Titan Company — needs duplicate bill or watch needs to be repaired | |||||
Dear team, I am the regular customer of titan and their brand watches. Last year i bought fastrack watch. Its not even one year old, but found rust on back side and lost the black colour in strap as well. Unfortunately i lost my bill, but i have the proof of extended maintenance guarantee card with me. While enquiring of duplicate bill with the store, the store refused to give me the duplicate bill or billed history due to the renovation of store. So kindly advise to me get the issue resolved. I need a duplicate bill or instruct your store to repair my watch.
