[Resolved] Titan Company — invoice required | |
Hi, I purchased a spl edition octane sqaudron hawker watch in 2017. It's belt broke off recently and I tried to rectify it only to find out that there is no belt available for the watch. The thing available is the whole frame costing 10.5 k. Also the watch was purchased online through titan.co.in but my account does not show the order details. When enquired about the invoice of my watch, I've not got any response from the customer care team. It's been more than 3 weeks. Can you tell me how can I get the invoice of my watch so that I can exchange the pathetic watch for a regular one. Also, please do not launch special editions of you cannot cater for spares and accessories. Was this information helpful? | |
