The showroom is insisting to replace the watch with a depreciated value.. Which will be determined by the company. How fair is this?
The response that i am seeing is nothing but copy paste for all the customers.
Titan as a brand should be cautious being in indian market.. Where the competition is stiff.
I will never ever buy a titan brand product person where on the contrary i used to use and recommend this brand to every one. Pathetic after sales service. Didnt expect this from a reputed indian brand.
