Titan Company — Un authorized Transfer of share reg

I am a share holder for 15 Titan shares, I Hold the share with Muthoot Securities PVT Limited, I Cant open my demat account of the share due to some problems regarding the problems of name in aadhar card and Pan card during the covid 19 Pandemic I cant approach our regional office of Muthoot Securities Ltd and now I activated my account, and I got the information from muthoot that the shares were transferred to Childrens fund, Now I am in a position of debt due to the Business failure, I request kindly do the needful to get back my shares
