Dear Sir/ Madam,
I recently bought on 9th January 2023 and within 2 3 months the stone/crystal fell off and the bracelet pin got loosen due to which I went to the Titan outlet in lulu, Al karama where I bought the watch and the retailer asked me to go to other titan outlet which is in Al quasis at lulu and said that "No problem, just go there and show them warranty card and they will replace the stone" after that next week I went to Al quasis and the retailer there told me that they cannot do it here and need to go to service center and it was submitted under warranty and then I was contacted after 1 week saying I need to pay 80 AED for the repairing charges which is very disappointing even when the watch is very new and under the warranty.
I have always been a Titan watches fan and even when it's an Indian product when I came to Dubai I chose titan raga watch over all other brands and not expected this kind of negative customer service from your brand competitors such as Titan Raga who I have proven to be a devoted customer ever since I started wearing watch, it was always titan not only me but my parents and grand parents use Titan watch which is also a legacy that I kinda followed.
I am disappointed with the lack of interest I am receiving in regards to this issue; it certainly does not entice me to purchase other Titan Raga products in the future. After sales support in a product is extremely important for a customer and not something we as consumers which to be forced to dispute.
This incident has left me with a strong, negative brand image of Titan watches, one which is only highlighted by the fact that I don't feel my request is one so out of the ordinary.
