On 24/6/2016 i've made online purchase of titan sonata watch amount to rs.899/- & i've paid the amount instantly by online banking. titan delivery service is so worst that they didn't deliver the product on time & when i've cancelled the order on 4/7/16 no initiative has been taken to refund the money & customer care executive said that as per company policy they may refund the money after 9 to 10 working days. my order id:ec00118238. I purchage a chain on Tanishq vaishal nagar showroom on dhantaras 2015. After some time I found it's break one or two palce. I took it to store to replace it but they deny. they said that they will only repair it not exchange. exchange will made additional making charge. but problem is that Why I Pay to much making charge & tax.
