[Resolved] Titan Company — excessive labour charges

I have changed cell in my titan watch. Cost of cell was 60 rs and the labour charges were 177 rs. When i asked them about high labour charges they couldn't explain and said it's original cell, so it costs that much for that. I need help regarding this. How can they charge almost 300% more money for just changing the cell?? They didn't even tell me why excessive charges were applied? As a customer, i need to know and i have right to know for what i am paying my money!! Please look into this quickly.
