I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my purchase of two watches from the Titan app on 24th November 2024. After the purchase, I contacted Titan customer support to inquire about the GST credit for the same, and the staff provided me with written information concerning GST credit on the items purchased.
However, as of today, 27th February 2025, I have not received the promised GST credit on my GST number, despite having shared all necessary documentation and proof with your team.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any resolution or response related to this matter. I find this situation to be unsatisfactory and am now compelled to file a formal complaint.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and resolve it at the earliest by crediting the GST amount to my GST number.
