Titan Company — newly purchased watch not working properly

Dear team, i have purchased one titan watch on 7.08.2019 from world of titan (Ngda watches pvt ltd), shankar nagar square, nagpur but i am facing regular problem of that watch. Some times the watch automatically stopped, the day and date are not changing regularly. I have given the same for servicing two times i. E on dated 20.09.2019 & 23.11.2019 but the problem is still not resolved. The copy of challan is attach for your reference. Request you to kindly arrange to replace the watch as it is in warranty period... Thanks & regards...…….
