watch stopped working. Today I have sent both the watches to the store for replacement. Please ensure that this time quality pieces are given to me. Hope I will not face this problem again. Thanks- R.K. Dhamija.                 Hi,
                I purchages TITAN EYE+ Glass at TITAN Showroom, Banalore(koramangla 5th block ) 6 days back.

                When i found that glass leg screw was not fitted properly i directly went to the Showroom where i purchased it.

                The show room people they made damage to my glasses and pasted some glue to it temporarly.

                When i saw that they told me that i only made it.

                Though it was done by them they didn't accept it.

                I request you people please do not purchase any thing from TITAN as their service is very very very worst.

                I say that i was cheated by TITAN Group.

                Hi,

                I am Achal Saran Singh from Indore. I bought a TITAN GLASS (SPEC) from a Titan Eye+ Showroom from Indore. In just a week, the glasses got scratches. I complained at the showroom but they told that It's your mistake. "You would not have delivered proper care to glasses".

                I really tell you that I didn't even put it on the table. I always keep it in the case and never touch the naked hands to the glasses. Still it has been scratched. I am really disappointed that after spending Rs. 3500/-, I am not getting the worth of it.

                The product has changed my perception towards Titan Eye+. It's really bad for company like TATA. Please go for well established and experienced eyewear companies, not for Titan Eye +.

                Titan — Defective wrist watch - being slow.

                Dear Madam / Sir,

                I purchased a wrist watch from the company showroom at Great India Place Noida, Shop no. 74. Details are as follows;

                Product no.: SM 01, Cash memo no.: A00001341 dated 19.08.2007 (Scanned copy of the cash memo attached for ready reference).

                The watch did not function well since its purchase. It is repaired twice at the showroom but always started malfunctioning within a week of repairs.
                Finally the watch was taken from me on 14.12.2008 (copy of receipt attached), with the indication that it would be replaced with the new watch after some approvals as per the company rules.

                Since then after numerous calls i have been again told that the watch is functioning well and i can take it back like they have done on earlier two occasions.
                This has been a cause of persistent harassment to me and i am forced to take up this issue at the corporate level to settle it amicably.

                I request your personal intervention in the matter for replacement of the watch.

                An early response shall be highly appreciated.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                This is in relation to my order for spectacles with your Titan Eye+ showroom in Malleswaram. I had given order for a pair of spectacles during mid June 2009. It has been an ordeal ever since. The delivery date was committed as 24th June 2009, but inspite of my repeated followups there was no response from your store till 2nd July. I finally got the spectacles on 4th July. When I got the spectacles, I saw to my horror that the quality was extremely bad. I returned the spectacles to the store for repair. The store incharge told me that the lens were wrongly fitted and promised to return it in the next couple of days. It has been more than 10 days since then and I have not had a satisfactory reply inspite of my repeated reminders. The value of the spectacles is close to Rs. 20000.and the entire amount has been paid in advance. My experience with your service has been horrible and I'm planning to consult my lawyer for further course of action. Please revert immediately with your response.

                Hi! I bought an Automatic Titan Watch (9276SL02) on Feb 2010 at approx 12500/- and as of now within 3 months it started giving problem. There is a semi circular pendulam clamped inside on the back. It came out two times till date. I went to service center and both the time they just fitted it saying it is fixed and there will not be any problem afterwards. It looks there is manufacturing or design fault. I dont know how I should rectify my problem permanently? please suggest!

                Showroom GEL Church Complex Ranchi."

                I visited the same showroom to get my strap repared.They told me that it cannot be repared so I have to change the Complete Case with IB and for that I have to pay Rs 3100.Fine, I said. They gave me a Recipt No- 445, Dated[protected]. and with delivary Date of[protected]
                .
                Now the guys there, are not ready to tell me the correct status of my watch. They just say - give me 2 days time...

                I am very disappointed with the Titan Show room guys / Company, and I don't know what to do ?

                Company's "After Sale Service" has tremendously gone down & has changed my perception towards the company.

                I just cant understand how I should rectify my problem ?
                please suggest!

                Dear Chaitali Banerjee,

                It is very upsetting with your response and service at the Titan Eye.
                Even though after lot of request the problem was not solved properly.
                You people did not had the same golden color frame replacement with golden color,
                I was insisted to choose some smaller frame, where same glasses can be fitted.
                The lenses are a bifocal one so it is very difficult to use in a smaller frame. My dads color is dark and I insisted on golden frame .
                But the replacement was only on frame not for lenses, so the same lenses has to be managed with a copper colored frame.
                It was not very nice shopping with you, I would definitely not recommend any of my friends, colleges and relatives for a titan eye wear .

                I booked spectacle with contact lenses from Titan Eye + at Trendz eye care #826/70, 4th Main Road, Vijay Nagar Bangalore 560040 on 24th Feb 2010. They said that both the products will be available on 25th Feb 2010.

                But I finally got it on 27 Feb 2010.

                After 5 months (July 29th’ 2010) of purchasing, Frame of the spectacle had been broken (Frame defects-loose temple/poor hinge screw thread). I requested them to change the frame or replace it on 29 July’2010. (As it under warranty).

                They said, No problem it will be change. You can take it after 3 days.


                From 31st July 2010, I am still waiting for my spectacle. Its almost 10 days has been passed but none of the executives is responding for it.

                I have visited the store 4 times. And always they say the same model is not avaliable in stock nor they are ready to give other model. They keep saying the e-mail has been send to the head office for the same but no results.
                "I will call, when it will be done"

                Their staff is always lying. I would never recommend them.

                I can't say what is the exact problem but I feel.

                1. They all executive are not keeping the customers updated with honest information. Always say please wait 10 min. saying that..

                None of the executives is proactive to keep the customer informed.

                Titan has not met customer expectation as against a lot of small Optical shops which provide more personal customer service.

                You people talk about: "Delivering perfection across every sector”
                “Even after 2 decades customer come to Titan"
                I think its time to move on: not with Titan but with other brand.
                Completely disappointment.
                You people take so high price for spectacles and talk about all sought of warranty but this is the way you fool the customers.
                Points to remember:
                1. Please have a customer care number and e-mail ids printed on your bills and website for customer feedback and complaints.(Because of non availability of the same customer’s complaints you can find in so many other websites please Google it sometime.
                2. If you people can’t give the replacement or get it repaired than please don’t fool the customer by giving the wrong commitment of 1 year warranty.
                I think atleast this e-mail will be taken seriously and the needful will be done at the earliest.

                Hi,

                I am Aravind from Bangalore. I bought a TITAN GLASS (SPEC) from a Titan Eye+ Showroom from Bangalore, Malleshwaram In just a week, the glasses got scratches & the frame was broken due to the formation of rust in it. I complained at the showroom but they told that It's your mistake. "You would not have delivered proper care to glasses".

                I really tell you that I didn't even put it on the table. I always keep it in the case and never touch the naked hands to the glasses. Still it has been scratched. I am really disappointed that after spending Rs. 4500/-, I am not getting the worth of it.

                The product has changed my perception towards Titan Eye+. It's really bad for company like TATA. Please go for well established and experienced eyewear companies, not for Titan Eye +.

                I am Pradeep kumar, ( ANIZHAM, TC14/772(1), OBSERVATORY LANE, PALAYAM, TRIVANDRUM), purchased a Titan Watch ( Case no 91599 AA SL 02) from RAJAN WATCH COMPANY, ATTUKAL SHOPPING COMPLEX, EASTFORT, TRIVANDRUM), with in the guarantee period the glass was broken and watch was not working. I returned to it for repairing
                ( 27.07.2011), but in this date ie, about 45 days the shop owner has no idea about it and they are irresponsible about it. Such a reputed company like titan, Customer satisfaction is the main things for your business, I can waiting for your favourable replay,

                Titan eye care ranchi — Bad customer service

                The eye test had two different results by the same person who was not aware of the right result even till the end.
                when questioned, he displayed rude behaviour and bad csutomer service.

                Not at all reliable to be there. Eyes and eye sight is important. Probably they dont feel the same

                  I bought this tittan Regalia from National Watch House, Balmatta rd, Hampankatta, Mangalore(Karnataka) on 18th April 2008 to wear for my cousins marriage party.On 19th April i found the watch is not functioning properly so i went back to the showroom, i was being told that the problem was with the battery and that he replaced it .Since i m staying in Navi Mumbai (Vashi) i returned back home on 20th April. I bought this watch to wear it occasionally for some function but the problem still arised, so i called up the showroom at Mangalore, but i was asked to get it their showroom, as it was not possible for me to take it theer, I went to our nearby showroom at Vashi (Titan World).I ask them wat was the problem but they couldnt answer and asked me to collect the watch after a week as they will send it to the company.I collected the watch, it was working properly.
                  Bout now again the problem has started.Since its a brand new watch i need a replacement.Also i cannot go to Mangalore to argue.
                  Will Titan World at Vashi would give me a replacement.Pls suggest me at the earliest.

                    There is very poor service once you complete paying for all the installments and time comes for the purchase of the product.
                    Initially they say the scheme is transferable to any location and the purchase can be made anywhere in India. Later during the purchase they contradict this and ask you to purchase only from the place you got the scheme from. Also they doesn't allow us to purchase at anytime we are willing to. Instead they give us time and force us to purchase only during that time. This is very bad considering people in India look for auspicious times even for purchase of the gold.
                    Moreover the worst of all, the representatives at showrooms act as if the scheme amount is theirs and we are taking it off from them. The doesn't give the respect they give to the normal customers.

                    Yes, Its true. Never ever go for any schemes in tanishq. Once you are done paying the amount, they treat scheme amount as theirs and treat you as a customer trying to purchase for free. Its really bad. Dont go for any scheme in tanishq.

                    i am also the victim of the attitude of tanishq.past 15 days they are dilly dalling the transfer of my account. iam in desparate need of help regarding this
                    When those buggers are treating like this the customers have to blast them because ultimately we are the customers and it is our money which we have paid.
                    In Golden harvest scheme, in Bardhaman, West Bengal, after completion of this scheme, my experience was that they always tried to force to show the item two to three thousand rupees more than the gain amount. When I asked them to show the item of gain amount or little more extra amount ( around one thousand extra).They could not show this type of item. They show the item less than the gain amount which was 500.00 or 200.00, that means if you purchase another one to cover the amount(500.00or200.00 which was extra of the gain amount) then you have to take item more or less 2000.00.(Which was their low budget item). It is their business policy. When I requested them either allow me to leave this small amount or allow me to purchase coin for this amount with some extra money. Then they ignored. This type of gesture or behaviour I can't tolerate. Please be aware of this scheme. My ac no was 401/2013.

                      TODAY I HAVE PURCHASED A FAST DIGITAL TRACK WATCH FROM GURGAON. WHEN I ASKED FOR DEMEONSTRATION, SHOPEKEEPER TOLD ME THAT TECHNICIAN IS NOT AVAILABLE. HE ENSURED ME OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND TOLD THAT EVERY THIGH IS WELL DEFINED IN USER MANUAL.HOWEVER AS I LIKED WATCH VERY MUCH BECAUSE OF DUAL TIME FACILITY, SO I BAUGHT IT.
                      WHEN I OPENED THE USER MANUAL i FOUND THE MANUAL IS OF SOME OTHER MODEL. SIMILAR INCEDENT HAPPEND WITH ME IN LAST NOV-07, WHEN I PURCHASED A WATCH FROM LIFE STYLE STORE AND TECHNICIAN WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO EXPLAIN THE FUNCTIONING.
                      I FOUND THAT DUAL TIME CAN NOT BE ADJUSTED PROPERLY AS PER MANUAL INSTRUCTION, ESPECIALLY FOR MINUTE SETTING, DUAL TIME CAN ONLY BE ADJUST EITHER EQUAL TO CURRENT TIME OR + 30 MINUTES. THIS IS TECHNICAL FAULT.

                      TITAN STORE SHOPE KEEPER TOLD ME THAT HE DO NOT HAVE RESOURCES TO HELP ME, I NEED TO CONTACT SERVICE CENTER.

                      THIS INDICATES THE SO CALLED REPUTED TITAN STORES ARE NOT EQUIPED WITH KNOLEDGEBLE TECHNICAL STAFF TO SATISFY CUSTOMER. I REQUEST TITAN TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                        I have purchased a Titan co. watch from Lucknow. Co. is ready to exchange defective watches. I have called Rupani brothers, a Titan co. shop in lucknow by Telephone. but the owner Mr. Karan is not ready to exchange watch. Instead, he cut our call to him by phone.Whenever we talk, he start abusing me. Please take some action regarding this case.

                        TITAN {Shop:-RUPANI BROS. Lucknow} — exchange of a new watch

                        I was gifted a watch on this diwali by my relative.i did'nt like the design & wished to get it changed.the watch was purchased from lucknow & i m settelled in dehradun.i contacted d shop.the person named KARAN simply refused to get it changed.i called him a couple of times but he used to cut the conversation.the watch is in brand new condition, with gurattee card & other genuine proofs.moreover Mr. KARAN choked me to launch a complain at consumer forum.Mr KARAN talked in a uncivilized way.for ur information i have changed 2 another watches which was also gifted 2 me this diwali without any argument from MEHTA WATCH CO. Dehradun.i kindly request u 2 luk after my complain.

                        The rupani brothers — Bad watches

                        i was gifted a watch on my birthday.i dnt like d design nd wishd 2 get it changed.i reside in dehradun nd d shop frm which my relative purchased d watch was in lucknow.i called d shop a couple of times bt d rude owner Mr KARAN simply refused 2 get it changed widout listenng 2 my problem.d watch is in brand new state with all d assesories such as gurantee card, stamp of d shop etc.moreover Mr.KARAN abused me nd coked me 2 launch a complain on net.For ur information i hv changed two watches before on dis diwali frm MEHTA co. dehradun widout any difficulty or argument.
                        I have also bought a Titan Aviator watch for Rs6500 from Nirmal Lifestyle Shopperstop. The watch broke down on 2nd day(i.e 2nd June2008)... The store had the audacity to tell me that it was broken on account of my mishandling, where as the Titan service centre clearly verified that the watch was a defective piece and hence its time adjusting screw fell off and it was in no way broken. THe store is not willing to replace the piece and wants me to keep the watch with Titan outlet for 20days so that it can be repaired. WHy would I buy a watch if I want to keep it in service station for 20 days in the very first week of purchase. Titan is really going down
                        once upon a time i went to sewak watch shop in faridi building with my sister i had a fault in my watch so i wanted to repair that when i reached into the shop i saw a middle age person and a young girl her age about 17 yrs they worked in that shop, in compromising position when we saw that incident my sister shoked they pasted a poster at the door of shop being this no one cant see inside the shop i complaint to shop owner but there was no positive response this is very ugly scene so i reqvest you to stop that type o[censored]gly incident

                          Unfortunately I came across such a bad experience during the last two months, Titan’s products always attracted me a lot and i bought one titan eye gear(model-MA014BK1) form Bangalore. It got damaged and i bought it to world of titan at Pioneer Towers, Marine Drive, Erenakulam-31 Kerala. The damage was too much to rapier so it was send for replacement, and i saw the status of rapier in Titan's site. But the shop authorities took almost one month to get ready to replace, still they refuse me to replace the stuff that I have given, they are asking me to compromise on the model selected by me and by one lower model from them that I cannot do. They just behave rashly with me, they even said they will replace if it was bought from them. I don’t understand this type of replacement I believed in Titan but got in trouble. Since i have the valid Warranty card with me I want to get it replaced or else let the court to take the decision. Expecting a reply soon.

                            Exchange of a Watch

                            Dear Sir,
                            I purchased a ladies wrist watch(Fast Track) at a titan showrom(Address mentioned below) on 23 Dec 07 to gift to a friend.On the same day we gift wrapped it to present it her.Due to christmas holiday's,we were able to give the gift our friend only on 31 Dec 07.When we opened the gift, to our surprise the watch had scratches on it.So,we two girls(Me & My friend) decided to exchange the same & went to the showroom...
