Sir, I purchased a fastrack watch model no: nk6144sl02 On (15/9/2018) at timebox (483, ac complex, near peruse statue karaikudi-630001) for gifting my daughter as she was not satisfied with the model. We requested your dealer for exchanging the watch. But is response for our consens was very disgusting. He didnot give us valid reason for not exchanging our product. So sir please give me a solution for it. We didn't ask money in return we just want a alternate model of your product. Please help me. I want it to be exchanged soon sir.
