I had brought police brand watch from Titan store. It was not even seven months, wrist band was broken. When I went to store regarding this issue no one has responded. As we are buying watches from a brand atleast we will expecting a minimum service of the watch to be one year. More over that was first gift given to my husband for his birthday. I was much worried with this. I wish you to provide replacement or provide me with the better solution. We are buying with higher prices because of the brand value and as we are having 2 years warranty.
