[Resolved] Titan Company — lens | |||
I bought crizal lens form titan eye plus situated at goswami service guwahati-781003 in the month of december 2018. Crizal lens is 8 coated which i bought. Lens supposed to be repels scratches,, repel water, anti smudge, it protect from dust, anti reflection. But i found nothing of the above coat. My crizal lens is now full of scratches, it doesnt protects form dust, it does not repel water, it is not at all anti smudge and anti reflection though i have bought in january 2019. I have made full payment for crizal lens then why should i suffer for fault of the titan. I claim my compensation from titan eye plus. Either you exchange my lens and provide the actual one or refund my amount. Its been five months only and i am facing problem with lens. Was this information helpful? | |||
