Dear Sir, I have given online order Fastrack Women Watch Model No. NE6024SM01 My Order No. EC00062063 DT. 23.09.15 for Rs. 2, 345/- to Titan Company Limited (Titan E-Commerce), Hosur i have received duplicate watch in damaged condition and i have booked complaint on Dtd. 28.09.15 but they are not giving any response. kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.
