Titan Company — Product sent against warranty not return after 3 months | |||||
Dear Sir, i had buy a Titan watch model / design no.- 2531YL02 on dated- 03/03/2016, but within a month watch belt has major cut or strap cut shown, I send it to the TITAN World Ranchi, Jharkhand, for replacement against warranty or for the needful action but the seen is that already 3 months passed but not any kind o[censored]pdate or cal came from Titan. this is very ridiculous action shown by a reputed watch Company. So, sir, kindly help me to return my watch in good maintained condition as well as extend the warranty of 3 months which is already kept in name of repair at Titan service center. i called a nos. of times to the Titan world regarding the issue but every time they were passing the and giving me a date which has no mean.
